We were treated like criminals

Layout, views are amazing. The rooms and bathrooms were very clean. Norma the lady that does the housekeeping is very friendly.

We had to pay a breakage deposit. Which was not based on any inventory list to confirm before hand.🤔. I suggest making sure you make note of what is on hand. Chairs for the campfire had some issues so be aware to avoid damage. No jo jo tanks to assist with water during load shedding.

The locations was exactly as what was advertised, absolutely beautiful. The property and amenities were great. Renting a game viewing vehicle is a must and increased the enjoyment.

The check in procedures and information about the property and it’s amenities would have been very useful.

set up of bedrooms is well thought out

little maintenance have been done to the place. Keyhole in door is not the right size, camping chairs is worn out and has holes in them. The gasbraai is literally standing on its last legs. The owner needs to decide whether he rather sells the place or does some maintenance to validate the high rental price. In this state it is not worth the money asked.

Rooms was exceptional. Huge bath with an outside shower for those who wants to live on a more adventurous side. The view was fantastic. We had an amazing experience and will definitely be back.

That there is no cell service & I wasn’t informed that I should call first to get the code for the keys.

The view is INCREDIBLE!! We had a wonderful time in a lodge that had everything a group can hope for. Great beds and linen, lovely big baths and en suite outside showers. The infinity pool is to die for! We rented the safari vehicle too - what fun!
