Splendida vista sulle montagne da tutti e 4 i ponti della proprietà. Nuova vasca idromassaggio. Nuovo nel 2016 abbiamo aggiunto AC !!! Unità di lusso situata a pochi secondi da Cranmore Mountain ea pochi minuti da Downtown North Conway, dagli outlet, Jackson, Storyland, Nestlenook, Attitash, Wildcat, Echo Lake e Diana's Falls. Posizione eccezionale tutto l'anno per lo sci, l'escursionismo, vicino a numerosi fiumi e sentieri escursionistici. Meno di 5 minuti dal lago Echo e circa 10 minuti da Story Land.

So much room in this condo for 3 families to fit comfortably and each have their own space. We enjoyed the hot tub as the nights are getting colder and the large dining table to all gather at. Great location to our activities and beautifully set in the trees. Especially appreciated the host letting us check in a little earlier. Would definitely stay again!

We loved our stay at Colleen’s place. 6teens and 2 adults. The teens loved all the privacy and the adults loved it too. Central location to all things North Conway. The hot tub was a hit! Only small negative was the broken slider to the lower level where the hot tub was located. We would stay again!

We gave started a new family tradition of river floats! This was our first stay out of our home state and it was amazing! The house was exactly as stated plenty of room for everyone. The only two negatives were in the summer the loft with three beds was to hot to stay in but there was so much space we just shifted. The other negative is we didn’t stay another night!!!

We absolutely adored every aspect of our stay! From the fantastic communication to the stellar recommendations, everything was top-notch. The home exuded warmth, was incredibly family-friendly, and provided the perfect setting for the tubing experience we were seeking. Our little ones and furry friends couldn't get enough of it! The space was just right for family games, unwinding in the hot tub, and offering a variety of sleeping arrangements. Without a doubt, we would highly recommend this gem of a place!

Host was very responsive and house was clean! I would suggest better lighting throughout the space. Lots of space and sleeping areas is a plus. Being able to use the bottom slider would be a plus with the hot tub right there even though we didn’t use it. Great location!

House has everything you could possibly think of including well stocked kitchen, linens, towels, toiletries and even toys and gaming equipment for the kids. Plenty of room and bedrooms for large group and the check in process was very easy. Very close to North Conway’s Downtown area with plenty of shopping, skiing and dining. We very much enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this location.

We just got back from a great family trip. Eight of us stayed in this well-maintained home. The location was excellent, just a few minute drive to N. Conway Center, which we walked to every day. Thank you, Colleen!

This rental was beautiful and Colleen answered any question we had very fast. Lots of room for everyone. Kiddo love all the space to play down stairs. Only one drawback. The door out to the Hot Tub could not be used because it was broken. Made it a little hard for my Husband who had his foot amputated last year to go around the side of the building to use the Hot Tub. Over all it was a great place and we had a great stay. :)

We were visiting the area for a camp reunion. We had 5 adults and 1, 1 year old. It was very comfortable for all of us. We did not use the hot tub, or any of the outdoor amenities, just not enough time. The house is very close to town and the mountains to hike. We did have breakfast at the unit every morning and it was completely stocked with any equipment you might need. This is our second time renting this unit and we would do it again. We had the best time at Colleen's place. She was so accommodating and quick to respond to any questions I had. The place fit us perfectly and was spacious enough to have separation from our teenagers... lol. The location was central to everything and so easy to get wherever you wanted to go. This is the 3rd time we’ve rented this property for an annual golf trip and the accommodations are always great. Enough space for everyone to be comfortable, great location and the fact that there is air conditioning is a welcomed bonus, especially this year when everyday was in the 90’s.

Great location! Multi level house had lots of space and everything we needed. Inside was clean and casual and beds were comfortable. Hot tub had not been serviced but the owner was very responsive about getting it taken care of. It suited our needs well!

The property and location was phenomenal! 10 minutes from Story Land, Diana's Bath, Cathedral Ledge and much more! More beds than needed but that's never a bad thing. Lots of stairs but that didn't bother us either, just gave everyone their own space. And the hottub in the back was a huge plus! Will hopfully be staying here again in the near future!

Simply Wonderful
This condo was amazing and had everything we needed for our weekend on the Saco! Our kids loved exploring the woods, the hot tub gave us a little treat at the end of a long day and the kids had so many things to play with! The home was very comfortable, including all the beds! Great long weekend!
Perfect location. Great size. Plenty of room to space out with the 2 separate living rooms! Everything was there to cook with and plenty of seating. Hot tub was perfect for the end of the day to relax. We had teenage boys and was nice to have the other area for them to hang out. Coffee was great on the front porch to get the day going. Only wish we stayed a few more days! Thank you Colleen.

Foliage Getaway
Property was centrally located in Conway which made day trips very easy. The 4 floors of the property were very clean and it had everything we needed. Only disappointment was the hot tub was not useable. We reported it and they scheduled maintenance for it.

Beautiful home and great location.
This property was just the right size for two families. Hot tub was nice and relaxing after a day of hiking. Very close to town and restaurants. North Conway scenic train is fun! Great shopping down town.

Nice for adults and older children
Checkin process was easy, easy to communicate with owner except weren’t told lockbox was broken and came home one day to a new box so it must have been a know issue. Not great for little kids with all the stairs and levels. Very narrow stairs. One adult and two children fell down the stairs in our week there. The location is great but there was construction at the end of the driveway the week we were there. Not the owners fault but inconvenient. All amenities included which was helpful. Would be a prefect spot for all adults or older children with no mobility issues. The kids found a used bandaid and empty soda cans in the toy box.

Great location for a weekend away
We stayed here for a week in the summer. The property is so perfect. You’re less than five minutes from the North Conway train station. Cranmore Mountain is right outside the door. Colleen is the best she answers all of your questions. The house has so much to enjoy the hot tub, lots of games downstairs for the kids and multiple bedrooms. We had a perfect vacation.

Convenient location, lots of room to spread out. Great kitchen . Very clean Love the hot tub. It doesn’t feel like a condo. Owner is very responsive. Some places in this area do not provide linens; I appreciate that this place does.

Nice ski resort condo attached to one other condo. The house was very spacious and could comfortably fit a large group and in my case it was very nice for just the two of us. Nice outdoor patio with hot tub. Good kitchen area with plenty of cooking supplies. Two comfortable living spaces for relaxing. Owner was very responsive to questions.

Perfect getaway spot!
Secured this gem spot one month prior to our trip! The accommodations and location couldn’t have been better. Colleen was a text away and even checked in to make sure things were going smoothly! Despite a little rain, we didn’t let that get us down! Plenty of room in this unit. Enjoyed the hot tub one night in the rain! Diana’s bath was amazing and we are already talking about our next trip back!

Great Location
We've stayed at this condo before and love many aspects of it. It's very roomy (4 floors), 4 decks, plenty of beds, everything you need in the kitchen and it was very clean. We love the location and that it's quiet and mostly private (only one other condo adjoined to it). We also liked the fact that you're allowed to get rid of your trash on site. If you like being close to Cranmore Mountain, then this is your place, we walked to Cranmore and then some. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to our friends and family.

Absolutely loved this spot. Very close to cranmore mountain. House is very well stocked with kitchen things and with toys/games. Very clean and well maintained. We had a wonderful stay. Also Colleen was a dream to communicate with. Hopefully we will be back again.

Fantastic family weekend
We had a fantastic time staying here! We were a group of 6 adults (2 parents, 3 adult children, one spouse) and the house layout and rooms were perfect. The house was very clean and I felt completely comfortable staying here during COVID. We would absolutely stay here again!

Fantastic home
We had a lovely time here. The property minutes away from shopping and the town center, and not far from popular spots to swim in the area. The house was clean and they provided everything we needed and more. We had 4 adults and 3 kids and a dog but we never felt crowded or on top of each other. There was plenty of space, lots of toys available for the kids to play with, and we got to relax in the hot tub at the end of long days. Colleen answered all my questions, and checked in on us during our stay to make sure we didn't have any issues getting there or getting in.
We would absolutely recommend staying with Colleen and would be happy to stay again in the future.

Fantastic Vacation
We had a wonderful week at this beautiful home. We felt it was nicer than expected. Everything was clean and exactly as described. The owner was easy to work with and very responsive to emails before and after booking. We loved our stay and would love to return again. Thanks for helping make the process a smooth one.
