Un elegante bungalow con due camere da letto con parcheggio fuori strada e punto di ricarica per veicoli elettrici. Tutti al piano terra.
Soggiorno: con stufa a legna, Smart 4K TV da 55 "con Netflix, lettore Blu-ray e soundbar bluetooth.
Cucina / sala da pranzo: con fornello a gas, forno a microonde, frigorifero, congelatore, lavastoviglie e TV HD 42 "Freeview.
Camera 1: con letto super king size.
Camera 2: con zip e letto matrimoniale link (possibilità di letti singoli su richiesta).
Bagno: con doccia e vasca e WC. Riscaldamento, gas, elettricità, biancheria da letto, asciugamani e Wi-Fi superveloce incluso. Lettino e seggiolone. Garage con lavatrice e asciugatrice. Il soggiorno ha un'accogliente stufa a legna e in cucina c'è una cucina della gamma Lacanche per quei giorni in cui vuoi mangiare. Puoi fare scorta nel mini supermercato nelle vicinanze. Una porta della stalla in rovere conduce al cortile posteriore con una zona salotto e il giardino con prato verde nella parte anteriore rende un luogo tranquillo per rilassarsi al sole.
Quando �� il momento di riposare, la camera da letto principale ha un letto super king-size e la seconda camera ha letti zip e link che offrono sistemazioni per dormire flessibili, ed entrambi condividono il bagno di famiglia.
C'è un discreto parcheggio fuori strada e persino un punto di ricarica per veicoli elettrici (EV), ma ce ne sono molti a pochi passi tra cui Totland Bay e Colwell Bay, che hanno entrambi fantastici ristoranti con vista sulla spiaggia. Passeggia qui per vedere i meravigliosi tramonti, è uno spettacolo da non perdere.
Ci sono alcune fantastiche passeggiate a portata di mano tra cui il Tennysons Trail. La sempre popolare attrazione della famiglia Tapnell Farm si trova nelle vicinanze, così come Freshwater Bay con attività a base d'acqua.

Great Stay
The property was so clean and had a great finish to it. Well set up with entertainment (tv, Netflix and games) along with big comfortable beds. Only recommendation would be to have kitchen basics such as oil/salt for families staying the week. Otherwise fully equipped home away from home!

Stayed here for 3 weeks in between moving house. The manager Lisa was excellent and arranged for linens to be changed weekly in a COVID safe way. Communication was also excellent and proactive. The house is very well equipped, warm and comfortable as well as being spotlessly clean. I loved the large range cooker, amazingly comfy sofa and the fact the house had absolutely everything needed. It was quite pricey but appreciate it was over Christmas and New Year. The only negative (and more to do with personal preference) was the beds. They were very very soft and we prefer a firmer mattress although it was clear the beds and bedding were of a high quality.

We have had a wonderful week in this lovely, very comfortable house. Lisa was fantastic to deal with and had everything in hand. Great communication before and during our stay. The beds were ridiculously comfortable and the living room was a lovely space to hole up in on rainy days.

We had a lovely stay at Greenridge, communication before and during our stay with the caretaker was good and appreciated especially as arrival and leaving times had changed due to extra covid rules. Cottage was spotless and well equipped, beds really comfy. Walking and beaches easy to get to. Fabulous sunsets visible from the sitting room over the bay. Electric car charging point a bonus.

Every little thing was thought about down to handwash/sanitiser and antibac wipes.
Excellent location, we was in the middle of pretty much everything we wanted to do, Beach just a few mins walk (easy walk) away, lots of places for food, from takeaways to places to eat in, shops also within walking distance.
The cottage was so comfortable, beds gorgeous and a super comfy sofa (a rarity in some cottages), broadband was also fab.
Would def recommend, in fact we have booked for next year.
Lisa was amazing, great communication from her, nothing was too much trouble.
Every detail has been though about to deliver a perfect home from home! Thank you for a great week xx

Good location- if not always dry weather- tho we walked to the Needles- saw the sunset while enjoying meal at the Waterfront- nice spacious & comfortable property with good facilities -including 2 large TV's plus selection of DVds ideal for wintry evenings

We really had a nice time and appreciated the efforts of the owner and manager.
The garden needs a bit of attention and access to parking becoming very difficult due to very poor unmade road. If you had a low car it would be impossible.
But overall a very nice property

An extremely comfortable and well appointed house with a ‘home from home’ feel. The little touches of the owner leaving us a half dozen eggs, biscuits and milk etc were particularly appreciated. We can’t praise this holiday accommodation too highly. The village shops were more than adequate (grocery/hair dressers/Highdown Pub up the hill) and proximity to the sea and Tennyson Downs just made our week a perfect holiday.

Fantastic cottage. Very spacious, beautifully decorated and with everything you need. Great position for local attractions and not far to get to the other side of the island either. We will be coming back!

Pleasant property. Quiet location with a shop, and two takeaways very close. The pub in walking distance is closed but there is a bootsale down the road on a Saturday.
Needs a few tweaks e.g a brea knife, airer and vacuum.
Lovely decked area but large grass area is full of spikey weeds and the stairs have no rail and are over grown.
Really liked being in the quiet side of the island with lots of little bays to explore, didn't mind driving and the bus stops just outside taking you to Newport.
Nice off street parking if you can figure out the way (institutions in the house of how to find parking but not in the info sent to us.

Really well kitted out and comfortable bungalow, with a fab smart TV and WiFi faster than ours at home. The location itself is on quite an ordinary looking road; but it’s well located for loads of places - and only a short walk to Totland’s beautiful beach and 10 mins drive from Yarmouth ferry. We arrived to a lovely basket of milk, bread, eggs and local produce. It immediately felt like home - would definitely stay here again. Thanks.
