Location is good, laundry facilities available

Plugs in the kitchen not in good working condition, cooking appliances eg. Cooker not working

I am used to stay in Ecoland once I am in Davao , near to sm and other restaurants I prefer as an Arab

One oasis is very good place to stay but this unit it was not that clean , when u r expecting the garden view but found that ur view is the garbage collecting area and electric generator . Old bed sheets in the kids room They have a spider web on the wall it means unit was not properly cleaned long time ago it was unit 1-114

Very homey. Near SM and Coastal Road. The Pool and other amenities. Safe place.

we have an elderly in wheelchair with us.the room was PWD friendly since ground floor lang po and sa bldg 1 lang malapit lang sa gate.online po lahat transaction from room rental pati na po sa parking fee pwed gcash. very accomodating po cla.

It is located at the city center so it was easy to navigate

We are very happy with our stay. The 2 bedroom unit has all the minimum you would expect. The beds were comfortable enough, and as well the lounge was comfortable. A bonus was the washing machine which was a god send being able to was a few clothes. While there was a few minor wear and tear items that could be repaired but nothing that was an issue.

There was one item that was a major concern (though it turned out not to be) was that the elevator had just been fixed and had been out of order apparently for a little while. This would have been a major issue had the elevator been not working as we were on the top floor and I have a medical condition. Just something to be aware of.

we had a hard time with the main door knob and key. needs changing.

Convenience to the Mall next door. Security. Pool is nice but very strictly controlled. No eating by the pool and no wet clothes where you are allowed to eat.

Not a complaint but notice for the owner, the toilet seat needs securing. Also we ran out of fresh drinking water. It would be nice if a change over bottle was provided.
