口コミにも書かれていなかった注意点を記載します。まず、スタッフはおらず24時間無人です。チェックイン時宿泊者全員の個人情報を、受付に置かれたiPadに入力。予約番号を入れても名前が出て来ず、置いてある電話の子機でスタッフにかけました。向こうから情報を送信してもらいやっとひとり入力しましたが、残りは入力できず。交渉してとりあえず部屋に入らせてもらいました。最初ホテルを探していると偶然裏道に入ってしまったのですが、築50年以上は経ってそうなボロボロの雑居ビルで、それの中を改装しているホテルです。中は改装してるのでそこまで分かりませんが、一部壁が剥がれていたりお風呂の排水溝の流れが悪く、こういうところでも古い建物なのがわかります。24時間無人なので、何かあれば受付の子機から連絡しなくてはならず、不便です。その際いちいち「どこのホテルですか？」と聞かれるので、いくつかのホテルの総合受付で電話待機の人がいてる感じです。外人らしき話し方の人もいました。1階にトイレがあるようで、それを知っている？人がトイレを利用していました。誰でも入って来れるし客室まで来ることも可能なのでセキュリティが不安。フロントが24時間無人ということを考えると、この料金は割高に思います。部屋は広くてゆったりしていてリビングにソファがあったのでくつろげましたが、ラブホテルのような感じ。食器は大きめのお皿とマグカップがあり。冷蔵庫もそこそこの大きさで、食材の保存にも◎。冷凍庫もしっかりあり。あと洗濯機ありです。スタッフが不在で24時間無人ということで、どう捉えるかは個人によると思います。寝るだけというならビジネスホテルの方がいいのではないでしょうか。

Modern and spacious unit near Hiroshima station. It was very clean and comfy, the TV is compatible with Netflix.

Property is dark and it’s hard to see inside at night, I know it’s part of the concept but worth knowing in advance; no luggage checkout option after checkout.

We asked for early luggage drop and the hotel accepted without hesitation, very convenient for us.

Wo soll ich anfangen? Schlechter Geruch, superlaute Lüftung, ließ sich nicht abstellen, kein Concierge, weder morgens noch abends, abgewohnte Möbel, kein warmes Wasser in der Dusche. Auschecken um 10 Uhr. War ganz bestimmt keine Suite und sah überhaupt nicht aus wie auf den Fotos.
