A lovely property in the perfect location. Great to have onsite parking. Two minute walk to the mall. Had everything we required.

Property is very well located, with only a short walk to the Merivale Mall and also quite close to the city. It was quiet and comfortable. Our host, was easy to communicate with and responsive to our requests. This apartment was fine for the two of us, and would probably be okay for up to 4 people, though the bedrooms are small and lack storage space. The front deck is lovely on a sunny day. The flat was quite well equipped and we appreciated the provision of things like shampoo, and washing powder. Opportunities for improvement would be: - upgrading the linen which was clean but well worn. - the reverse cycle heat pump is too small and struggled to keep the place warm on cold days. - the flat was relatively clean but had a bit of a dusty/ musty odour initially. - instructions in the flat are minimal, and don't cover things like, how to use the washing machine, and dishwasher, and when to put out the rubbish bins.

Just a short walk to Merivale Mall, and within easy reach of the CBD. Very quiet neighbourhood, a great sunny/private deck and nice comfy furniture. Bedrooms a little small, but shouldn't be a problem for most short-term stays (suited our family of 5 just fine). Nicely renovated & presented. Would definitely stay again!

Clean and cosy, a little small but still comfortable for 5 of us with a bonus private fenced BBQ area. Would stay here again.

Great little home that was simple and beautifully presented. Fanstastic location within easy distance to everything we wanted to do in CHCH. Highly recommended.

Easy to find, easy access to Papanui shops and restaurants, Hagley Park and CBD. Off-street parking, which is important in Merivale. Clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

The place was very clean, well set up and had a good amount of living space for indoor and outdoor. Very handy location, nicely private and off street parking. Very easy to deal.

The apartment had everything we needed. The three bedrooms had comfortable beds and all was clean and tidy. The short walk to the supermarket at Merivale Mall was very convenient and Rochelle's communications were friendly and easy to follow. Hopefully the apartment will be available the next time we need to visit Christchurch.

The apartment was perfect! Very spacious and comfortable. The ocation is ideal, handy to Merivale shops and supermarket and a short drive to city Centre. Would highly recommend. Thank you Rochelle, look forward to visiting again.

- Great location, was convenient being within walking distance to shops/restaurants/bars at Merivale - Good that it was only a short drive to jobsite, makes it that little bit easier - Place was clean & tidy - Had everything we needed - Landlord/property manager was nice & obliging - Probably due for a new dishwasher, but that didn’t really trouble us.
