Towels are old, and have stains on them. Walls are thin, you can hear anything happening outside or in the building. Building should have better security.

The only good thing was location.

The apartment is not like on the pictures, beacuse the cleanliness is not at an enviable level. There were cobwebs and the sheets had stains. Furthermore, the dishes, of which there are few, are in terrible condition. There was no soap, no shower gel, no coffee or tea. Very disappointing. Not to mention the people hanging around there, because I felt unsafe. I would not recommend this apartment, especially if you are alone.

So I stayed at this apartment as the location seemed quite okay, It was a short stay and we just wanted to get a good sleep and move in the morning. The moment we entered the apartment we saw that it was a very old apartment, with broken furniture & bed. The cleanliness was also very poor. But as we were very tired we just wanted to sleep so we went straight to our beds. Right after an hour, my wife felt some bugs crawling on her face, we woke up and checked our bed and there were so many creepy bugs on us and on the bed. It was crazy. My wife got the allergy and itching on her whole body. We have to throw away our clothes which we wore in this apartment, and also we could not sleep the whole night. Now we are worried that we don't bring these bugs into our home. Crazy night it was.

No reception or staff at all... the keys are left outside the building in safe boxes so people can copy the keys and come back at any time. It was presented as having a washer and dryer, but there wasnt any dryer. The bedroom walls were dirty and big parts of the furniture were broken. When i closed the door the handle fell off.

Location was excellent. Very comfortable who is travelling from the Dortmund Hauptbahnhof - Just nearby. Furniture and living facilities in the room were in normal condition.

Bad sides: poor communication. The Host needs to keep in touch - at least, to explain customers how to use the key box. Dear host, please, tidy up the shower hose (it was leaking), put a soap on the shelf. Clean vomit mass from the steps (I understand it was after Silvester Holiday, but pay attention anyway).

Uncomfortable, the place had windows open and freezing temperatures inside and out because the heating wasn't working. Had to call the owner to get some heat.

Everything was very convenient for my trip, the location also.

The pillow on the bed was not comfortable, but it's ok for one night.

The bed was comfortable.

It was dirty, there was no hot water. The tiles in the bedroom were dangerous and we hurt ourselves. The kitchen was dirty. The house itself was disgusting, the walls thin.
