Front desk staff were helpful, friendly and efficient. Just wonderful people. Location was only a 5 min walk from train station and a 2 minute walk from a Woolworths Metro. Bed was very comfy. Room was extremely quite - no noise from anywhere. Air-conditioning got the room cold quickly.

Only a coffee bag in a plunger. Pod machine would be better. Shower glass door did not close completely leaving a gap and water escaping on the tiles outside.

Nothing really. But stayed a few times. Not a fan of level 1 rooms opposite car park.

The bathroom drain was blocked and there was left over rubbish from previous clients staying in the room.

The pictures of the room I booked were not accurate, I was in a much smaller downgraded room. The staff were not apologetic, did not help and just told me they were the wrong pics and I could upgrade to that room at my own cost!

The location was great. Wonderful cafe downstairs. Property was clean and the staff was very polite and helpful.

I felt the tv was in uncomfortable position. Couldn’t enjoy watching tv even for 20 mins. Started having neck pain.

Our entire experience was fantastic. The staff were very helpful from the minute we arrived to when we left. As my first trip with a disability I am now confident I can travel more.

The staff were nice

I was very disappointed with this stay in 508. The bathroom was tiny and the air conditioner ran water all night and made sleeping difficult. The hall ways smelt of curry and for 2 nights we were given 4 coffees and sugars and 1 milk.

Great price. Really nice room. Easy check in and 150m from where our function was held. The Rags and Famish hotel down the road is an amazing place to have in walking distance

The rooms were lovely and full of light and the pantry and bathroom had all the essentials. Great location too.

We had breakfast downstairs at the "Lost and Found", a quirky little cafe at the front facade of the Hotel. The service was great and the food good, coming in very good time since placing our order.

The plug to the kitchen sink was missing, but this wasn't a deal breaker for us.
