The location is fantastic as is the layout of the apartment.

Both the bed and the couch where way below the standard required for accommodation at this price point. So bad that we would not book this accommodation again which is a real shame as we both loved the location and layout of the unit.

Everything about this property was beautiful. So clean and modern and so close to the shops and restaurants.

Location was great just a short walk to cafe for breakfast or as we did have breakfast at property . Very quiet and peaceful , just what we needed to recharge our battery .

One thing that comes to mind is no top sheet on bed under doona . During our stay it was rather warm and would have been good to sleep with only a sheet . There were light blankets to use but no sheet !

light switch panel is extremely bright next to the bed. No obvious way to dim it - annoying as light kept waking me up.

Lighting in bathroom was too dim. Need extra set of towels or towel heat rack or dryer to reuse existing ones.

The unit is nice but I think it’s time for a refresh. The outside had a lot of spider webs which is not a good advertisement - this goes for the whole building The cleaners need to be spoken to as they only cleaned the glass on the door to the patio up to their height! 5 out of 6 lights did not work in the living area and the lights in the bedroom are not very good Outside glass was not cleaned!

The location of the property was an easy walk to village shops. The outlook was beautiful. Great quality accommodation was in an excellent location. The property was very clean and very well appointed.

The queen bed was too soft but bedding was high quality. The leather sofa in living room was not entirely comfortable, possibly as it is a sofa bed.

Musky damp mildew smell from leaking water thru light fitting on the bay window. Wet cushions and throw rug. Obviously a long issue as the damage is visible.

The location and view was super. Walking distance to cafes and ammenities and the window seat overlooking the bay, could sit there all day.

It would of been nice to have some teabags or coffee provided but that’s just minor.

Location and view was great. Nice modern property. Kitchen was well appointed, with everything provided. Walking distance to local restaurants.

Bedroom was very large, but only a large double bed was provided - too soft and too small. Should be replaced with a king bed. After all there were king sheets on the bed. Soft close toilet would be great. The one there was very noisy when closing the lid. There was nowhere to put clothes. A wardrobe was provided for hanging, but no chest of drawers for clothes. Bedside tables did not have drawers. There was a space taken up in the bedroom by a table and two chairs. Chest of drawers could go there or on the other side of the bed. There was plenty of room to add a chest of drawers. We had to live out of our bags.

It was the cleanest accommodation we have stayed in in a very long time. Compliments to the cleaning staff. The views are magnificent. Location to town excellent.

Instructions to get in are not clear. Keylock would not close due to rust. Dishwasher wore a note saying it is to be replaced. A heads up on that would have been courteous. Maybe a discount in lieu. Ran out of hot water after 1 shower which made handwashing dishes more tedious. Draught comes in under window in living area. The jetty moves around in the wind as at least 4 posts near the corner have rotted.

Nothing not to like about this exceptional property. Well appointed, exceptionally clean. There was nothing left out to make this a exceptionally pleasant experience.

The oven. It was quite confusing to use. Although there was a manual, it would have been helpful to have an abridged version of how to use it.
