Everything. Lovely lodge. Good location. Lovely owners

Everything was perfect, the lodge, the very comfortable beds, the well-equipped kitchen, the terrace etc., only it is better to come with a car (which I think most people do anyway) because of the busy road in front of the farm. I chose this accommodation for the possibility of walking through the meadows to the very centre of Oxford and this was perfect and I enjoyed it very much.

Barry and Lyn were extremely friendly and helpful at all times. The lodge itself was beautiful inside and certainly was big enough to cater for my family and I. The accommodation allowed for us to stay in doors when the days were wet. There were parks nearby for us to go to with our kids (2 & 4 years old). Thank you for a wonderful stay
The location was on a busy road, and the internet wasn't great.

It was like heaven on earth! Everything was perfect from the check-in day till the checkout day. Everything was perfect for our big family (2 adults, 4 kids). Perfect for dad to work, prepare meals, kids to play around and family to have quality time
The house
Beds were comfortable, living room was amazingly comfortable, fully equipped kitchen to cook, and the area around the lodge was breathtaking.
The owners
Barry and Lynn were lovely, friendly and helpful. Not to mention their pet Pete was fun to have around, the kids loved the big bird.
Will definitely come again, Barry and Lynn if you're reading this I just wanted to say thank you again for accommodating my big family.

The lodges were beautiful and spacious, even better than the photos. Barry and Lynn were on site to answer any questions, great hospitality. Location is brilliant, close to Oxford and only an hour drive from Watford and Windsor.

The garden and river location excellent. Fishing at the end of the garden was great. Very private, no noise. The accommodation was exceptional very equipped kitchen. Greeted with a bottle of wine and cake. This house was beautifully furnished and extremely comfortable

We had a fabulous stay. The hosts Barry and Lyn are so friendly and welcoming. The lodge was clean, tidy and had everything needed.

The quality of the accommodation was greatly appreciated. The layout and the 2 bathrooms were definitely what was needed. In addition, the basics were provided and the cake and wine were a very nice gesture.
I received directions to the property and these were really needed. It should be clear that the exit to the property is not for the faint hearted and this directly on to a very busy road.

The location was lovely, right by the river, lots of wildlife and great hosts
It’s close to an A road but the noise didn’t really bother us. It’s a 20 min walk to the closest bus into Oxford but for us this wasn’t a problem.

outstanding, the chalet was everything and more , the views to the river , wildlife on out decking , the whole place was spotless , beautiful decor x

Great place to stay just over 3 miles from centre of Oxford . Lovely interior and really comfortable. Excellent hosts who looked after us and were able to answer any questions. Highly recommend.
A little difficult to find - a little better signage would help .

Location was ideal,we enjoyed the wildlife , peacocks on the veranda every morning awesome, we did park and ride into oxford which was easier, which was 5 minutes away
