Apartment was as expected with everything we needed. Big TV, fast internet. Location next to the boardwalk was perfect. Just a few minutes to the beach. Easy access across the bridge to Mercadona.

Everything was fine. No complaints.

This was the second of our visits to this apartment this year. Location is lovely but not on seafront as advertised. The resort itself is beautifully maintained and peaceful with plenty of space to place sunbeds. There is a small on site bar area which did a small but varied lunch menu and next door is a very nice Chirunguito. There were sunbeds for hire at 4 EU per day each but as we were there for 3 weeks we purchased our own at a local store and left them for the next occupants use.

The apartment was good but in need of a little TLC; i.e. the cooker front had come away from the cooker switches (glue?), the apartment patio door was unable to be locked. The main bathroom was good but the bath very slippy; the guest shower room was very small and again was slippy. My wife and I actually bought non slip baths mats from a local store and left them at the apartment the first time. The bed whilst enormous and reasonably comfortable was let down by the linen which was difficult to keep tight to the bed.

High quality apartment. comfortable bed and good bathroom and kitchen.

Adjacent beach was stony and rocky at waters edge and was difficult to enter or exit.If the apartment had portable sun chairs we would have used the pool more as we had to lie on the uncomfortable grass. Maybe supply sun chairs with a refundable deposit to ensure no damage or loss. No wine glasses in kitchen. Dishwasher tablets were welcome but a couple of washing machine tablets would have been great . Basic condiments like salt and pepper would have been nice. Patio doors don’t lock. Need to be fixed, although it’s unlikely anyone could get to balcony. See views are limited as apartment is well back from frontline beach and is nearer the busy road to the rear of the property.

- The communication with the owner was easy and smooth, they were happy to help at any point in time. Also check in is very easy thanks for the 24h help desk and security presence - Clean and large apartment - The compound is very well maintenand and really nice

- Although advertised as beachfront, the apartment is not beachfront. The pictures show close ocean views, these are not from the apartment or terrace itself but somewhere on the compound. Also the location on booking suggests it is beachfront but it is actually in the second row (between the highway and the first row building). - The master bedroom is excellent and calm, but the second bedroom is very loud due to the highway right behind the building. Luckily we did not use it as we were only a party of 2
