My family and I really enjoyed the house. This was our first vacation in Aruba and I’m glad we stayed at Karen’s place. Highly recommend it if you are traveling with family and teenagers. My two boys enjoyed the pool. Also communication was excellent, there was an issue with the wifi when we arrived but it was quickly fixed and Karen made sure we were aware of this. Overall this experience was great.

Loved this place. So close to everything. Easy communications with owner and property manager. House had everything we needed. Small snag with the WiFi our last couple of days but that just gave us reason to spend more time at the beaches! Would highly recommend staying here.

We loved the location of this property! We wanted a house with a private backyard, close to Eagle Beach and grocery stores. The house is a few minutes drive from Eagle Beach as well as 2 large grocery stores. We fell in love with Baby Beach during our stay which was an easy 30min drive. House was clean, checkin, checkout was super easy and we appreciated the in person part of that process. Great communication with the host when we had a minor issue finding the house. Loved the provided amount of towels and beach chairs/coolers.
Minor cons: 1. Backyard was not as private as we hoped due to lower surrounding wall and close neighbors on all sides, plus an unexpected security camera. 2. Beds were not the most comfortable but not the worst we have experienced by any means. 3. While we like the idea of the ping pong table, we did not use it due to the location in the hot garage. 4. Lighting in the master bathroom could be updated - made brighter.
Overall we loved our stay and would likely re-book in the future.

The villa is in a very convenient location - close to Eagle beach, it’s in between two food supermarkets, approximately a mile from Palm beach or downtown. Nearby - gas-station.
Around (about 2-4 minutes driving) there are a lot of restaurants with rich variety of nice tasty food. Quite friendly neighbours.
The villa has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, great kitchen with all amenities, garage with tennis table.
Everything is clean and in good condition. You can enjoy sunbathing at the villa’s pool, not just on the beach.
We spent several vacations on the villa and we would recommend it for enjoying Aruba.

We enjoyed our time at the property. Everything was good. Pictures highly represent the property. Location to beach and other activities was convenient. Superfoods is a great grocery store not far from the property. Check in was seamless. A car rental is a must, which is easy to do. Driving around the island is no problem although if you had a very large SUV it might not fit in the gated driveway. We would definitely rent this property again.

This well-maintained 3-bedroom home was more than I could have asked for to spend a special family vacation. Every detail to feel at home was thought out on the inside from the comfortable bedrooms and decor, the ample towels and every kitchen device/accessory you could think of to make it easy to wake up to coffee or grill a quick burger for lunch (if you were there), but by far the backyard and pool were the highlight. The neighborhood was very safe and everyone was extremely friendly, especially the dogs! The location was centralized for quick access to anywhere; the beaches, the marina, high-rise hotels, San Nicolas, Arikok National Park, you name it. One of the greatest perks was having beach chairs, sunshade, coolers and beach bags available. My family hit every beach on the island for at least half a day and having all these available to us was priceless. Finally, the owner is very friendly and while we didn't need it, would be available to us if needed and the agency staff that met us both to start and end our vacation were wonderful to work with. Our family has talked about this house and trip as one of the best to date. We would love to stay here again when we come back and have shared this house to all our friends!

This was one of the best VRBO rental experiences I have had anywhere.
The house was just as pictured. The location was ideal. About 5-minute drive to Eagle beach an about 10 -minutes to both downtown and Noord. The back yard by the pool of the home was a serene space to end a busy Aruba day. The neighborhood was quiet and the couple of neighbors we met were very friendly. The HomeAway staff very responsive. They accommodated our early arrival with no problems and met us at the house to ensure we had all the information we would need for a relaxing week. Any questions or issues responded to immediately. I will definitely rent this home again on a return trip to Aruba.

The pool is in perfect condition. Three-four minutes to the Eagle beach (by car). Two minutes to the Super Food store. Judy and Anne are very kind and helpful.

We originally booked a resort stay before searching VRBO for other options and landed on this property. The check-in was flawless, the property was everything as described, and the private pool was priceless.
When we first arrived in the neighborhood I had some instant concerns of busy and noisy but it was everything but. That was me prejudging.
I would definitely recommend a car so you can come and go as you please. You are literally 5 minutes from everywhere and an easy commute from and back to the airport. We'll be going back. I highly recommend this property. You won't be disappointed.

We loved staying in this beautiful villa! It’s centrally located, well managed and clean. The owner is very friendly and flexible. Anna from the management company is also so sweet and welcoming. We loved hanging out in the backyard oasis/ pool and it was perfect for the kids. We highly recommend this property!

We stayed at the property and loved our week there. Anna from Homefinders was extremely helpful, we even got lost going to the property and she found us on the road and showed us the way there. The house is clean and located in great part of town. We were right down the road from a giant supermarket and 5 minutes from great restaurants. We would highly recommend Gianni's Italian restaurant. The home has everything you need and the pool is great to have from when you come back from the beach or sightseeing. We would highly recommend this property and would absolutely stay there again. A+

We rented the villa for the second time and overall enjoyed. It’s close to the Eagle and two nice food stores. There’s a great pool in the back yard, we enjoyed it everyday. Excellent kitchen. The house is decorated lovely. Everything is in good working condition. Clean and tidy. Judy and Anne (Aruba Home Minders) are friendly and helpful.

This place was absolutely beautiful 😍 I would 100% recommend that you rent a car! I had 6 in my group so the taxi rides did add up to be a lot by the end of out trip! The neighborhood was safe and we did walk around every day. If your ears are like mine you will wake up to the sound of barking dogs 🐕 Anne from homeminders was absolutely great! Very sweet 🤩 I can't wait to return! Aruba 🇦🇼 was absolutely gorgeous and our stay was more than amazing.

Exceeded my expectations
My husband and I took our daughter and her friend for a graduation trip, and my dad accompanied us as well. In past trips we always stayed at a timeshare but that only holds 4. Instead, we rented this house and it was a was wayyy better experience and made us feel like a local.
The house was equipped with all the things I needed in the kitchen, everything needed for the beach, and it was our own private oasis.
Check in process was easy, Anna is so sweet and helpful!
We rented a car so we could beach hop, grocery shop, and hit the town at night. We did have a fluke electrical issue but even though it was after business hours, Judy responded promptly and had an electrician out in a very timely manner.
We had a great experience and definitely stay here again!

Great clean comfy house
The house was great; it contributed to an awesome vacation and became our home away from home. It's in a great location. The super market, gas station, convenience store, restaurants, and beaches are just a short drive away. The house and grounds are spacious and well maintained. Fantastic Aruba Villa
After many years of vacationing in Aruba, this is our first time renting a home instead of extending our timeshare rental. We couldn't be happier with the experience! The house we selected on the site is the exactly what we got. The photos on-line were accurate and the house was wonderful. Plenty of space for our family of four. The neighborhood was quiet and conveniently located to beaches, grocery store and restaurants. The check-in and check-out process was thorough and easy. The property manager, Anne, was friendly, welcoming, informative, and responded promptly to our inquires. We highly recommend this property and we will be looking to rent this property again.

The property was in a perfect location. Only 2 minutes from the best grocery store in Aruba and close to Eagle beach. They stocked up the place with everything we needed for the stay. The grill, plenty of towels, internet, air conditioner, pool and toys, beach chairs.. I mean everything we needed were there!! They even had board games for kids and plenty of sunscreen lotions as well. We have been to Aruba 4 times and this was the best stay we’ve ever had. Thank you Anna for taking care of us! We will be back!!

We had a great time. Location was perfect, 4 min to eagle beach 7 min to palm beach. The house was equipped with everything needed for our stay (plenty of towels and beddings). The manager was very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Minor cleanliness issues but didn’t affect our stay!

The Villa was exactly as advertised; very comfortable, clean, spacious and the location was perfect. We had an issue with the dishwasher, but that was promptly taken care of and the owner even offered us a dinner out for our inconvenience. Anna, from HomeMinders, met us on our arrival and was so helpful during our stay. We would definitely return!

Fabulous property and location!
We stayed for 8 nights with our party of 5 and found everything to be very clean, very convenient and a beautiful home. Property manager Anna was nice and quite helpful. Entire property is well appointed, comfortable and welcoming. Owner has maintained the home and property beautifully - her paintings add a nice touch to each room. All the extras you need for the beach are included- chairs, towels, coolers. Kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, utensils, appliances. Pool was beautiful and property is very close to Eagle beach. Neighborhood was very friendly and safe. Loved it here and we will be back!
