The rooms are nice, can fit around 7 people in the apartment. The design is friendly, a place for family and friends. The view is not bad, and it is convenient to any popular restaurants and shops. 24hours mini marts are available in walking distance.

The cleanliness, decorations, availability of many facilities.
The main bathroom got issue with the bath tub drainage. Whenever we used the tub, and drained the water, the water would end up flowing out from the other floor drain hole next to the toilet bowl. It was quite disgusting, and we had to wait foe the water to flow back in the whole and the bathroom floor to dry up. We have informed the owner but no action was taken.

The apartment is in high level, it has good city view and locate in the city center. It is very spacious

The entire apartment is good size fir family. All rooms are very comfortable. We love the bath and the view. Very clean.

-The location. Downtown location.
-Hygiene. The room is clean and neat.
-Theres a broken window that couldn't be closed.
-No extra pillows and blankets for the futons.

Customer service very good. Patiently answer all my questions and quick response. The room is comfy and clean and spacey. Strategic location with all the foods nearby. Love the TV, watched Thomas cup on it.
The electric supply has a bit issue, something inside the card insertion came loose. Thankfully the customer service get it fix immediately.
Another minor issue that is ignorable is water hose leak, still usable though.
