Super Lage (für Leute die es abgeschieden mögen), das Essen war hervorragend, das Personal super nett! Entspannung pur!
Der Einstieg in das Meer direkt an der Taverne ist schwierig und bei Wellengang nicht möglich. (aber es gibt super Strände in der Nähe)

Struttura sul mare nella zona selvaggia di Creta. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Le spiagge vicine sono però tutte in sassi ventosa e non attrezzate. La stanza molto carina ma il letto matrimoniale è stretto (160cm)… sconsigliabile per una coppia robusta. Camere molto carine e personale gentile e molto disponibile. Ottima la cucina di pesce. … direttamente sul mare .
Letto matrimoniale stretto e qualche problema nella gestione della caffetteria ( non mettono i tovaglioli il menù è un po’ limitato)

This was a great place to stay. The room was very clean and comfortable, with a lovely view and a small balcony you could sit out on in the evening with a glass of wine and a book. The restaurant on the ground floor is very good and popular with friendly staff and is we’re I ate during my stay.

Food was fantastic as always. The location is stunning. Facilities simple but very adequate. Taverna is always a highlight - right on the water, watching the sunset.
It was difficult in the booking process to secure a room with bedding configuration of two separate beds for our teenaged children. There was no ability to select which room / the bedding configuration (one room has a double bed plus a single bed - this is the one we were trying to secure as the other three rooms are double beds only). So paying in advance, with no cancellation policy if the correct room isn't available is a gamble. I would think this is easy to fix. We did end up getting the room we needed which was appreciated.

The Taverna is located on the beach. The room has a balcony and a window overlooking the sea. The cuisine in the Taverna is very good. I recommend this place for those who don't like crowded places.

The dinner menu as a whole could have changed say every two days and included some local dishes.

Perfect setting with exceptional views.
The dining terrace is absolute waterfront with the. sea lapping up against the wall. The bedrooms are relatively small, have fridge, tea making facilities and small balcony with fantastic views over the sea.
Stavros, Vicky and family are delightful hosts and make one feel immediately welcome. The menu is varied and all the dishes are absolutely delicious and nicely presented.
This was our third visit and each time it gets better, relaxing from the moment of arrival to the moment of departure.

The location, looking directly out on to the Libyan Sea was incredibly beautiful. The Taverna was simple but very comfortable and clean and the food was exceptional.

A very unique place. The taverna in a secluded bay as a stand-alone house. Wonderful, wonderful food (dinner and breakfast), quiet and relaxed, familiar atmosphere. The best view ever from the rooms - directly onto the sea and nothing else :) Rooms are very clean and have everything you need. At night, the sky is fully dark and the amount of stars on a clear night - wow!

We jjust love this place and will always come back for more. The rooms are lovely looking right on to the sea. The food is top notch with excellent unfussy service. The atmosphere is relaxed, the service efficient and friendly. Unbeatable location if you want to get away from everything and relax and have fun.

Friendly staff, comfortable room, outstanding location. Very relaxed atmosphere. Food is good with a variety of beers.
You are 3metres from the sea, as you eat your meals. Stargazing is superb.
Room is a little small. No kettle in the room and balcony chairs very wobbly!
Some additional shade on the balcony would be a good addition.

This place is perfect if you are looking for a simple, peaceful spot away from the crowds. We loved it and didn't want for anything. It's such a luxury to be right on the water in such a relaxed environment.
