Si pensa che Sitka sia la più bella delle città del sud-est dell'Alaska. Situato sul lato occidentale dell'isola di Baranof, è fiancheggiato a est da maestose montagne innevate e ad ovest dall'Oceano Pacifico.
Il nostro clima è mite e otteniamo la nostra giusta dose di "luce solare liquida"! La nostra risorsa più preziosa è, senza dubbio, la gente di Sitka, che condivide un orgoglio nella propria casa e un amore per la vita in tutto il suo splendore di piccola città!
Canottaggio, pesca, caccia, escursionismo, osservazione della fauna selvatica, pettinatura della spiaggia, esplorazione storica, shopping e ristorazione con cibo di provenienza locale sono solo alcune delle grandi avventure che puoi vivere a Sitka.

Shannon at the Katlian Suites made our stay so wonderful. She immediately answered any questions and helped with all accommodations.
The property was so clean and well stocked. There was everything we needed for our stay.
We will definitely book there again.

This was our annual fishing trip. We have stayed in hotels previously. This was such a joy to stay in such a nice, clean place.

This property is super cute and clean and convenient and close to EVERYTHING. We already tried to book again but they are full from here until October so looking at next summer now. Quiet and close walking to everything. We walked to the grocery store and all of the tourist spots. comfortable sitting there watching the planes take off and just overall relaxing place. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Owner stopped by one day, met in the alley, and she asked how our stay was and if we needed anything. That reminds me, have your ride drop you on the upper side, alley side, lugged my 50 lb suit case up those steps and then realized upper side is only 5 steps. See you again Sitka and HOPE we can stay here again. THANK YOU Shannon.

This home has everything you could possibly need for a short or long stay. It was very clean, the communication with our host Shannon was great, and the location was within walking distance of everything in the downtown area. The view over the harbors, particularly from the deck, was very nice. I would definitely stay again!

This is a great VRBO! It has a beautiful view, is centrally located for easy walking to downtown, and had everything that you could need. They were very kind about letting us in early after our cruise instead of making us wait until 3 pm. I highly recommend this and will gladly stay there again...it's a 5 star!!

Everything was great from checkin to checkout. The host was gracious to let us stay late since our flight was not until the evening and they did not have guests coming in that same day. So generous. Everything we needed was right there at the property and the parking was very conveniently located onsite. Would rent here again for sure.

I have been coming to Sitka fishing for many years now and this is the best place I have ever stayed. Very clean and in great shape. Location is walking distance to everything. I have personally operated a vacation rental in Morro Bay California and know the difference when the owner does everything themselves opposed to using services for everything. Again Great Place. Hope to stay again next year..

Family Loving Sitka
Arrived on a charter boat after 12 days on the inside passage and had our daughter and son-in-law and granddaughter join us in Sitka for 4 days…Our stay was great with easy walking distance to downtown and several great restaurants for lunches…The Suite was perfect for our stay and would certainly recommend and will definitely stay again if we make it back to beautiful Sitka, Alaska!

Perfect spot for a Sitka getaway

Katlian Street Suite A was the perfect getaway location for our family, including children ages 13 and 11. The suite had everything we needed - three beds, two bathrooms, a fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer.... all within an airy space with views of the boats and water. We only had to walk across the street to meet our fishing captain at ANB harbor. And it was a few minute walk to the center of town for shopping, restaurants and other sightseeing activities. This has been our favorite place to stay in Sitka and we hope to return next year!

Katlian Street Suite A was the perfect getaway location for our family, including children ages 13 and 11. Great place. Exactly as advertised. Only complaint and not the owner’s fault, is that the neighbors dogs bark a lot, especially at night.
