Great place to stay

Very nice property with everything you need for a great stay. On 3rd floor so you will need to be able to climb stairs. Master bedroom/bath is awesome and separate full bathroom outside of second bedroom is great. Place was immaculate!

Good Vacation overall!

This is our fifth or sixth time staying in this unit, and it was seamless as always - Terry is very responsive and the unit and property are very clean an well-maintained. The bed is super comfy and the location on the mid-north part of the island is pretty terrific. Can't wait to go back! Laurie & Joe

We've stayed at this condo multiple times and really enjoy it. The furnishing are great. We've seen other units in this complex, and this condo is a step above on furnishing and comfort.

This was our first time to visit SPI, and this condo was perfect! It was a short walk to the beach (access is right next to Wanna Wanna Bar & Grill) and the condo was FULLY stocked with everything we needed to cook our meals and even had a closet full of beach toys/chairs/umbrellas. There is also a shower station which also has a hose right next to the pool - a necessity when you are at the beach! The owners were amazing with communication, always responding very quickly and even making special arrangements for us. A few things to note - you are on the 3rd floor with no elevator so if you have kids and lots of stuff, be prepared! After the first day of hauling the beach wagon up and down the stairs, we decided it was staying in the car when not at the beach. Trying to get it up/down the stairs was not fun. We did have some difficulty with slow internet (making the 2 bedroom TV's inoperable) and causing the main TV to buffer a lot. But this was apparently a Spectrum issue and the owners were talking with them to get a new router. It wasn't a problem for us since we weren't in the condo much. Also be aware that you only have one parking spot that is marked for the condo. Our last evening, we came back from dinner to find someone had parked in our spot but thankfully there was a guest spot open for us to park. But during the busy seasons, this could be an issue if guests are not respecting the designated parking spots. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely consider this condo on our next visit to SPI.

If you are looking for a hassle-free, relaxing and great time, then this is definitely the place for you! This is the third time I stay here, and it gets better everytime. The owner is very easy-going and has anything and everything you could possibly think of to make for a comfortable stay. Looking forward to next time. EP

The condo was just as pictured and had everything we needed! There was even beach toys and boogie boards in the closet. We enjoyed our stay here and would stay again in the future.

We really enjoyed staying at this property. We have two daughters (8 and 9) and a toddler boy (2). The condo was in walking distance to the beach and Wanna Wanna Bar and Grill, which we went more than once. I was able to watch my girls with my husband in the pool from the patio, while the baby napped. The condo had everything you need to shower/bathe, cook, etc. my girls loved having their own room. The beds were extremely comfortable. We would love to stay again in the future. Thanks!

Great place to stay to enjoy the beach

The place is amazing! It has everything you need. My kids found beach toys in the closet. There was even beach chairs and umbrellas. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Including ziploc bags and foil paper! The beach is literally like a block away. We had a lot of fun at the pool. Plenty of linens and towels if needed. And there’s a washer and dryer! I would recommend it to anyone. We’ll definitely stay here again whenever we come back for a trip!

The condo was like a treasure hunt! Every cabinet, closet and drawer was full of everything you need and more!!! The margarita machine worked overtime and the hot tub was a perfect soak in the cool evenings. We didn’t want to leave and asked to stay another night and Terry responded to our late night request. My daughter had to miss some of our outings due to work but she had no problem with wifi nor noise disturbance. Y’all the beach is right across the street!!

We stay at this property every year when we come to SPI and love it. Terry and Monique are great owners who keep the property up. The unit is well-equipped and in the perfect location on the more quiet, northen part of the island. The bed is super comfy and there are plenty of linens. There is even an umbrella, chairs and a cooler to take down to the beach so that you don't have to rent them. We'll definitely be back as soon as we can get there.

We really enjoyed our stay. This was our first time visiting and it will not be our last. Thank you Host for the lovely condo. We will definitely recommend your place.

Owner was great to deal with and checked in with us to see if we needed anything. Property was just as described and everything was provided! We will definitely rebook this location again!!!

My family of 5 loved it!! Very spacious, clean, has everything you need from kitchen pots and pans to bbq supplies. Loved it, will go back when we plan our next getaway.

This place was amazing. Terry was amazing to answer all questions and the property was just as described. The beds were very comfortable so comfortable when we got home we have drives we need a new mattress. Loved the pool and hot tub. It was clean and everyone we met in the courtyard was so friendly. The condo had everything you needed to cook for a family. The margarita machine was great too. Perfect for your frozen drinks. Loved how you could shower before you come up to the condo and hose off you things in the courtyard. It's very close to the beach, within a block. The Wanna Wanna bar is a must check out. And you have to try the Turbo. It was sooo good you just can't have one. Terry was accommodating in he was able to allow us to stay a extra day. We enjoyed our stay so much we didn't want to go home. We also had our 8 yr old daughter misplace something she had bought with her own money. Terry went and looked couldn't find it but offered to go to the store where she bought them and but her new ones and send to her. We appreciated that so much. But we found them on our end she had stuck them in my jewelry bag. So we let Terry know and he was happy we had found the bracelets. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants a great stay. Thanks Terry for making our first vacation in 15 yrs one to remember. We had a blast.

We stayed for my daughters 18th birthday and graduation celebration, it was perfect for 5 of us n very roomy and the house had everything we needed and has a very beachy feeling, which we all loved , the air conditioning works really good to which is a big plus for me , also when I had any questions the landlord was very fast to respond,we will definitely be staying again !

The condo was just as advertised. Owner always was quick to respond back with any issue(s) we had and he got everything taken care of very timely. We were there during that cold snap, and owner was concerned and kept us updated. Super nice to have the beach chairs for use and the kitchen was stocked with whatever was needed. Beds were comfortable. Pool area was welcoming. Pool was wonderful, but the hot tub needs more working jets. This was our first time to South Padre, and we were extremely pleased with this Condo and the location. Thank you......we'll be back.

Overall, a good stay. The bed was very comfortable, and the rental looks just like the pictures online. Terry also responds VERY quickly, which is always helpful.

We had a wonderful experience with our vacation spot. I was so impressed by how well stocked the kitchen and bathrooms were with items you use on a regular basis. Most the time you have to think if everything but I was able to cook anything I desired. They had dishsoap, hand soap, every cooking utensil, waffle maker, crackpot even i think and my favorite the margaritas machine! Ice in freezer, lots of towels available. Washer and dryer in the house and a dishwasher with dishwasher tabs available. Super stocked, better than I've seen in my many vrbo and bnb stays. It was also in walking distance to the beach. Which was why we selected it. I had a question and the owner responded very quickly back by text. Very pleased! Would definitely use them again. Thank you so much!

The unit is like being at home away from home. Instructions to check in were simple and easy to follow. We arrived after the office was closed and we easily were able to access the property. The unit was very clean and had everything we needed to feel at home. There were plenty of items to keep the place sanitized such as hand soap, sanitizer, and cleaning supplies. There is plenty of space to hang out with the family without feeling crowded. They also have all the cooking supplies required for cooking meals. The location of the condo is close to a beach entrance and a good restaurant Wanna Wanna beach bar and grill that servers excellent seafood. Check out procedures were also as quick as check in. We will definitely return if the owner will have us back. Great location and very economical.

We were looking for a place that felt like home, near the beach, and away from big crowds. Terry’s place checked all the above! We were comfortable (king bed was very comfy), had easy access to a not so crowded beach (beach chairs and umbrella available in condo), and many restaurants near for take-out. We were nervous to travel given the rising covid-19 cases in Texas, but we felt that we were able to continue social distancing by staying at this location. Highly recommend and will definitely try to stay here again!
