Questa spaziosa casa a due piani immersa in un tranquillo quartiere storico alla base di Diamond Head. La seconda storia ha una lunga patio coperto con vista su Diamond Head. Pleasant and comfortable stay. Felt like home. Very spacious and included great amenities- beach chairs/mats, beach toys, beach towels, cooler, sunblock, sun hats, etc. House was close to the park and down to the beach- we would always take our mornings around the area. I would definitely stay here again with family. Thank you!

This Historic Residence was spacious for our family vacation, grandparents, parents and two children, 10 and 7. The house is just outside of Waikiki and walking distance to Kaimana Beach. Trade winds made the stay comfortable, hardly used the AC. Kitchen had plenty of dishes and cooking utensils, even though we ate at many of the local restaurants. Everyone had a wonderful time and we hope to return again later this year. Mahalo!

The house is nice and roomy. It is an easy walk to a beach and a comfortable walk to Waikiki beach and shopping. The host, Maggie, was great. Within an hour of checking in we managed to lock ourselves out! I reached out to her and then we walked to Barefoot Beach Bar for dinner. By the time we had finished, 9 PM on Saturday, she had reached out and had someone get us in! Stayed for a week, very pleasant.

The house was very nice and allowed plenty of space for my wife and me, my son, my daughter and son in law and their three children. It had a large open area where our family could interact, but also had large separate rooms we slept in. The house was close to the beach but was just outside all the busyness of Honolulu. This was exactly what we were looking for. Had the bonus of having beach equipment when we went to the beach. The owners were very responsive throughout the entire process from inquiring about the property to questions I had during our stay. Definately would stay here again.

Wonderful location in a quiet neighborhood near Diamond Head within walking distance to beaches and a short drive to restaurants, shopping, etc. The house is large, spotless, well equipped (A/C, fans, beach items, tons of towels and pillows, full kitchen, etc) and truly lovely - the photos really don’t do it justice. Maggie and Tim were incredibly easy to work with, responsive and helpful. We stayed for 8 nights with four adults and one child and it was the perfect spot for our family holiday!

Go ahead and book this property now! Every aspect of our stay was absolutely wonderful.
The property itself is exactly as the description says. It was extremely cleanly and provided more than enough space for our group of 6 to have the appropriate privacy needed while providing great options for us to be together whenever we wanted. It was very well stocked to support our needs and we especially appreciated having the beach materials available.
The location was even better than the description indicated. We enjoyed some walks both the nearby beach as well as the park which was a short walk away. It's a very active area but was also very quiet, so it was an excellent spot to relax while also being an excellent choice as a base for the variety of activities we had planned.
The communication with the owners was perfect. Maggie responded to all messages timely and provided more than enough notice about guidelines, directions, etc. that really helped us to feel comfortable before we even pulled up to the door.
This property will stay on our short list of properties for our next visit. It really made our stay stress free! Don't hesitate, just book it.

Perfect location in quiet neighborhood within walking distance to beautiful beaches and all that Waikiki has to offer. The house comfortably fit my family of six. The owners were easy to deal with and very responsive.

Great location for beach access as well as great shopping. Owner was accessible and responsive and home was roomy with 5 bedrooms. Pretty much anything we needed was provided. Instructions were very clear. I highly recommend!!

We stayed for 5 nights with 5 adults and 2 babies. It was great. Location was great and house was perfect. The backyard was a great place for down time. Plenty of toys and chairs for us to use as well (we even left a few of our own).

Our family really enjoyed our stay over spring break. The location can't be beat -- walking distance to small & quiet beaches as well as the bustle of Waikiki beach, restaurants, water activities, shopping, etc; also centrally located so not too long of a drive when we opted to venture out to Oahu's other regions (North Shore, Leeward Coast, Windward Coast). The house itself is spacious, each of us had our own bed, and came with all the creature comforts of a "tropical" home (A/C, fans, outdoor area w/ clothesline, internet, TV, laundry, full kitchen, parking for 2 cars). The house has some snorkel gear but we opted to rent our own since we had some first-timers (so wanted to ensure proper fits) as well as folks who needed prescription masks. Maggie was super responsive and helpful when we inadvertently locked ourselves out one night. We would love to stay again when we return to Oahu!

We had a wonderful stay here near Diamond Head. It had all the necessities for a week long stay. It was within walking distance to an easily accessible beach for some sunrise and sunset swimming, as well as conveniently located to hike Diamond Head for sunrise. It was easy to access Waikiki and Honolulu for restaurants and shopping as well. There were only 6 of us but PLENTY of space. We will definitely be checking if this house is available when we return to Oahu!

This house was perfect for my family! This house was close to so many things but a quiet neighborhood to end the day. The outdoor area was essential with 4 young girls to clean off after the beach. We would love to stay here again:)

Great house in a nice neighborhood, just south of the crowded city area and popular beaches. We enjoyed the house and were able to walk to downtown, the zoo, and the beaches. Nice to be out of the busy downtown area but close enough to walk and enjoy all the city has to offer!

The place was absolutely stunning! Great location for my family. The house was spacious and the amenities were life saving! The beach was a short walk away and you can't complain about the view on the way! My only struggle was that I was never able to connect to the wifi BUT - we were on vacation in Hawaii so aside from the pre-bedtime downtime there was no need for it. Amazing! Highly recommend!

The house and location were perfect for our family trip to Hawaii. The house is in a quiet neighborhood at the footsteps of Diamond Head. It's close to many beaches -- small and secluded spots, or larger ones like Waikiki beach. The house really has everything you need for a great vacation. The kitchen is well stocked with pantry items, dishes and, cookware. The fridge was filled with a nice selection of beverages (Thanks!). The house is roomy and comfortable, very clean, and thoroughly charming.
Maggie was kind, gracious, and accommodating when we spoke and we can't say enough how much we enjoyed our time there.
Thanks to Tim and Maggie for providing a home away from home in beautiful Hawaii!

Superb family getaway/reunion
Absolutely wonderful experience for our multi-gen family stay in Hawaii. If you are looking for a great place for an extended family reunion, the house layout, walking distance to parks/beaches and close driving access to stores makes a perfect package. The house layout with the one downstairs bed is perfect for grandparents and the upstairs rooms with balcony access served as a nice morning/late evening place for chats. The dining, kitchen, and outdoor patio with bbq grill enabled us to make great conversation and memories over family meals (so much better than going out to a restaurant). The house itself is immaculately clean and lovely.

As an experienced contractor it was amazing how well this historic home has been maintained both inside and out. The wood floors are beautiful. The home has been stocked with everything you could possibly need. Loved the convenience of the front load top of the line washer/dryer. Comfortable furniture and beds. A beautiful old house
We had a fantastic stay at Diamond Head. This is a very spacious house this is a short walk from two beaches near Waikiki. The kitchen is well stocked with the little extras (multiple coffee making options, salt, pepper, oil and sugar, etc) that make cooking easy. The master bedroom is absolutely enormous and opens to a balcony overlooking the quiet street below - perfect for morning coffee or evening cocktails. The one thing to be aware of is that parking is tight. Our smaller SUV just barely fit inside the parking area. We had a wonderful time here and look forward to visiting again!

Hidden gem
The property was amazing and conveniently located. Easy access to the local beach and park within a couple blocks. Also large shopping experience if that is what you want to do with Waikiki within walking distance. This property also will give you fast access to the highway where big memories can be made at North Shore, only a 45 minute drive. Was able to experience a lot of sea life just from spending time in the water. Also some waves that will scare a few in your group. Find a rock to dive in from and you will see what I am talking about. Thank you, Tim and Maggie

I can’t say enough good things about this place. Conveniently located a couple minutes from a beach and within walking distance of Waikiki. The place was perfect for our family of 7. Clean and comfortable throughout. We stayed with 5 adults and two children (11 and 9). Beds were also comfortable. Maggie was great, responsive and very considerate. I have already recommended this place to friends and will definitely stay again. Thank you Maggie and Tim.
