La ubicación, la habitación, la anfitriona, todo. Puedes rentar bicis y aún costado se encuentran aparcadas. La administradora es muy amable y está al pendiente de ti todo el tiempo, agradezco ese tipo de atención. La ubicación es perfecta, puedes ir al centro en solo 4 minutos en bici y llegar a la estación de tren en menos de 10 minutos caminando.

En realidad quedé satisfecho de todo.

Nos gustó todo. Acondicionado para el frío y te dan un pequeño desayuno a servir en la habitación o una sala.

Зручне розташування, 10 хвилин до вокзалу і 12 хв пішки до центру. Тихе місце, вночі комфортно спати. 2 окремих ліжка, великий телевізор. Наявність простого сніданку (кава, круасан, джем, фрукти) - приємний бонус

Відсутність чайника в номері і навіть у місцях загального користування здивувала і неприємно вразила. Краще б замість того величезного телевізора був маленький чайник і чашки. Ванна кімната не дуже чиста, простирадла на ліжках також потребують оновлення

Decía q había bebidas gratis en el freegobar y no había ninguna. No estaba muy limpio. La ducha estaba tapada. Desayuno muy flojo

Clogged shower drain, water flooding out

Very good value for money comparing to other locations in Verona. For what we paid (<100euro/night) we received a clean room, safe building, quite, good isolation and air conditioning! This was a plus that we appreciated in Italy, during a very hot month of August. The room is situates in a building that looks quite good and safe, with elevator and card access. Aprox 8 minutes to Verona train station and around 20 min to Giulietta’s House. Is jot really in the old city center, but the price is corelated to the location. We received a light italian breakfast (espresso, croissant and toast). Easy check in, even a bit early than scheduled. No stores nearby, but there is a vending machine downstairs from where you can buy water or snaks.

Room is not very big and the bathroom could have been more tidy, but for 2 nights we managed. Also, they didn’t offered many amenities in the bathroom.

It was a longer walk than I thought to the arena and sights in the old town.

Room is big and bright. Breakfast is provided with grapes. Staff is helpful and friendly. Located near to bus station. Luggage can be leave inside room. Great restaurants near by!

I like very much the location, just 10 mins walking to the centre. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming.

There a was a bad odour in the hallway. The bathroom sink was clogged.
