The property is very close to the beach and the pool was nice.

Condo B7 has a different lock system then the rest of sandprints condos. It’s the owners own system. They have not informed vacasa of any other method to get in if locked out. We went to the pool locking the back door. When coming back the code would not work. Our front door screen was locked so we couldn’t enter that way. The back door did have a key access but it was not provided to vacasa in case of a lock out. When a vacasa rep showed up and called the owner of the condo she was very demeaning as to why we would lock our front screen and told the vacasa rep that had been the code for years. Um how scary! So previous people have the code. We ended up locked out for over an hour in a horrible lightening storm.. Fold out couch has no bed pillows or fitted sheets No beach towels supplied Bathroom shower had 1/2 glass and a shower curtain (so strange) No cable access in bedroom, so TV is worthless Front room could only get Netflix on TV Dishes were dirty when we got there Stand up fan from the 60s

We don’t have any toilet paper.

I loved the layout of the space and the closeness to the beach and the stores. The home was beautifully decorated and cozy.

There was a problem with the lock code and we could not get into the home. We had to call around multiple times to finally get the right code an hour later. Then I found 2 roaches on my luggage that seem to have crawled into my bag. I was horrified to see them in my luggage because I did not want to take any home.

The property management, neighbors, and the quality of the place itself. It was dirty, the furniture was uncomfortable and disgusting.
