It was a great location close to everything. The house was big and could accommodate a large group very comfortable

The house was not cleaned. The walls and carpets are filthy. The beds had dirty sheets in 3 of the 8 bedrooms we had to wash our sheets and towels before we used them cause they were not cleaned. The decorative pillows are all dirty and need cleaned. They charge everyone 200 dollars cleaning fee they should make sure it's actually clean. The house had a ping pong table that is broke but they clamped it together but not ping pong paddles or ball. They didn't supply and rags just hand towels and towels so we had to go buy our own. The pool had beer bottle caps all around the area that we had to clean up after we stepped on one. Very nice house just don't expect a clean house like the pictures. The bathtub and showers were also dirty. And last but not least not all the tvs work cause of a weak wifi signal and remote controls not working

The home was beautiful. Rooms specious. Clean. Great lay out.

Nice size, spacious. Bathroom in every room upstairs.

The home is not kept up the way it should. Poor maintenance. The cleaning company is spot cleaning as cigarettes and other things from past guest are all over the home. They will find ways to charge you after your stay. We left the home in better condition than we arrived and they still tried to bill my card after.

Rooms had trash under beds. That’s the most disgusting part! There were chicken nuggets under one bed an cheese puffs under another bed. Bathroom tubs an showers were dirty. Some of the rooms had linens that smelled mildew an others had comforters missing which we eventually found in the washing machine. No wash clothes where provided or toilet paper. I guess I was expected to wipe with my hands! I made complaints to ACO vacation homes an they only told me that they don’t provide wash clothes. They never sent anyone to provide toilet paper or to clean the nasty food from under the beds. A lot of things were broken in the home. I let the property know that the counter top was lose an that it’s a hazard to anyone who wanted to sit there an eat. I also realized that a bed was broken. After inspecting the bed that’s how we find the checkers chicken nuggets under the bed. Thats what prompted us to look under the other beds. This home was decent but needs repairs an the cleaning crew should be fired!

Very big which we needed for our family and the location was 10 minutes from Disney

Very very dirty, the dishes were disgusting so spent the first day of our vacation cleaning and doing dishes which was not planned. The walls were horrible and all need to be repainted, the pool netting was broken so there was a ton of bugs while we tried to enjoy the pool in which I paid for heating throughout my stay and the heating wasn’t put on until I complained 3 days later. There was something red between the covers of the mater bedroom looked like dried up strawberry jam which was gross and we had to buy our own pillows because the pillows stank. Ohhh and talk about stink!! The bathroom draines smelt horrible and stank the whole room up everytime you took a shower expecially in the master bed room.

The only good think about this place is the location

The carpet and walls were dirty There was hair everywhere in the pool Then water started leaking from the ceiling where the air filter was at The bar was very unsafe it looked like it was about to fall off

I liked nothing about the property.

The property was FILTHY! Huge carpet stains everywhere, blood on the sheets, stains on the sheets. Handprints of I don’t know what on the banister. Vents were filled with dust. Bathroom toilets disgusting. The pool was full of insects because the nets on the property were torn down. The pool water was cloudy as if someone poured milk in it. The staff had us on hold for over an hour and a half. I called from a different phone they picked up and hung up in my face. My family did not stay there. I had to call my credit card company and dispute the charges. Total disappointment! Would never book with the company again!

The whole house was amazing looks just like the pictures. Stunningly beautiful.

But there were some things that was not clean or not working. The gas grill did not work me and my family brought a whole bunch of grocery to grill out and to find the grill doesn’t work. The Wifi did not work. They had a technician come out to check the signal he couldn’t even fix it so for our 3 night stay we had no tv for my kids. The sheets were stained. My mother-in-law washed her bedding sheets and the stains immediately came out..it was 3 bedrooms in the house with bedding like that so I went to Walmart to go buy sheets which I shouldn’t had to do considering all the money we spent on this property. Even when I reported it sent multiple videos and photos I was asked to send more, instead of them just coming to change the sheets which was a simple fix. Instead I got the run around about a simple sheet change and not to mention dirt on the side of the bed in two rooms. I loved the place it was gorgeous,but there is definitely some changes that needs to be made.

Everything! Walls need to be paint, paid for the house and still had to pay extra fees for pool heater, grill. Sheets was not clean. I called the office for late check out had to pay $63 for the extra hours had to check out at 2pm at 11 am cleaning ppl knocked on the door saying we had to check out at 11am cause someone booked the place. Got a phone call from the office around 11:15am saying their sorry for the inconvenience but we had to leave right away for the cleaning ppl to clean after they already charge me for the late check out.So we had to leave the house without taking a shower and drove back to ft Lauderdale. The only good thing is they refunded me back the money for the late check out.

House was very clean and nice looking. Love the entertainment set up in garage.

Minor issues like loose doorknobs and a leaning kitchen counter.
