Great time at this property. It was super clean, comfortable and cozy. The short walk to the beach was a huge plus and the hot tub was a great addition. One of the arcade games wasn’t working, but that wasn’t a huge deal for us. Lots of games so we all stayed very entertained.

6 adults & 2 kids, ages 5 & 10, stayed here 4 nights. I have rented dozens of properties over the the past 2+ decades & this one was as nice as any of the others. It was clean, well stocked, in a wonderful location, & with storage everywhere.

Wonderful home for our vacation with friends for NYE! Great view of the ocean from the top living area. Lots of space for everyone but lots of stairs for those that don’t like them. Only issue we had was a busted dishwasher that we were not aware of and had dirty wet dishes put away before we arrived. Other than that it was a pleasant weekend.

This was the least equipped places we ever stayed at on the Coast or anywhere. Hardly any bowls, few pots. AND the Dishwasher didn.t work.. When I called the management "team" They mentioned that they had posted a message on VRBO that the DW was down. We had been on the road, so obviously didn't get the message. Moreover they had our $, When I asked for an adjustment the response was no but we'll give you some paper plates..Ha! I wouldnt rent from this half-assed company again

The house was very clean and well stocked for cooking, which we did a lot of in order to maximize enjoyment of the terrific ocean view from the dining table. We comfortably slept 8 using the available beds and two folding sofas in the bottom floor. The ping pong and video games kept our kids entertained. We walked to the beach carrying a few of the toys we found in the garage. A few restaurants are within easy walking distance. My wife and I were lucky enough to have the master bedroom with en suite bath that opens off of the kitchen. I'd absolutely book here again to enjoy the beautiful Oregon coast.

This was a great location. Beautiful view of the ocean and close to many fun adventures in Lincoln City. Only complaint would be the very firm mattresses, but that just may be a personal preference. Also, there wasn’t any hand soap, so you may want to bring your own.

I came to this incredible house to celebrate my birthday with my family and parents and we were all blown away with what an awesome place this is! So adorable, clean, updated and cozy! The kids loved the game room and bunk beds and ping pong table! Us adults did as well! Hot tub was clean and hot!! We had the most wonderful time making memories here..we will definitely be back again soon!

Checking in was a breeze and all of my questions were answered with the exception of the request for additional washcloths as there was not one for each person. Which was a little problematic. But we bought some to get us by. Thank you for the wonderful stay.

Beach vacation
Great stay at the property. Only gave 4/5 stars due to an ant issue in the kitchen and mid-level bathroom. Didn't detract from stay too much, but would have appreciated a heads up about that so we didn't leave food on the counter. The host was aware of the issue as there was an ant tray hiding behind a plant, but would have been nice to know as a guest

This was a nice house, has views of the ocean from upstairs the only thing is is that it has 3 arcade games and thats why we went with this house but only one was working and the wifi downstairs kept buffering so we couldn't really watch but other then that it was great!

Perfect Family Getaway in Lincoln City!
We LOVED this house and will definitely be back in the future for another stay. The house is VERY well maintained - cleaned and stocked well. The kids LOVED the downstairs "play room" (the adults did too!). Highlight of our stay was a buck approaching us while we were in the hot tub - awesome! I can't say enough good things about this property. We were very happy with everything. You will not be disappointed I can promise you!

I loved the Blue View when I saw it online. Beautiful blue beach theme with lots of space. When we arrived we were very pleased with the home and were happy to be close to the beach, the grocery stores and casino. We liked the master bed and bath on the top floor. The adult kids like the game room too!

One of those properties that looks great in the pictures and is even better in person! Perfect for the family. We had small kids and teenagers, and everyone loved it. There was something for everyone with the arcade games, ping pong table, hot tub, and beautiful view! Short walk to the beach. Very very clean. Property manager was very helpful and checked in with us on our second day to see if we needed anything. Loved our stay and will definitely be back!

This house had everything we needed. The view of ocean is amazing for not being right on beach. My 4 yr old grandson loved taking us up and down the stairs . The video games were my husbands favorite part. Only one complaint was at the beds were not very comfortable.

We’ll furnished home
This property is excellent and the description & photos are as advertised. It’s well furnished and very comfy. Nice views of the water and a quick walk to the beach. The location makes it easy to get to grocery store, restaurants, and other towns along the coast. It sits in a residential neighborhood that is mixed with vacation rentals and full time inhabited homes so that can be a little weird at times. Overall, I recommend this property.

Excellent Getaway!
The house is huge and in excellent condition, well decorated, and has all the amenities! The hot tub isn't super private but it's very relaxing. Not a great view besides out the kitchen window, but the home makes up for it! We had a great time and the game room in the basement was a lot of fun.... I'd definitely recommend this place to anyone. Great size for a family of 4-6 or 2-3 couples for a getaway. It really is in a great location, very close to everything. Thank you!!

Really great location! Would definitely stay there again. My 3 year old loved it and the arcade games and hot tub are great for entertainment at the house. Plus the beach is just a few minutes walk away. The house was pretty clean but for some reason there was a lot of hair that somehow got missed.

Such A Great House
This house had everything we needed after a long time in quarantine. Not only is it a beautiful property in a great location, but it also has so much to do. A hot tub, video games, board games, and ping pong table. We have rented many different properties up and down the Oregon Coast. This is a house we would definitely rent again. If you have a family this is the place for you.

Family Time
We had wonderful time. House was beautiful and clean. Downstairs is great if you have children. Proximity to beach is walkable. Only issue was temperature control on hot tub was set to hot and just not adjustable despite waiting 24-48 hours after we adjusted. I think a lot of places with hot tubs can run into issues quick due to constant use. It’s really just a risk you take with any VRBO house. Overall, we would visit this lovely property again. Thanks!
