Spectacular time visiting AB, and Beach Dream was the perfect headquarters. Convenient to Morehead City, Beaufort, and other attractions and located right on the beach! The development does have a pool but we hardly used it since the beach here was so nice. The apartment is very clean, well appointed, and all modern conveniences like washer/dryer, high speed internet, and big hd tv. Gina was a great host and communication with her was very easy. Hope to return again.

We had an amazing stay at Beach Dreams and made many memories! The condo was very clean and found it accurately described in the listing. Very convenient with a great view and our kids loved the large pool! We will definitely be back again!

I have been doing annual vacations up and down the NC coast for over 10 years. I've stayed in houses & condos. This was the cleanest and best decorated rental I've ever had. The decor was perfect and not overdone, there was enough room for everyone to relax and not get in each other's space. View was great and there was more than enough supplies graciously given by the owner. This was my first time going through a VRBO. Every year we've gone through a management company and they don't always appreciate the little details that can make a huge difference. Thank you Gina and Chip for showing the love in your Beach Dreams.

Thank you for letting us stay in your slice of paradise. We really enjoyed staying at your condo. The location was perfect; close to the grocery store, the aquarium, and other eateries. On other islands we've stayed at we always had to drive off of the island to get to a decent market. We loved that everything was close by. It was also great being on the 2nd floor. We had a nice view of the ocean, but not many stairs to climb down to the parking lot or to the pool and beach. We swam in the pool daily and were almost the only ones in it most of the time. During the week we visited, the condo property wasn't full at all and neither was the beach. It was so relaxing. We also got to see the dolphins on a couple occasions. We hope to visit again!

We had a great week at Beach Dreams! The condo is nicely furnished, extremely clean, very comfortable, has everything we needed in every room (well stocked kitchen!), and the view of the beach from the large living/dining/kitchen area and the main bedroom is wonderful. The beach chairs and beach toys in the storage area were a bonus. And we loved the very short walk past the pool to the beach. The location was great for the grocery store, several restaurants, the aquarium, Morehead City, and Beaufort. Gina was extremely helpful and quick to reply to the few questions we had before our trip. And everything was perfect in the condo so we didn’t need to contact her during our stay. We highly recommend Beach Dreams!

We had a great time during our stay in October 2021. The condo has a great view of the ocean. It's easy to access the property and the condo. The owners have done a great job of decorating and supplying the condo. The kitchen has every needed dish, plate, utensil, or tool you could want or need. If you don't see what you need, just look in the next cabinet. The condo was very clean as were the sheets, towels, and everything else. We had a great trip and enjoyed all of our time at the condo.

This is a great property. We were very comfortable and the condo is well equipped with everything you might need. The owner is very helpful and accessible. We were well positioned for local restaurants and places to visit, but we especially enjoyed the beautiful view of the ocean and easy access to the beach. A wonderful vacation. Thank you.

My wife and I just completed a nine day stay at Beach Dreams and it met and exceeded our expectations in every way. The unit was nicely furnished with all of the appropriate neccessities and it was clean and in very good condition. The million dollar views of the ocean from the balcony were astonishing and the short walk to the beach was another great plus. If you go, be sure to make the short drive to Beaufort, a quaint fishing town with wonderful restaurants and alot of great stores. We look forward to coming back next year.

The location right on the beach was very nice. The swimming pool was very nice and clean. At this time of year, the traffic was light and very few people on the beach.

The condo was absolutely beautiful. Very clean. Warm and beautiful decorating. The views were amazing!! The condo is located in a great part of Atlantic beach as well. I love Chip and Gina’s attention to detail everywhere we looked. The balcony off of the master bedroom was a great place to enjoy the sounds of the ocean all night long. Coffee off of the main balcony was my favorite part of the day. It truly felt comfortable, like home…just WAY BETTER than home. Chip and Gina were quick to respond to any questions that we had and we’re truly the perfect hosts. We’ll be back. One of the best vacations we ever had!

First off, the actual property is even more beautiful than what you see in the pictures. Stepping out on the balcony, you see the most amazing view of the ocean across the entire horizon. Back in the kitchen, you have EVERYTHING that you could ever need. My family cooked in most nights and everything we needed was already there for us as far as pots, pans, all utensils, plates, etc. You name it, it was already there for us. There was a regular coffee pot AND a Keurig just in case you're picky. The two bedrooms are spacious and there was a ton of room in the living area for us to play games and relax. We brought games but didn't need to because they have also nailed this part, too. There were games, and puzzles already provided as well as an awesome little record player that my kids LOVED. One evening we played games and listened to records and honestly it was such a highlight of the week. Time away from electronics and to enjoy each others time is what a vacation is all about. It was family time at its best! They also provided beach chairs and boogie boards which were used daily. Check-in could not have been easier and the communication was so easy. Gina and I texted a few times through the week and she responded immediately. The location of the property was perfect as well with a Food Lion just down the road. It's also very close to the city park where there is a splash park and a mini golf course. The other tenants were very friendly and there was an older lady who always went out of her way to speak to us and make sure my daughters were having fun! This will NOT be our last visit to Beach Dreams and I would give it 10 stars if I could. There isn't one thing I would change about our entire experience and Gina and Chip were amazing owners.

I was excited that there was a storage unit next to the condo that provided beach chairs, umbrella, bodyboards and more. The master bed was really comfortable. The view was great. The beach and pool was not crowded. Gina was very quick to respond and even gave suggestions on things to do. Grocery store, gas station and restaurants are close. This was our first time in Atlanta Beach but definitely not our last. Suggestions on things to do that we enjoyed...visit Beaufort and even take a trip to Shackleford Island to see the wild horses, Carrot Island has a few also. The Pine Knolls Aquarium is great for a rainy day. Restaurants we was very happy with, Roma Pizza in Atlanta Beach and Sagebrush in Morehead. There is a Walmart in Morehead. A huge Thank You to Gina for sharing her Beach Dream with us. You won't be disappointed!

Great week on lightly traveled beach ... just what we were looking for!

We had a great week at Beach Dreams. We usually take separate trips in October (salmon fishing & NYC) but cancelled due to covid restrictions. This condo and location more than made up for our cancelled trip. The condo was well located - right on the beach, could see the ocean even from the kitchen. Weather permitting, we left the sliding door in the master open and listened to the waves crash all night. Several nights we got take out and sat on the patio overlooking the ocean for dinner. The condo was great, tastefully decorated and felt like being at home. Kitchen was well stocked and condo had lots of thoughtful details like an extension cord with a 3 prong adapter so you could sit on the couch and use a laptop while watching the ocean or tv. Brought our own HDMI cable and easily streamed college football through Hulu on the condo's big tv. Internet was fast and reliable. Cell service strong. Master bed comfortable. Good blackout curtains. Communication with Gina was great, check in / check out easy. Do return key to lockbox immediately, as this helps prevent lockouts. Apartment is one flight up from parking lot, though there is an elevator which we did not use. In terms of covid, stairway and walkway to front door are open air, unit seems to have its own HVAC system separate from other units. Cleaning supplies and hand sanitizer were well stocked and on kitchen island. We saw pods of dolphins two mornings and took long walks on the beach. One morning, my husband caught 3 false albacore right from the beach. Saw surfers and a phenomenal kitesurfer. Recommend taking the ferry from Harkers Island over to Shackleford Shores and Cape Lookout Lighthouse - saw wild horses and had a great day on the beach. Wish we'd rented a 4 x 4 as there is a lot to explore. Great food at Southern Salt in Morehead City and at Amos Mosquito's and Shark Shack on Atlantic Beach. Two of my husband's fishing buddies joined us for part of the week. Condo would have been comfortable for all 4 of us but they stayed at the DoubleTree, an easy walk down the beach or road. They took a fishing charter from Harkers Island one day and put in their own boat at a public boat launch near Morehead City another day. Both days great fishing. (Boats / trailers not allowed at condo, ok at DoubleTree) Had one stormy day - very fun watching wild ocean waves while staying dry in condo! Great trip, great condo - we hope to go back again sometime soon!

We had an awesome week at Beach Dreams. The view is fantastic, and we enjoyed it from the Adirondack chairs on the balcony. The location is great—we could walk to a few restaurants and shops. We enjoyed walking on the beach, and on the AB loop trails while exploring the city. The beach is flat and wide, unlike some other NC beaches. It’s close to Emerald Isle and Morehead City for more restaurants and shopping. The condo is beautifully decorated, with all the amenities of home—as I get older, I appreciate a great mattress, and an awesome washer/dryer. :) We booked this trip in February before Covid really ramped up, and considered canceling it on several occasions. We are so glad that we did not! When we entered the condo, the first things we saw were hand sanitizer and Lysol. Gina was very responsive, and even advised when the condo was ready for our visit (a few hours before check-in). You can’t go wrong with this condo. Great place! Great location! Great owners!
