What an awesome property! We will definitely consider staying here again in the future. We loved the nice clean units and the hottub was amazing!

It was a great place to unwind and relax on a staycation. We loved getting out of town to enjoy some silence. There are other units next to this one and luckily for us they were all empty . The hot tub was great at the end of a cold day as well. The cabin was clean and well stocked. The only thing that would have made it perfect would have been a small space heater. The main heating unit was great for the living room but the upper floor was freezing . However it was very cold that particular weekend so that might have been mostly why. Overall I would definitely come back and it was an enjoyable experience .

This cute little cabin had everything we needed. It’s close to town and being able to do laundry was great!

The place is fine to crash for one night, but pretty outdated in terms of amenities .

Great stay

Enjoyed the cabin and hot tub. Easy to find and park. Close to the town. Nice little grouping of rentals. Clean and as advertised.

We had a great stay and the hosts could not have been nicer. The work they are doing to make the cabins better snd the experience top notch is clear. The hot-tub was such a fun addition. The cabin did have a few areas that could have been cleaner (un- vacuumed areas of rug, dirty dishes) but overall it was wonderful!

We enjoyed our stay at the cottage. The cottage has all you need for your stay and is located close to all activities in town. Highly recommended.

Cozy, comfortable and clean

Great stay in Talkeetna! This is a perfect layover when heading north to Denali. Loved this cute, quirky, hippie town !

House was clean, beds were comfortable. We were able to drive to Denali and do the bus tour and back in one day. Hot tub was relaxing after an extra long day of flying into ANC and driving to Talkeetna.

The cabin was very clean and comfortable. It is only a couple minutes to the downtown Talkeetna restaurants and shops. I would stay here again.

This was an awesome place to stay for out Talkeetna visit. Easy walking distance to town. Place had everything we needed and more. Will definitely stay here at our next visit.

I take an annual trip from New Jersey to Alaska to visit friends in Healy. This year I decided to stay in Talkeetna one night on our way to Healy. booked this cabin last minute, and everything went smoothly. Great location clean and easy access. Appreciate the hospitality. Will recommend this cabin to Friends.

It's an okay place to stay for a night. It's with a number of other cabins very close together with a hot tub basically in the parking lot. I found it expensive for what you got. The beds are okay. The pillows are terrible. It feels very cramped inside. The best part was a cat named Kip that was wandering the yard. Very friendly!

The highlight of our stay was definitely the hot tub. The kids kept asking what day we would be able to enjoy it and it didn’t disappoint. The cabin was everything that we needed. It is a bit small and the stairwell is a bit narrow and short for very tall people such as myself but otherwise did the job. The only thing that we would like to share with other renters is that the cabin is part of a larger compound and we were not aware of the construction of multiple new units going on right in front of the deck and living room. It just isn’t as secluded as we had expected from the photos and the description. We would definitely recommend this cabin to anyone who is spending a night or two in the area.

Perfect sized cabin for a family. Had everything you would need for a trip.

It was nice and clean. A littlle construction going on around it but overall was very nice.

Spent one night on our way to Denali park. The cabin was cozy and comfortable with everything we needed. In the morning we met the owner and had a very nice conversation and she gave us some excellent tips about the best places to photograph Denali and what to see in Talkeetna before we left town. A great experience.

We enjoyed our stay in this cute place near downtown Talkeetna. Definitely walkable to downtown. Hot tub was great and we used that both nights we stayed. Checkin process was super easy, the place was very clean and organized. They had some board games and books for kids which was great. One thing to note is the listing is shown for 6 people, with an “extra guest” charge for each night. Upon payment I noticed it charged us for 3 additional guests for our family of 5. I asked the owner about it as I thought it was a mistake since the listing said it was for 6 people. They got back to me right away and said the invoice was correct and they charge additional for each guest over 2 people. We didn’t change our booking and the trip was great, but I do feel the listing price was misleading. I would suggest the language be changed to clearly indicate the list price is for 2 people, charging for each additional guest over that (max of 6). That would avoid confusion in the future - and help customers better compare pricing before going through the checkout process. NOTE: it’s possible the language has already been changedss after I communicated the confusion to the owner prior to the trip.

Nice cabins and hot tub.

Cabin was cute and had all the amenities of home. Kitchen was set up to cook meals, plenty of towels, and a nice welcome book describing the area and what needed to be done upon our departure. We did not use the hot tub...although we saw it across the way! We would definitely stay here again! Loved Talkeetna! : )

Skiing was great!

The place is stocked with supplies (toilet paper, spa towels, dish soap/sponge, shampoo, etc), and excellent kitchen supplies (good pots and pans, coffee maker, full fridge/freezer, big stove, etc). The hot tub hours are 3-10, which is somewhat limiting for weekenders that may want to tub in the morning. It took a few hours to warm up the upstairs, but fans are provided. The owner is very responsive to any questions - like literally within minutes. It’s about .9 miles from town and there is a trail you can use nearby. Overall, a thumbs up and a very nice experience.

We enjoyed our Winter stay in Talkeetna. This will be a great spot for future Summer visits too.
