Architectural Wonder in Heart of Osage Beach w/ Private Dock, Hot Tub & kayaks
LOTOvacay! Questa casa di oltre 8.000 piedi quadrati con oltre 200 piedi di lungomare è perfetta per grandi riunioni di famiglia, ritiri aziendali e vacanze con gli amici. Questa casa è stata appositamente progettata in modo da avere una vista del canale principale da quasi tutte le stanze della casa! Il livello principale è costituito da una grande cucina completamente attrezzata con 2 lavastoviglie, 2 fornelli, 2 frigoriferi, un forno, un forno a microonde e molto altro! Il livello principale comprende anche 3 camere da letto e 2 bagni. Quando salite le scale al 2 ° livello troverete la Master suite che consiste in un'enorme cabina armadio, un bagno con doppio lavandino con una grande doccia ed è anche collegato a 2 camere da letto aggiuntive. Una di quelle camere ha un letto matrimoniale e un bagno con una grande vasca da bagno, mentre l'altra ha un doppio rotelle e una culla se porti il tuo piccolo. In fondo al corridoio troverete una camera da letto matrimoniale, un bagno completo e un soppalco per bambini composto da 5 letti singoli. Quando sali al terzo piano, ti godrai una sala giochi / di intrattenimento con un tavolo da biliardo full size e un bagno completo. Se scendi nel seminterrato troverai una camera per bambini con un letto a castello e un letto singolo aggiuntivo. Il seminterrato si dirige verso il molo gigante con piattaforma da bagno, trampolino e scivolo per parcheggiare la barca. Non dimenticare di rilassarti anche nella nostra vasca idromassaggio di grandi dimensioni. Questa è davvero una meraviglia architettonica da non perdere! Ci sono ulteriori soggiorni che possono essere trasformati anche in zone notte.

We had our 8 grown children and 9 grandchildren with us and everyone had a great time. Thank goodness for all the room. The separate TV rooms was a blessing for my husband. The house had everything we needed!! The kids loved the lilly pad. My only negative would be the steps in to the house. I have walking issues and my 84year old mom was with. Once we were in the main floor i dont think we ever left it. Three veey nice bedrooms on the main level. This experience was awesome and they definitely deserve a 5+.

The owner was very helpful and quick to respond. The house is amazing. We had 16 guys and were able to find a place for everyone to sleep comfortably. The house was well furnished. We did a lot of eating in and it had almost everything we needed for cooking and serving. The location is right in the heart of everything. Would highly recommend this for house for similar groups.

House was amazing, plenty of space for our family of 26. read past reviews of issues others had with things so we can prepared but didnt seem to have any issues. amazing views from all windows.

Large kitchen and dining area was perfect for our large group! Kitchen was well stocked with everything needed.
Dock was perfect for 2 boats, and jet ski's and an awesome place to hang out and float.
Everyone enjoyed the large deck and huge hot tub. Location was also great. Owners were great to work with!

This house is amazing! Way more than enough room and the area is wonderful! The owners are also very responsive and wonderful to work with! Highly recommended!!

This property is a great central location by land and water in Osage Beach area. Had room for are two boats in a cove just off the main channel. This second year we have stayed during the shootout and works great for group as it’s between the shootout location and the street and dock parties.

Our extended family of 20 had a great time in this house!!! The hostess was great to work with and handled any questions very promptly! We had a range of toddlers, kids, teens, adults and up to senior parents enjoy all the amenities of this house! In a quiet cove where there is very little boats coming and going. The stairs were a little bit of a workout but to be expected when needing a large house. We definitely recommend this place for anyone needing a wide variety of accomodations for their family!

Plenty of room for our 18-person family vacation. Beautiful views, very responsive and kind host - when we alerted her that power was out on dock, she got an electrician out immediately to fix it.
Would stay here again and highly recommend!

The owners are awesome! Super responsive and very helpful. Made sure we had everything and communicated quickly. Was great for a several families, especially if you are flexible and can put kids wherever. They loved it! Great cove and swimming! Plenty of room for rental (or personal) boats in dock

Also, with COVID it just felt better to be able to spread out. Some of the bed accommodations are unique but it’s great for families. There’s a great grocery store within a mile. We had planned to hang out at the house with only a few runs to the store. We utilized the huge kitchen & grill areas so there’s no reason to eat out. We enjoyed the LARGE hot tub & dock area as well. Be prepared for lots of stairs to get into and around the house & property. There’s a sidewalk on the street that is great for getting more exercise & easily accesses the grocery store location if you really want to walk up a hill to do that. Great vacation spot!

Very clean
Property was very clean and spacious. It was perfect for our family and few friends.
We were able to leave our small boat at the dock which was really helpful. The kids really enjoyed the diving board and swimming around the dock

Overall, good
The dock, lake, and location of this property were wonderful and our kids & grandkids had a great time. I would suggest you ask for a floor plan before booking to truly understand the layout of the house. For the people paying the bill (the parents in our case) you do not get a private master suite. There is another 2 bedrooms (with crib) and bathroom through the back of the main master bedroom. We needed to use those rooms because we needed the space but there is only a sliding barn door separating the rooms so you have no noise privacy and the others have to walk though your bedroom to get to theirs. They’ve put up a cable with a curtain but that does nothing for overall privacy. The sheets are rough and old with no replacements in the closets and there are zero beach towels for this huge lake house. No shampoo/soap, dirty pans & cookie sheets, and a tiny washer/dryer only in the basement. We overall had plenty of space and a great time with the lake/ dock set up but they need to include a floor plan with listing and step up the amenities.

This property location is excellent however it doesn't have enough bedrooms for the 19 adults we had much less 26 adults as they advertise. We had to use pull out couches for some plus the 5 beds in the loft are very small along with that area. The 2 kitchens are great for fixing large meals. The boat dock was great for dock parties and for our boats. The steps are not conducive for handicap people and we had 2 in our group. Please take plenty of paper products (paper plates, toilet paper, paper towels, etc, garbarge bags, coffee for Keurig and reg coffee pots.There are not enough kitchen towels and no dish rags.. we were able to seat all 19 at the very large dining room table. The TV's didn't work in several areas. we could only get the main living room area TV to work. Hot tub was nice. Sara (property manager) was great to work with and luckily we were able to get into the property early. Overall this is a great house...just not set up for handicap and large number of adults.

Multi family fun
We were traveling in a group of 4 families. The house is made for large groups and was definitely enough room for everyone plus more. The location of the house is perfect. We enjoyed our stay.

The dock had plenty of space for our 3 boats and all of us to hang out, swim and enjoy being right on the water together.
Communication with Sara was excellent! I definitely recommend this house for large groups or families and we will definitely be back again!!

Great Experience!

Life is better at the lake
We had a wonderful time ! We had four families from Colorado visit with two boats. The house is so spacious and we had room for all! Definitely would stay here again! Location of house is convenient to grocery store and Super close to lots of restaurants on water and land. Wonderful trip!

Beautiful lake living
This is a beautiful house right on the lake with wonderful views from most rooms. Hot tub was awesome. Game room, out door speakers were very entertaining.

Family/friendly place to stay
This property was a great place to stay! It accommodated everyone in our group of all ages! Great location, kids had fun jumping into the water from the dock and 2 diving boards. Lots of choices for different restaurants. Definitely would recommend to anyone!
