The place is very clean, spacious and secured. The surroundings are quiet and peaceful. The property is convenient as it is few minutes drive from the supermarket.

1)Bathroom top was having black moulds 2) There were earth worms all over the foyer ! 3) Bathroom was not clean enough ( it was having sticky stuff build up all over the shower handles etc

Quiet location with lots of room.

This is a bit trivial but I found the clothes dryer a little complicated to work out.

Size, lots of space living room, kitchen and bedrooms. Nice to sit out on the deck. Owner was quick to respond to messages.

Luggage racks would be nice, plenty of space for them to keep luggage off the floor. A large drying rack would be useful too.

Was very happy with the comfortable beds, cleanliness, it was like a home away from home.

Modern kitchen with all the pots, pans, cutlery you need. Good washer and dryer. Quiet family neighbourhood.

First impressions mean everything. House number is hidden behind a bush and we didn’t see it until the next day when we searched for it. Laundry hanging on the line (and still there after our 5 night stay). Was this our house? Is someone else staying there? Got the key from the lockbox, inserted key in door, have to yank on door to open it. No dead bolt, just an old fashioned push button knob lock. Once inside: Mustard coloured couch in lounge area very stained. Red sofas visible in property photos old and saggy. Screws sticking out of walls where pictures used to hang. Every wall in the house needs a good washing. I wiped a smear on the water closet wall and it easily came off. I hate to think what it was. First bedroom wall smear also easily wiped off. Why?? Some towels stained. I took a bath mat off the clothesline as the one in the main bathroom, well I didn’t want to step on that coming out of the shower. Mats in front of the 2 toilets! Do they get washed after each guest? Disgusting. The windows need a washing. Bird droppings on the kitchen window are not apppealing. The A/C in the lounge works great but the 4 bedrooms get very hot. And it was an average of 23C when we stayed. Floor fans just move the hot air around. Outside, the lawns need a good cut. The dandelions were in flower. The house mailbox hasn’t been emptied in a while which tells me the owner doesn’t come by the property. I took photos of everything I just mentioned. I had high hopes for this property as the photos look great and the reviews were good. I rarely write negative reviews as I do my homework and don’t like surprises. But this place feels unkempt and gets no recommendation from me. Very disappointed.
