Once you got used to the traffic flow, getting around was very good. Location to main attractions was very good as well.

The misleading advertising of the actual condition of the house and the total lack of support from the Villa Direct people to resolve some of the many issues that we had, including 5 lights not working and especially the outside entrance light. They failed to send someone over to correct this when advised. Further to that, only 2 of the 4 burners worked on the stove, the fridge leaked water inside, the hot tub only had 2 jets working, the list goes on. They did not turn on the pool heater for the first few days because the outside temperature was on the colder side but no credit has yet to be received for those nights. Needless to say, we will never use Villa Direct again. We will advise Lucky Charm and Booking .Com of the entire list of concerns to see / hear their views.

House was a good size, and value was perfect.

The stove did not work, as well a lot of roaches throughout the house.
