Hotel design is nice and new, there is common area for washing machine, dryer and drinking water dispenser. They also provide 1.5l water bottle in room. Overall the hotel is clean and bed is comfortable. The location is near to Aeon. Staff are friendly.

It's abit far from old town / Central, average driving time is 15-20mins.

Room was generally well maintained and the location was good as it was near Aeon and many eating places. Staff were also friendly and helpful, with the check-in and check-out process being smooth and quick.

The shower was slightly faulty as the knob for switching the water flow from the rain shower to shower head could not stay in place. It would also be nice if a smart TV was installed since it seems to be the norm nowadays.

Aircon very cold, shiok, bed was very comfortable.

The floor is dirty , theres no proper table, the shower head is broken, some charging port is not working.

The room is big, even though it's boutique hotel. Location is slightly far from city, although Grab is very convenient & cheap price. Near Aeon Mall. Great housekeeping.

- bathroom toilet don't have door. - entire hotel are wooden floor, very noisy when guests pull the luggage. - hotel room soundproof are bad. - rm230 it's expensive for this location and environment

Extremely unique decorations within. Amenities in great condition and clean. Bed is more comfortable as most I have hotel beds I have slept on. Free self-service laundry washing machine and dryer provided onsite is really appreciated.
