This is a lovely home with all the conveniences and a lovely backyard to sit in and enjoy a glass of wine. Easy access to shopping, walking and dining. Perfect!!!!

We were so delightfully surprised at how lovely this home was...everything looked exactly like the online photos. It was super clean and comfy. So many little extras...... It was neat and tidy, the beds were comfortable with lovely covers and comforters, lots of cupboard space and closets, lots of nice towels....more than we needed. So many many nice surprises. This property was so clean and had everything we needed for an amazing bachelorette weekend! It is within walking distance to two wineries and a few nice restaurants as well.

If you’re in need of a 3 bedroom/ 2 bath house then look no further. The location is only 3 miles from downtown & about 20 mins from the falls. It’s worth it even if your not visiting the wineries. It was so nice to leave the busy falls to come home to a quite community. The beds are amazing, so comfy. The whole family loved the backyard. My oldest loved the bunk beds, and the full laundry room is convenient. The owners were quick to respond when we had a question. Check out was easy and reasonable requests were asked of us. I would recommend this place to friends, and if we’re ever here again this would be my first choice.

The adorable “Little Blue House” was close to restaurants, shopping and wineries. Just as advertised and so cozy and inviting. Suited my needs perfectly. Thanks!

There were 5 friends on this trip, and we all fit very comfortably in the house. It was very clean, had everything you could need in the kitchen, and comfortable beds and seating. Very close to everything - we had a great weekend.

The house was clean, all of the amenities were available. Situated centrally, close to shopping, wineries, and restaurants. I would definitely rent this property if I am back in Niagara.

Our visit ended up happening during the blizzard of 2022 and the hosts were so accommodating! They let us come earlier before our actual check-in so we could beat the blizzard (we had people come from Rochester, NY and Ottawa) and were very responsive to messages (usually within minutes or faster). The hosts provided a whole list of suggestions on what to do and quickly answered any questions. Since our gathering was during Christmas, the house was decorated with Christmas items, which was a nice touch. There was five of us and the house was very spacious. The house was very clean, the necessary toiletries were available, and the kitchen was well stocked with plates, mugs, pots, pans, etc. There was also a smart tv and cable tv so we were able to watch what we wanted and most importantly the Bills beating the Bears! The basement was also very cool to hang out in as it was spacious and had a tv also. My bed was also very cozy and wanted to sleep in it more! I would 100% stay here again and am so grateful for such considerate hosts. You made our time special and memorable!

Our accommodations were beyond our expectations! We were very close to all of the major attractions, including the Shaw Festival and downtown. Our home away from home was clean and spacious. We were a party of four, but six people would find there would be more than enough room. We stayed a week before Christmas, and the owners had even decorated the house in a festive way! We will be back, and highly recommend this listing to all!

We were on a girls weekend for our Christmas getaway. The home was very clean and nicely decorated. All the beds were very comfortable the kitchen was stocked with coffee, filters, tea bags and sugar. We asked Joanna about a Christmas tree she replied they don't usually have a tree but when we arrived there was a tree for us with the home decorated for Christmas it was a very nice touch. All communications with the Joanna was replied very quickly. Would highly recommend The Blue House.

This rental was priced well for what you got. It was well equipped with everything needed to eat in and the hosts sent us many options for restaurants in the area. It is close to so many wineries which we enjoyed. The double beds were very comfortable with nice quality bedding, and it was nicely decorated for Christmas! It just fit the 7 of us but would better suit 5 to 6 people.

We have been in Virgil in the bright and sunny autumn and we had 11 wonderful days. Already in the run-up Joanna and Peter have been very helpful. They gave us a lot of informations about activities, the house, the area and Halloween and answered all our questions with patience. That was very nice. The house is very clean and there is everything you need. The beds are very comfortable and the neighborhood is quiet and save. By car you reach everything you need: Supermarket, Tim Hortens, Pizza Hut, Starbucks. Niagara is 18 minutes away, wineries are around the corner. The area is quite wonderful and the people are friendly. We will definitive come back!

We just stayed at this beautiful cozy house! Joanna was very responsive and even accommodated an early check-in. The clean and had everything we needed. Joanna sent a welcome message with all the information prior to our arrival and even gave a list of local restaurants and activity suggestions. I would definitely stay here again!

The location was excellent! Clean and practical, we had a great time. The house is located on a busy street, however it is close to everything, really convenient! We feel the exterior could use some TLC(lawn, etc).

The location was centrally located to everything we wanted to see. The house was clean and had all the amenities needed. We shopped for a few groceries but many of the basics like coffee and filters and other basic items were already in the home.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The place is very clean and comfortable. The host is great at giving you suggestions on places to go and visit in the area. The check in process is seem less and easy. The location is really convenient to many places like historic old town, restaurants and wineries. We brought along our own e-bikes and we biked all over NOTL. It was really fun. Can’t wait to come back! We would definitely recommend a stay here.

We had a wonderfully stay at this property. It was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Some recommendations were provided with things to do and every one of them we tried was great. Would stay here again!

The house was spotless when we got there, the beds are really comfortable, and the location is ideal for both old town Niagara on the Lake and Niagara Falls. Joanna and Peter made us feel very welcome, and resolved the one small problem that arose very quickly. We would stay there again!

We loved the Blue House! Beautifully decorated with great comfy beds and big backyard. Bright rooms and lots of room for bigger groups but cozy enough for the two of us. Kitchen was well equipped. It’s in perfect location for day trips in the area.

This property is extremely clean and comfortable. The beds and linens are lovely. The living room is nicely decorated with lots of natural sunlight plus windows that open. The backyard is private and a terrific place to sit and relax.

Cute and cozy house that is set up great for family, with ample sleeping spaces, and two living spaces. The house is within walking distance, or a short drive to anything you need and all of the attractions, wineries, skating rinks, Niagara on the lake and many others!

Great house with a ton of space. Dining room set up to handle more than the 4 people you usually get at a rental. Very clean. The location is literally a short walk from a number of great wineries - couldn't ask for more if that is what you looking for.

Our family of 5 wanted a comfortable home in which to get together and enjoy Christmas. This quaint little home more than met our needs. The open concept design allowed us to prepare and cook full meals while still being part of the action in the living space. The design allowed everyone to have a space if some privacy was wanted. Beds were comfortable. The fireplace gave a nice ambiance. The property has a large, private backyard that we would have really enjoyed in warmer weather. The location was very convenient- we highly recommend

The Blue House is comfortable and very convenient for anything you may want to do in the Niagara area. The beds were sooooh comfortable, I'd like to know what brand they are so I can have one at home. Joanna and Peter were helpful when I had questions. I will definitely seek out a booking here when I return to Virgil/NOTL. I'm looking forward to using the lovely back garden if my next visit is during warmer weather.
