Nice and quiet place. Good location ( close to city center)

Location is near enough Ayala Abreeza. Many “sari-sari” stores nearby.

I tripped 3 times over a 2-1/2” high ‘barrier’ between the room and the toilet. I had to put a white sticker on the ‘barrier’ as a visual cue to remind me of it. The 12 inch wide glass shower enclosure is clearly not enough to keep the rest of the toilet dry. A shower curtain will help. My friend’s room, 503, did not have a window.

The bath did not have a shower curtain so everytime we took a bath the whole bathroom became wet.

good location and very clean property

For those of you looking for something not too far from Abrezza mall , it s just 10min walk but the hotel is a height , so its ok for those who dont have problems with walking. Area is safe, wide street and Have a few sari sari shops and foods, you can walk safely there , no problems. I leave my car in the parking who have good large spots, but limited spots , i remember some 5 maybe 6 spots available. Bed is nice , Hot water, Digital TV, no smells and clean. Have elevator roomy for bring your luggage easy.

All have been fine for me, Would have been nice to have a window , but its perfectly fine for short stays.

Room was nice and clean. Temperature is ok, it can fasten for easily cold temp. shower has heater. Staff are friendly.

Maybe they only have 1 elevator. This may cause a problem if there are too many people check in which may cause long waiting time going up and down
