This 3 bed 2 bath was the perfect choice for our family. It's close to city center, airport, grocery store, and many of the attractions. The pictures online do not do the view justice.
Kitchen-- there were plenty of dishes, utensils and cooking gear. Myself and my daughter are celiac, therefore, going out isn't always an option. Everything worked tip top during our stay.
Living room-- Spacious with enough room to spread out. There was a couch and 2 recliners that were all in great shape and not worn out. It was wonderful to have this space after a long day of hiking. Also the entire back wall is glass with constant views of the lake and mountains.
Outdoor deck-- views for days. Plenty of outdoor seating. We did not use the grill.
Bedrooms-- spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable, sheets were clean. The master also had views of the lake and mountains. My daughter stayed in the other room with the queen bed and stated the bed was comfy. We did not use the room with the twin beds.
Bathrooms-- sufficient space. Great water pressure in the showers.
Neighborhood-- very quiet area. Rarely saw neighbors. It isn't walkable to city center, however, there is a bus stop not too far away. We rented a car.
Communication with owner was quick, professional, and accommodating. The instructions on how to get in, use appliances, and where to find things was appreciated and accurate.
Overall, I'd fully recommend this property.

Amazing views, and a great location. Close to airport, Frankton, and city center. We stayed here the longest during our overseas trip and it was a decision I’m glad we did not regret!

We stayed three nights and very much enjoyed our stay. The place was clean, comfortable, a great location, and had wonderful views! We loved waking up in the morning to incredible views of the mountains and lake outside the floor to ceiling windows. The terrace was a lovely spot to have coffee in the mornings. The only complaint we had was that there was a very strong cleaning product smell that dominated the condo. We were able to mitigate some of it by opening the terrace doors to air things out.

This property was beautifully appointed with spectacular views. The amenities were outstanding and it was a wonderful place to spend our final three days in New Zealand. Highly recommend!

It was lovely. Views stunning. Everything we needed. Just missed not having a dining table and since we had friends (2) over for dinner and there were 4 of us staying and there were only 4 bar stools we had to stand around the kitchen bar. I dont recall the property advising that there was no dining table in the advertisement. Anyway it was lovely and we would stay again.

Gorgeous view of lake and Queenstown from large balcony. Comfortable, clean, well appointed apartment. Heaters in bedrooms/bathrooms and heated blankets added nice touch. Easy to use appliances. Location close to airport and downtown. Only drawback - had to take taxis/Ubers to get anywhere from the home, but to be fair we didn’t look into public transportation so maybe it was available and we just didn’t realize it. Overall loved this place and would recommend it!

The views are panoramic, the property is perfectly situated between the town center and the airport. Very quiet and beautiful.
Goodstays should be proud to have Teresa on staff. She helped us significantly and was wonderful to deal with. If you want personalized care, Teresa and her staff are great.
At this price point most renters expect a little more, and Teresa was there to proudly represent her company and the property all the way through our stay. She is heartfelt and genuine.

This was a very lovely home. It had everything we needed from a fabulous view, all you could need in the kitchen plus washer and dryer. Could not of asked for a better place to stay.

Great convenient option for skiing and Queentown
This is a well equipped property, great facilities, very clean with very comfortable beds. It was just what we needed as a base for our family group. We could get out to all the activities during the day (with a hire car) and relax in a comfortable accommodation in the evenings. Great communication when I had extra questions prior to our stay. Thank you.

We have stayed here before and would stay again. It had everything you need for a week in Queenstown. Beautiful views, everything you need in the kitchen to cook for the family, even Tupperware to make lunches for a day out including gladwrap. Would stay again, very comfortable as well.

Diamond View Retreat is the best stay in our 9-day travel across Queenstown, Te Anau and Tekapo. We were welcomed by warmth and light music, since TV and air conditioner were turned on before our arrival. Awesome views. So eyes are pleased every single second. Kids already started missing this "new home" and wanted to go back again. There is a small playground around 500 meter away, which is great for young children. Linens are clean and in high quality. Smart TV and high speed network connection make the night movie time. Double car park. Kitchen is filled with high quality appliances and kitchenware, as well as all basic ingredients for cooking like oil, soy sauce, vinegar, sea salt, pepper... Lots of tea bags. Do check expire date though.
