Al costo arrivo la signora Marcella ci ha anticipato il check in per permetterci di proseguire con la visita alla città. Ad attenderci un ragazzo super sprint che ci ha dato tutte le informazioni utili. È stato super accogliente. Entrati nell' appartamento abbiamo subito notato l' accortezza e la precisione nell' arredo e nella manutenzione. Se avessi potuto sarei rimasta volentieri per più giorni proprio per l' appartamento scelto. Veramente eccellente.

Apartamento amplio y bien cuidado, con localización excelente. El personal que lo gestiona es muy amable y facilitan mucho la estancia.

Perfecte locatie, mooie en comfortabele accommodatie met tuintje. Marcella is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Parkeren (betaald) bij de accommodatie is een groot pluspunt.

Location was excellent and only 15 minute pleasant and easy walk from Bus and train station. There are plenty of eating places to suit different budgets close by and being on my own on this occasion I liked the gated entrance and privacy.

Nothing that I didn’t like. For me it was perfect and if there is anything you need You just need to ask the team at Donizetti apartment office which is very close by.

The Donizetti Residence was perfect for our type of trip (two friends on a football weekend). Communication was thorough from booking right up until arrival...& the team were always checking in during our stay making sure everything was in order by Whatsapp. You have the security of a gated property but the location benefits of being only a few minutes walk away from an array of bars & restaurants. Bergamo itself is a real hidden gem...the historical walled city has stunning views & plenty to see and do.

Can't think of anything...which is always a good sign.

Near of the city centre. Very clear apartment, good contact with owner, the kitchen is good equipped. There is a garden outside.

Nestled away in a quiet cul-de-sac, Donizetti Residence is in a superb location. The area is really quiet, is a 10 minute walk from the train station and is only a few minutes from the city centre. It’s hard to believe you’re so close to the city when it’s so quiet and comfortable. The hosts are fabulous, kind and attentive and communication is brilliant. They are easy to contact and are quick to respond. The apartment is lovely and clean and has plenty of crockery and cutlery for your stay. Perfect for a short stay in Bergamo. And the shower is amazing!

Not a slight on the hosts, and not a fault of the hosts but the car park gate is quite loud and if you are a light sleeper this might wake you up. Not a problem for us but there is a cost for housekeeping during short stays. More teabags would have been nice but this was not a big deal.

The Place is absolutely beautiful! The staff was great and helpful. We enjoyed every minute of our stay.

Great location - close to train station (walkable distance less than 15 minutes), close to piazza with restaurants and supermarket. Not far from a bus stop to old city or you can walk around 20-25 minutes. Apartment was spacious and well designed, really cozy. It is located on a quiet street on the ground floor, so you can use the inner yard and terrace (not private, but still nice). Host was so caring and helped us to book a taxi, gave some advice about food and sightseeing, she was so welcoming and made our stay pleasant. Apartment was clean and fresh with some complimentary coffee/tea. We really enjoyed our stay.

This apartment doesn't have a normal bed, we were sleeping on a couch. Its good for 1-2 nights, but for longer stay I would prefer regular bed, the mattress was 7/10. Kitchen was equipped with all essential things, but there were only two big plates for food and we were 3 people (with a small child). May be a little bit more of dishes would be nice, so you don't load a half empty dishwasher.
