STUDIO CAPEL è una fantastica vacanza per 1-4 persone (fino a 3 adulti o 2 x adulti e 2 x bambini), a soli 50 metri a piedi dalla battigia di Capel, dai trasporti pubblici, dai caffè e dai ristoranti.
Situato in una corte appartata e separato dalla residenza principale, questo monolocale a piano aperto autonomo comprende camera da letto, soggiorno, angolo cottura completamente attrezzato e bagno privato.
Goditi parcheggio coperto, wifi gratuito, aria condizionata / riscaldamento, TV / DVD, barbecue e spa all'aperto su richiesta (limite di 2 ore al giorno, quindi $ 10 all'ora), dormi in un QS o divano letto con tutta la biancheria e gli asciugamani forniti.

I was looking for quiet isolation for my yearly writing retreat and git everything I wanted and more. Get place for a home away from home.

Our stay at Kerry's place was amazing. The guest house is super cosy with a lovely set up. The outdoor spa was easy to use and really great even in winter! Kerry gave useful instructions in advance on how to find the place (google maps can't find it) and helped us promptly over text when we had a question later in our stay. Highly recommend a trip down here!

The stuido was so clean and tidy, the host was amazing at meeting any extra needs we had and made the whole trip so seamless. On top of the amazing location, the safe and secure parking gave us peace of mind. Would definitely recommend

A cozy little place to stay. My wife and I went there for a couple of days and it was a very relaxing place. Highly recommend it if you are thinking of going down that way.

From the moment I booked this get away till the last minute it was perfect! Friendly welcoming, peaceful space which was beautifully neat & tidy! Great facilities to use including a spa & bbq! Definitely worth the stay 😊

A fabulous property, had all the essentials plus more. Things like esky, puzzles, even a first aid kit. Bed was comfortable and we enjoyed the beach theme of the unit.

Property is secluded so you have your privacy. The room is huge, and my partner very much enjoyed the spa! Unfortunately we only stayed for one night for a wedding but I would have loved to stay longer. It was in peak location and the owner was very supportive throughout our stay. Thank you!

My wife and I had an excellent time staying at studio Capel for my Birthday weekend. Kerry our host was very accomodating and friendly and made sure all of our needs were met. The spa is amazing! The layout of the studio was very neat and clean with the perfect beach vibe and all the little extras around the place were very thoughtful and made us feel very welcome. We also appreciated the privacy we were awarded in this beautiful place’s design. 5 stars!

Lovely time in Rosebud- accommodation was excellent, within walking distance to the beach, great coffee and gelato at The Yard. The studio was perfect for what I needed, peace & quiet for lots of marking!
Kerry was lovely and so helpful.
I will definitely be returning.

I thought there was going to be 2 proper beds at first. The pullout couch was very uncomfortable. We usually sleep in separate rooms. However , everything else was perfect. It was peaceful, had a great feel, and the host was very accommodating. I have been involved in a motor vehicle accident whereby a double semi truck smashed into my car. The getaway was just what we needed. May I suggest a little ramp area for those with mobility difficulties. Some may have a cane or wheelie walker like me .Others maybe MS, Parkinsons or other. I own a disability service and it would be perfect for me to do independent living assessments.

No wonder this place has so many good reviews! I had the most amazing stay at this beautiful little studio. All the amenities included as well as the extra trimmings such as chocolates, biscuits, tea, coffee and milk. The property is private and perfect both inside and outside. I had the pleasure to meet the owners and Kerry is lovely and very accommodating. Exceptionally good value for money and I will definitely be returning.

Kerry is one the finest host, we cannot thank her enough as she helped us when we came late at 10:30pm and also made sure we enjoy our stay. We were there to celebrate my wife's birthday and we will definitely head back there. There are not enough stars for the rating would have given 10 stars ! Thank you Kerry

Studio Capel (and wonderful host, Kerrie) is the perfect location for a couple of days taking in the best of the Mornington Peninsula. Located just 100 metres or so from the beach for a leisurely morning stroll and Polperro Winery, Cape Schank Lighthouse, Peninsula Hot Springs are all within an easy drive. Highly recommended!

Such a lovely hidden gem "Studio Capel Sound" which was a stone throw away from the beach, cafes ,shops and in close proximity to the Markets, Arthur's Seat and many other places to enjoy and explore.

Easy access to garage parking, private outdoor area for meals, spa, very neat, clean, and tidy, everything we needed for our 2 nights away.

I was down the cost for a retreat so wasnt at the property much. It was a lovely room in a private part of the property. The outdoor spa was a real treat

The studio is tastefully decorated and has everything you might need for a short stay by the sea. The beach and shops are only a few minutes walk from your door and Capel Sound is perfectly located for exploring all that the lower Mornington Peninsula has to offer. Our host was welcoming and friendly and communication prior to our arrival was great.

We came down to Rosebud for our 10 year wedding anniversary.. spent time at Alba hotsprings and retreated back for 2 nights to this little gem. We had the most amazing weekend alway without the kids... thank you for your lovely little studio.. it had everything we needed and very cosy spot close to everything you need. We hope to be back to visit soon. Rod & Steph.

The check in process was super easy, the property is neat as a pin and has all the amenities you need. The courtyard is a nice space to spend time in and there are plenty of cafes close by within walking distance
