A pochi passi dalla spiaggia, nella seconda fila dell'esclusiva comunità di Las Conchas. Inoltre, questa casa si trova vicino al cancello di guardia di Las Conchas. Questa bella casa al mare in stile messicano ha un'elevazione naturale che consente una vista libera sul Mare di Cortez. Quattro delle cinque camere da letto hanno accesso a un patio con vista sulle splendide acque blu. All'interno, vanta un affascinante soffitto artigianale in mattoni boveda con cupula che ti stupirà sicuramente. Rannicchiati con l'autentico caminetto piastrellato messicano con la famiglia mentre ascolti i suoni delle onde. Questa casa vanta cinque camere da letto con quattro delle cinque camere da letto con bagno privato per quella privacy in più. Quattro letti queen size, letto a castello con due letti singoli e un letto full size nella camera a castello. Inoltre, abbiamo un materasso ad aria queen e un sezionale per dormire addizionale. Cenare fuori nel vasto patio con lo splendido mare come sfondo. Questa casa è a soli cinque minuti di auto da negozi, ristoranti, bar e mercati. Venite a godervi la tradizione e la bellezza che solo il Messico ha da offrire.

great location, property manager is awesome. House is outdated .

The owner was responsive to our issues but the house was over priced for what you get. It is an older home compared to others in the community and needs some updating. The fridge is old and not large enough to accommodate big groups nor did it keep our food cold enough. The bunk bed in the guest room is nothing but springs, no mattress, some of the mattress’s in the house had no covers so they were dirty with stains. We also had problems with ants in the kitchen everyday. The main problem was the beach in front of the house location is all rocks so we had to drive to a different beach (sandy beach) to swim in the ocean. There is a very sweet kitty on the property that may have been dumped by someone.. None of us were able to take him home sadly. Next time we will stay somewhere else.

The wrong code was given to us..no problem...was emailed the correct code. Tried to warm up food with 15 minutes of arrival and the microwave did not heat. Notified the owner and was told that prior visitors did not mention it and thete were no complaints. What does that have to with my experience and the fact that the microwave did not work. Maybe the prior guests broke it and did not say anything. Light was burned out in upstairs bathroom. The space was good. Slept our entire party. Room with multiple beds was extremely hot. Probably will not stay here again.

Great beach close to town
Martha’s communication was excellent. Small items of concerned were addressed promptly. We enjoyed our stay.

Getaway with friends
12 of us stayed comfortably in this house in Las Conchas. It is only one house away from the beach so it was a great location. We liked hanging on the balcony during the evenings because of the view. The owner, Martha, is very good with communication and answering any questions we had. Would recommend this house to anyone traveling to Rocky Point.

Beautiful spacious home steps from the beach . Martha was great and we definitely stay at Casa Allegra again !
