The property is very well-located and close to all the main attractions, bus/taxi stations, restaurants and shops. I loved the traditional Italian decor - the room was also quite spacious and had a magnificent view of the Piazza. Giulia was amazing in helping me organize some Prosecco and patisserie for a surprise birthday.
The property was exceptional - the only thing I would mention was that there is no daily cleaning service and we also had very limited toiletries for our stay
4.3
The location is perfect for everything. We didn’t need to use any form of transportation and we’re in walking distance to everything we wanted.
The shower door needs a little attention and the bed is squeaky.

The property was beautiful & in such an amazing central location! I only wish I stayed longer here to experience Verona at a slower pace & soak in the Italian culture more. The restaurants below the accommodation are great! & the best gelato is also just downstairs. The shared dining area is gorgeous & everything you need is provided. The room was huge, beautiful view, comfy bedding, very clean & gorgeous Italian decor. I had such a lovely time here, thank you! 😊😊

Location
No parking, no availably to leave bags.. for 200 per night this was an average service at best.. check out at 10 am is too early
4.3
the location is very central and historic. also, there are 3 restaurants right on the square, it was pleasant to have late dinner there and go back to the room.
1) Terrible, rude customer service of Italian Homing property management. the property is on the 3rd floor which is the 4th floor in reality. stairs are hard, especially if you are not young. the elevator broke next day after arrival. when I called property management and complained, I was told that they will call technician but they can’t guarantee anything. To be honest I was pretty angry about it and expressed it. in return I have been literally yelled at over the phone and told that they don’t care about my review and they don’t want yo deal with it. I don’t know if they repaired it or not, thank God elevator was working next morning so we could take the luggage downstairs.
2) 2 thin bath towels which look as if they been poorly washed million of times. no towels for bidet, no toiletries, no bottled water in a room at least for the first day. nothing.
3) the coffee room is a joke. coffeemaker is awful, no creamer, you spend an hour to figure out the lights and how things work and how to turn on this coffeemaker to make hot coffee.
keep in mind there are other 3 rooms out of this coffee area.
4) bathroom sliding door was almost broken.
5) very old and worn.

The Location.
I was quite surprised upon arriving at the property. When I had searched online for a place to stay for one night in Venice this property was marketed by Italian homing as a boutique-like hotel with old world charm that as they say in their instagram feed "shows her charm in every little detail, shade, single experience". I has searched for a property with breakfast and came across the photos of their "rooms" and their beautiful breakfast room. When we arrived in our room I was really upset to realise that it was basically attached to the breakfast room. a piece of the entry to the room had been partitioned off to allow the other guests to enter the breakfast room. (Photos attached below) Which basically meant that everyone who wanted to enter the common area would have to pass through that entryway. We could hear them and they could hear us. Also I did not realise that this is not a hotel. It was marketed as having several rooms, but it was not clear that this was like this. when I wrote to the contact person she was very rude and insisted that I had not read the description clearly. I went back and read many reviews from other upset/ dissatisfied guests and realised that I am hardly the first person who misunderstood what type of accommodation they were getting into. Obviously I was also not the first person to be treated so rudely. The other issue was with the bathroom. There was mould and goop leaking out of several holes in the shower (photos below) which was disgusting and the shower head did not even have a place to hold it up - you had to hold it in your hand to take a shower. The room was full of fake old flowers and the bed was far from comfortable. All in all it was the worst 200 euro I have spent on an accommodation and I would certainly not return.

great location and beautiful decor, lovely balcony, only loud on one night til
about 2am which I think is very reasonable considering b the location- the soundproofing is pretty good, especially if you use the shutters I also wasn’t expecting a lift in such an old building.
it would be nice to have somewhere to leave luggage- they suggest a luggage store which isn’t too far, but it is a bit expensive. I think the automated entry thing doesn’t work for check in, so I’d suggest call them on your way so they can be ready to let you in when you arrive. toiletries are very basic- soap bar and a sachet of soap/shampoo each.

It's in Verona.
You're made to feel like you're encroaching on someone's private space and not a place you're paying a lot of money for per night. Domus Nova Verona provided by Italian Homing is taking the worst parts of a hotel / airbnb experience and exploiting it on a trusted platform like booking.com. Avoid. For us this was a last minute booking after a week in Northern Italy we decided on Verona as our last destination before we returned home and thought we were treating our selves to somewhere special. Here's everything that occured:
- From the moment of booking, there were daily emails about a 'fast-check in' which then turned into whatsapp messages. The Fast check-in? This was actually a contract you needed to sign with Italian Homing.
- You're greeted with a long-list of associated costs for damages and there was an additional 25 euro cleaning charge not on our original booking that was part of this 'contract'
- Upon check-in, since you're responding on whatsapp they text you to remind you about check-out times repeatedly
- The shower has mold in it and really low water pressure
- Luggage storage is listed as available when you're looking at facilities and when you contact them about it they point you to a luggage drop off location a few minutes from the stay...and at an extra charge
- That lovely view across the street from your room you see in the photos? It's covered in scaffolding currently going through a refurbishment
- The WiFi is really bad, but at least it helps put off all those whatsapp messages coming through!
There are a lot of lovely locations in Verona, and we've never had an experience like this when we booked on booking.com before -- beware before you book this!

The room and the location was wonderful, very clean and posh, the view was amazing at Piazza dei Signiori. We had access to the relax/coffee room which was vis a vis to our room. There is a full kitchenette, coffee machine, tea, sofas, tree little tables where you can sit and enjoy the view.

Interior design is precise in function and excellent looking. The feeling you get is posh but at the same time homely and inviting. Everything is on the spot of feeling good and safe. On top of it on the excellent site of Dante Square!

Only good think was the location, location is really good. Unfortunately there is a little good to say, because a lot of things was not worth the money what I paid.
That’s not normal to pay for 5 nights to think that we re going to the hotel but in reality it’ s a room rental - Its not HOTEL!
Bathroom- this hotel does not even have hand soap.
There is no blanket in the bedroom, only a thin sheet with which it is impossible to sleep, in this room in night is a little cold. The bed is too hard, and it’ s bad to sleep.
A big minus is that hotel has no reception and the kitchen is on a floor, with an entrance to another guests.
Also the "STAFF" was only one women who wasn't really interested if we like or not, she replay to questions only next day, we have problems with wifi and she didn't fix that, she just ignore that... The WI-FI was so bad!!!!

The accommodation is located right in heart of everything. An amazing view from windows, room exactly as described. I loved it, it´s nicely decorated, someone paid attention to details what I really appreciated. Bathroom was also spacious, new and clean. Communication with owner/manager was very efficient and quick. There was a small kitchen with coffee/tea amenities provided, it is also equipped with microwave and fridge, very nice. There are many restaurants and bars around so getting breakfast was easy. Nearest supermarket is about 8mins walk.
It was a bit difficult to find the entrance, fortunatelly member of staff of the restaurant was very helpful - I wasn´t probably first person looking for this accommodation. The lift and staircase are very narrow, with big suitcase it may be an issue. I stayed over weekend and the square got very crowded and noisy - could not sleep with windows open. Sunday night was quiet. I would have appreciated if my trashbin was emptied during my stay.
4.3
the location is the only good thing - the facilities are very inconvenient.
the fact that there is no reception, this was not clear on Bokking.com - there is a very small lift that takes you to the floors, dark and nasty entrance to the bedroom. The bedroom was large but the fake antic furnishings was so poor. The shower was not clean and had black around the corners for which I have pictures. it was dark and not what I was expecting. Booking did not specify this was a room rental and not a hotel!! I would also like a refund of a sort, they do not offer breakfast!

Location, location, location overlooking one of the most beautiful squares in Verona. The room is exactly as pictured, a bit kitsch but good quality. The sitting room provided the opportunity to have (self-procured) breakfast and a coffee (provided by the hotel). For a longer stay one could have made use of the common fridge.
Interaction was very impersonal - today sold as a bonus - contactless. And despite this aloofness the little interaction there was clearly gave one the impression to be unwelcome, a cow to be milked, not a guest to be welcomed. The evidence? Three points: 1)I had a very friendly exchange of whatsapp's with our estimated arrival time. Once at the property my WhatsApp was not answered, I tried twice to call, without success, so that we stood frustrated in front of the building. What to do? On the website I managed to find a second phone number and on reaching somebody was told that I had already checked in. The person on the other side of the phone insisted at least two times before recognising that indeed I had a right to enter. 2) Although you are required to check out by 10.00 absolutely no possibility is provided to leave luggage. You are directed to the station (NOT around the corner). It would not be difficult to provide a specific set of keys, a locker room accessible, an agreement with a shop around the corner, whatever to make a guest's life comfortable. If I pay a hotel price, I would like to have a service that is slightly more than minimal. 3) The cleaning lady arrived around 9.00 and as both rooms on our floor were still occupied she lingered in the sitting room playing with her phone and clearly conveying the message that she would be happy if we left - but pronto. She even knocked on the second door, where a clearly unhappy guest peered out wrapped in a towel. It made for a very uncomfortable morning coffee.

Absolute prime position in Verona. My view over Piazza della Signorina beats everything. Beautifully decorated room.
I am a lover of soft beds ( but that is My personal taste ) and this was a bit hard.

Beautiful B & B in central city. Only downside was we did not see the owners do to conflicts they had.
No seeing owners
