Proximity to the beach Clean when we visited and also cleaned every day

Welcoming can be improved (e.g. we were not told that the cafe downstairs has breakfast included in the price) Not convinced about the value for money, while conscious that our visit was end of July WIFI was heavily impacted by the number of users, difficult to surf (especially if you are planning to work from the hotel)

The room is in front of one of the best beach in koufonissi. The included breakfast is delightfull with many options. The waiters are very friendly and kind.

Our vacation was too short :)

The location is great: you have a beach right at your doorstep and other nice beaches just a short walk away. Breakfast is served at the bar in front of the flat, which is convenient. The room has a terrace, which is a quiet nice place to sit away from the beach crowds. There was fruit and prosecco in the room at our arrival. The views from the beach are gorgeous.

The bar has very loud disco music all day long, from breakfast till late night. It's also a little overpriced, probably a reflection of the location. Other restaurants are a walk away, some within 15-20 minutes but the others are in the town centre which is further away. Shops are also in the town centre only. The bed which is considered "large" is actually a small double, very uncomfortable for two people to share. The beach is nice but small, so you need to be there fairly early to grab a good spot.

The Aircondition in room 1 and the fridge made terrible noice and it was difficult to sleep. Bad wifi connection - didn’t work at all.

The property is lovely, with grapes and olive trees growing, in addition to the sea views. The beach club/restaurant is high quality — great music, and great food choices that aren’t generic beach food, nor ritzy fine dining n

It was a confusing arrival. I did not schedule a port pick-up because I was more than happy to walk, but maybe because of this, the arrival was bumpy. There was not an obvious office/reception, and the only employees who were comfortable with English work up at the bar/restaurant. So I felt strange asking hotel questions up there, but it all worked out. Everyone is very nice!

Amazing location, great staff at the beach bar. A few steps away from this amazing beach. Big room and quiet.

Shower was not separate from the toilet.

The staff was super nice and very helpful. Everything was clean. We liked everything about our stay there and would come back. They had a transfer from/to the port. You can either walk or go by taxi to the town of Koufonisia. The best beaches are all around and just a stone throw away. The food and coffees in the restaurant were really good.

Fanos studios was amazing! A perfect beachside property with a lovely balcony, great view, great bar, the photos of the room don't do it justice, it's lovely!

Not a lot of natural light, by way of windows

The welcome was warm and friendly. A pick up was there at the port to bring us at the apartment. Simple but nice and clean apartment with a nice view on the see from the terrace. The tavern in the see front for the breakfast is perfect with really welcome staff. I recommend absolutely. Thanks a lot

Excellent location next to the beach Fanos. There is a decent beach bar where you can find nice food and drinks. The staff is super friendly.

The only disadvantage the Wi-Fi that was not strong.

Very clean, the employees were very polite and helpful. The room was very close to a beautiful beach.
