Super petit déjeuner L'utilisation du spa Proximité de la gare

La chambre pour deux était minuscule. On avait l'impression de faire du camping. Ouvrir deux valises était compliqué. Lit contre le mur.

アパホテルの宿泊は何回か利用。 今回ツインの宿泊で宿泊FL4回で見晴らしが今一つでした。

以前のアパカレーが美味しかったかなぁ~(^^♪

Degelijk hotel

Inchecken… we moesten zelf inchecken, maar na een lange geprobeerd te hebben om onze paspoorten te scannen, heeft een van de receptioniste ons geholpen om in te te checken. We waren moe en mentaal uitgeput na ons bezoek in het museum in Hiroshima, dus die was extra uitputtend om de hele procedure te doorlopen. Er waren veel receptionisten aanwezig achter de balie dus ze konden ons onmiddellijk helpen in plaats van extra tijd te verliezen. Uiteindelijk zijn we in ons kamer gekomen en daarna is alles prima in orde geweest. We hebben liefst receptie met receptioniste die ons persoonlijk helpt in plaats van automaten.

フロントのスタッフの対応や接客が非常に良かったです。久しぶりに気持ちの良い接客をしてもらいました。

バスルームのドアの段差が高いのが残念です。

水回りも清潔でコンパクトに綺麗にまとまっていました。コンビニが1階にあり安心感がまりました飲み物ぐらいの利用ですがあると無いとでは大違いです

Easy walk to station for trips to Miyajima Island and Iwakuni and trams to Dome and close to the many eating places around the hotel. Room was cleaned everyday. Staff were pleasant and nice but checking in was a slow process.

Know Japanese rooms are small but the rooms here were the smallest we'd ever stayed in There was no room for bags,even the end of bed had no space. The Aircon kept heating the room.

The spa was well-ventilated so we could stay longer in it. The equipment for washing our clothes was recent.

The first night in a smoking room was not great but the staff changed us free of charge into a non smoking one from day 2.

Location, that's all.

Disrespectful and overbearing front desk staff members. Good to go if you are a Japanese businessman, but for travelers or foreigners, run away. I can't remember the last time I had such a bad experience. I felt humiliated and they kind of enjoy making me losing my face publicly....

APA hotels always have a 24/7 combini on ground floor which is very convenient

The room was a little small, but there is everything you need. Very modern. You can control everything (aircon, light, etc) from your bed. I like the fact you can check availablity of the coin laundry machine from your tv screen.

The hotel is big, so there is a lot of people. Try to avoid having breakfast from 7 to 8 AM.

Short 15 mins walk to Hiroshima station, clean room with decent amenities.

Unfortunately, only smoking room left when we booked, and can really smell the stale smoke in the furniture and curtains, so understandable. One side of the bed is up against the window with a narrow gap at the end of the bed, so a little clamber for one person to get up to use the toilet, if there's 2 of you.

Location was close by to Hiroshima station and within walking distance to multiple attractions such as the Peace Memorial Park and the Peace Memorial Museum. Also, the Costco there was walkable as well. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Check in was a breeze and the room was a pretty standard hotel room, not a lot of space especially if you brought a lot of luggage. Beds were very comfortable. At the bottom of the building was a Lawson and the hotel also had a buffet as well but we did not try it out.

The washroom was clean but had a slightly sour smell.

Great location and close to popular sites. Stayed for one night and walked everywhere we needed.

Soooo close to the station which was amazing. Room was great (tiny but that's expected) we went for a twin which still fit our bubs travel cot in. Staff were so friendly. Lawson's and restaurant downstairs which was convenient and close to lots. Easy walk to the park. Breakfast included. Highly recommend.

The pillows were so thin and flimsy.

This is a clean, centrally located hotel that is close by Hiroshima Station. It is difficult to beat as far as convenience for late arriving and early departing Shinkansen train trips.

There are two APA Hotels located in very close proximity to each other with similar names, so going to the wrong one by accident is a real possibility. If you've traveled in Japan, you know that rooms are small, but these are small for Japan.
