Clean and extremely well maintained, well stocked (toiletries, cooking utensils, pots, pans etc.) excellent and clean refrigerator/freezer, overall one of the finest places I have stayed in a long while. will definitely stay here whenever Mammoth calls. Simply outstanding!!!!

We had a great stay. Excellent communication. Such a nice location. Family walked to Eagles Lodge easily. Would totally recommend and would stay here again.

We had a problem lighting the fire as the logs in the place did not burn. However we had a good time and the stay was comfortable. Ray is friendly and helpful.

Great rental, walking distance to the slopes. Make sure you get the access codes before you arrive. There was no one at the front desk when we had arrived and had to contact the owner for access. He called us back quickly though and all was good!

Very nice accommodations. The place had a comfortable warmth to it and was the perfect place to come back to after a long day of family activities.

This is a perfect place if you want to enjoy easy access to Mammoth mtn without being caught up in the busiest part of the mtn. We wanted to cook our own dinners and walk to the lift each morning to ski the mtn. The convenience can't be beat and Ray's place is cozy and very functional. Its less than a 5 minutes to the heart of Old Mammoth when you need to get food or check out town and its tucked up in gorgeous tall pine trees. Its really a great spot and we will be back. Ray is responsive and genuinely focused on making sure his guests enjoy their stay.

This is an absolutely great location if all you care about is hitting the slopes! Walking distance to eagle lodge and a quick 5-10 min drive to many of the restaurants & village area. The condo itself could use some TLC. Sleeps 4 comfortably and 2 in the living room not so comfortably. The living room heater also makes noise that becomes very annoying if there is no other sound to drown it out. Toiletries & bath towels are supplied but at an extremely limited level, strongly suggest bringing your own. The host was responsive but sometimes would take hours or even the next day to reply to our questions. Overall if you’re not boujee you’ll get by fine in this place strong 4/5 stars for sure!

Enjoyed our long stay there. Has everything you need to work remotely plus relax and enjoy the outdoors. Also really appreciated Ray's attentiveness. We had some logistical issues (to no fault of Ray) and he was incredibly thoughtful and accommodating. If nothing else, stay here because you know you'll be in good hands.

The heater in the living room were not working . There is a fee for cleaning but in the catalog is require to take out the trash so what’s the point of the cleaning fee ?

Ray's response time was excellent and thorough. Property is conveniently located. We loved the spacious double master bathrooms on each side of living room/ kitchen and dining area. Will book again.

The unit was very clean, and so were the amenities. Checking in was simple.

This was our 1sr stay at this property. It was perfect for two couples. Everything was in good working order and the furnishings were very comfortable.

Perfect 2 bed 2 bath condo! All the amenities you'll need and very spacious. Hope to book again soon.

Ray’s condo was a bit dated but was comfortable and spacious. Our family enjoyed staying there. Ray was a great host and easy to communicate with. Two free ski rentals were an added bonus. This will now be our first choice Mammoth condo!

This place was exactly the perfect place for our needs. Clean and comfortable. Will rent this place again in the future.
