Great place and great surroundings.

Four of us used the house as our base of touring the immediate area. Owners Teresa and Patrick were VERY accommodating and easy to communicate with. All of us were very satisfied with everything the home had to offer. Its location was great for us visiting Kennedy Space Center and fishing charter out of Port Canaveral. Will definitely look to stay here again when we come back to the area again.

It was perfect. So close to the beach the property was well maintained and the property owner was so easy to communicate with. I would stay there for every visit to this area from now on.

This is the most amazing Vrbo, Our family has ever stayed in. The pool was a big hit with the kids and the screened in porch, was amazing for adults. Easy walks to two beautiful beaches. A Quiet and safe neighborhood for all. It fit nine of us very comfortably. The kitchen with spacious and had everything we needed.The master suite was mind blowing, and all the rooms were good sized with beds for all. It provided everything we could need and more. It was low 80s during the day and low 70s at night. We came home to low 40s for the high and 20s for the Low.Needless to say, we wanted to turn the plane around and go back there forever. This is our 3rd stay at this property. We feel like it's coming home to stay here. My family loves this house. The house has just about everything you will need PERIOD. All things needed to shower,cook,swim,take to the beach. House is always clean,I know this should always be a given but over the years we have stayed at properties that were not clean. The home owner leaves a basket of snacks which is nice if you've just traveled a long distance and haven't been to the grocery store yet. We will definitely continue to stay here as long as Teresa will have us.

Had a great stay and the space was perfect for the family. Communication with the owner was perfect and the location was a short walk to the beach and all the stores to stock the house. Few items that should be addressed are the BBQ which was inoperable due to the burners being rusted through. Kitchen knives should also be replaced. Would be nice having actual bowls as well. Aside from that the house was what we needed for the trip. Would definitely come back again.

We loved the location in a very quiet neighborhood. The home had everything we needed and the pool was the perfect size for the small children. Nice little walk to the quiet end of the beach.

Host was very quick in responding to questions and very helpful. The pool and short walk to the beach was amazing for our group of kids. Very relaxing!

Very nice place. Close to a lot of things to do. (Within a half an hour). Pool and patio area are much smaller then appears in the pictures. But, ended up working out just fine for 7 of us.

The home was perfect! We traveled with our 8 month old and Teresa had everything we needed and more! She was so accommodating too. Every room was made up so nicely, and clean! The pool was heated and such an enjoyable area. The walk to the beach was short and easy, with clean beaches as well! Would visit again! Thank you!

This stay was the tail end of a two week trip. It was the perfect ending! Great proximity to the beach and was plenty big for us and our 6 children. Any questions/concerns were answered immediately. Very relaxing and we loved spending the evenings in the cozy backyard and pool after a day at the beach. Will definitely book again if visiting the area. Thank you!

We spent the week after Christmas in this house with another family. There was plenty of room for the 10 of us. I especially loved all of the bath towels and beach towels that were provided. I was worried with 10 of us that there wouldn't be enough towels. The location was amazing - the short walk to the beach was perfect. - Melissa

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Teresa's Cape Canaveral property. We were an 8 person family group of 4 adults and 4 children ages 15-21. The four upstairs bedrooms fit us well. The layout of the house is nice for those who want to sleep in, since all the bedrooms are upstairs and the main living areas downstairs on the main level. Furnishings were comfortable and plenty of seating. We cooked and grilled all of our own meals over the course of our 6 nights and there was enough cookware, knives, plates, etc... for us all. There is a grill outside near the pool area. Speaking of the pool, it is small but very nice. Teresa was willing to up the temperature to our desired 88F for an extra fee. We were happy with that because otherwise we wouldn't have wanted to use the pool when the outside temps were in the mid to low 70's. The laundry is conveniently located in the garage. Teresa was very easy to communicate with and was responsive to our needs. The rental is located in a quiet neighborhood area, and it is walkable to the beach although most of the time we just jumped in our minivan and drove to the public access that is super close. Thanks again and highly recommend this property.

Excellent location, close to the beach and easy to get around the town. This was the best stocked VRBO that we’ve ever stayed in! The host was very responsive and even let us know of an upcoming rocket launch. Our kids are already asking if we can go back next year! Great place to stay!

This is our 3rd year staying here. Already booked for next year. This is a wonderful house to stay at especially with a family. Very quiet neighborhood. Close walk to the beach. Owners are very responsive if you have a need. Very clean. Definitely will continue to stay here as long as we can. You will not be disappointed!

House is a great location for access to the beach and Kennedy Space Center. Teresa was very responsive and hospitable. Pool was perfect for the kids. Will definitely look to stay here again!

We rented this house for our family vacation which included my husband and I and our grown children and grandchildren. The house was a perfect fit for all of us and had everything we needed to feel at home. The pool was nice if we didn’t feel like going to the beach. The owner was accommodating and always a text away if we had a question. The only negative thing I’d have to say is the peacocks that live in the area are annoying. They make noise all day and night. There was one particular male who perched himself in the tree right outside the master bedroom and woke many of us up each night!

This house is perfect for a large family. There was 4 adults and 4 kids ages 9-6 with plenty of room for everyone! The pool was a hit for kids, rooms were spacious with nice beds to sleep on. Well stocked in the kitchen and bathrooms. Close walk to the beach and Teresa had all the beach equipment in the garage. Kids enjoyed the bikes also! The location of the house was perfect and lots of fun things around the area. Coco beach was a hit, Ron Jon surf company, watching the cruise ships leave the port was fun to watch. I would most definitely stay here again! Teresa replied to any text in a timely manner and was very helpful. Hope to come back again!

The host was very thoughtful providing snacks for our teenagers and ample products! She also provided refreshments for our arrival and the home is wonderful! The location to the beach is excellent and the garage was filled with bicycles, water stuff for the pool! We loved it as did our girls!!

We were all very impressed with Teresa's vacation home! It was exactly as described, exceptionally well stocked with dishes and cooking utensils, spices, etc. Our family had 5 adults and 3 kids under 5. Plenty of beds, and we really appreciated the pack and play! Tons of beach towels and some toys for the kids.Teresa is a wonderful, thoughtful host ready to answer any questions we had. She even gave us a heads up about a rocket launch during our stay and where to go watch. Would definitely stay with Teresa again for vacation!

This is our 2nd time staying on this property. Check in /Check out are SUPER easy. Owner is very responsive and nice. House is located in a very quiet and safe subdivision. Home is very clean and lots of extras included. It has everything you need to have a comfortable stay. Heated pool is really nice and clean. Nice and comfy beds BIG plus.We will definitely be scheduling our next visit very soon.

The house was perfect for our group of 7 adults and 4 small children. The facilities are very generous and exceeded our expectations by far. Everything was available from beach toys to a great selection of spices and all the cooking utensils we needed. Teresa is a great landlady. We extended our stay twice. Teresa has always been immediately available online, always answered inquiries promptly and responded very quickly to our rebooking requests. We all agree that we could not have done better. The neighborhood is very quiet and super friendly.The walk to the beach is not far. The house is very clean and very lovingly furnished for guests. The price-performance ratio is more than fair. We can recommend the house without hesitation and wish everyone a comparable great vacation experience in Teresa's Relaxing Beach House.

First off, Teresa was amazing to work with. The house was amazing, one of the best places that I have stayed. Everything you would want in a vacation home and more! The house was extremely clean and well supplied from kitchen supplies, pool floats, games, puzzles, towels, shampoo, bikes and beach supplies. Thank you for making our vacation wonderful!

This house is beautiful and the pool is just amazing. Everyone enjoyed the house and the beach is just a few blocks away. There were plenty of bikes in the garage to use if we didn't want to walk to the beach. Would definitely stay here again!

We are a family of 5 that shared the house with a family of 4. House was perfect for two families. Everything was super clean, the owners were easy to reach and extremely accommodating. Everything we needed for the beach was in the garage including beach toys, wagons, chairs and bikes! Tons of beach towels, games and puzzles were in the closet for entertainment during our down time. Also- the pool water was surprisingly cool for Florida in July! The house suited our needs perfectly!
