Cute small home, very welcoming and great communication with property management

Good location that has all the basic amenities. Property is well secured with an alarm and locking gate.

The apartment worked out great. The location is perfect, 5-minute walk from downtown La Fortuna. Tons of good restaurants in walking distance. Have to admit we had some doubts about how good a shipping container-turned-apartment could be, but it was more than acceptable, especially for the price. It was small, but had a working kitchen and nice outdoor space. The AC went out during our stay but Eder and the people at the office had it up and running again that day. The people in the office were also super helpful in making arrangements for tours and transportation when needed. Nothing but good things to say about people we worked with on activities. We had a car for the first two or three days, then dumped it. Didn’t really miss it. The grounds are quite nice, and there was even a sloth up in a tree on the property. Highly recommend staying there.

Everything came ‘as advertised’ at this well outfitted, comfortable shipping container refurb apartment. Had everything we needed in a cozy, efficient space. Great location-quiet, but close to downtown, easy short walk away; really good restaurant, Travesia, right across the street. My wife loved it, would definitely stay here again. Also the House of Tours hosts were very helpful, responding to any & all questions in a few minutes via WhatsApp. Thanks!

The property is very new, everything is nice. The location is perfect! We didn’t have the chance to see the volcano because of the fog, but it would have been perfect place if more visibility.

We stayed for 2 weeks and had everything we needed, eating “in” for all breakfasts and several dinners. Private, quiet location, yet only 3 blocks from the center of town. For several days, there was a sloth in the yard. A bush next to the patio attracted many hummingbirds daily.

This was a wonderful place to stay, we enjoyed it very much. Any issues or questions we had were handled and responded to quickly!

The location was perfect and the view of the volcano was amazing. Easy check in and I would give even higher stars. The porch was perfect for sitting and relaxing in the evening for us. My only thing I wish I had known was that it did not have hot water for the shower. But, hey it was just beautiful.
