Un bellissimo monolocale luminoso e privato situato in una eco-casa galleggiante recentemente rinnovata di Amsterdam. Ha un bagno interno e una vista mozzafiato sull'acqua IJ. Situato nel centro della città, vicino alla famosa zona di Jordaan.

Quindi, se stai cercando un soggiorno autentico ad Amsterdam, sei nel posto giusto.
Questa casa galleggiante ecologica si trova nella Zeeheldenbuurt, in un luogo tranquillo nel 'Oude Houthaven'. Ha una vista mozzafiato sull'acqua IJ e Amsterdam Nord ed è a pochi passi dal centro della città (8 minuti).
Stare sulla mia barca darà un contributo all'ambiente. Riscaldando attraverso una pompa di calore ad acqua sostenibile, la casa galleggiante consuma 5 volte meno energia, non emette CO² e non brucia combustibili fossili.
Il monolocale privato di 25 mq è dotato di tutto il necessario. Ha un comodo letto king size (180 x 200) con lenzuola bianche e fresche e un soffitto della finestra sopra la testa per guardare le stelle.
Inizia la giornata con un Nespresso sul divano rilassante e mettiti comodo nella tua vita in mare.
Il bagno in camera è dotato di vasca con splendida vista sul porto, doccia separata e lussuosi prodotti da bagno Marie-Stella-Maris.
Offriamo la connessione Wi-Fi gratuita in tutta la struttura, l'uso di lenzuola e asciugamani.

My husband and I could not have enjoyed our houseboat home for the weekend more! It was fun to be on the water, the location is quiet and beautiful for sunrise and sunset. We appreciated Arie's communication, recommendations, and access to bikes! It was super quick to bike anywhere in Amsterdam from this location. We also used the Wifi to get some work done while we were there and had no issues. Thank you Arie!! We would definitely stay here again!

On our way to the summer Olympics we stopped in Amsterdam, looking for a unique experience. We booked this houseboat and found that exploring the city by day and staying on the boat at night was a fantastic way to begin our vacation. The boat is clean and surprisingly spacious and we loved sitting up on deck watching the the lights sparkling on the water and the perspective of all the water activity. Much better than a mundane hotel!

I'm glad we tried this, but it is small. There is no kitchen -- it is really the same size as a hotel room. Also, it gets very warm in the room; there is no AC and I think it would be way to hot if the weather was any warmer than what we experienced. The listing said there was a pool (not sure where that was -- maybe they meant the canal?). We also asked for the bikes which were mentioned in the listing, but we couldn't figure out how to use them (and they were old and rusty), so we rented bikes (which was great!). It was a nice quiet location, about a 25-35 minute walk from all attractions/Central Station. Felt very safe and clean.

Such a great location. Close to everything and quiet which was exactly what we were looking for! Host was wonderfully accommodating which we really appreciated! Only very very minor complaints were the water didn’t get hot enough to utilize the bath, (I like scalding hot baths!) and the internet was in and out a bit. Everything else was amazing! Would absolutely stay again.

We had a wonderful stay. Host very responsive when we had questions. There is a bit of a step down to get in that could be a bit difficult for some. Loved sitting up on the deck in the evening. Great tapas restaurant nearby.

The eco houseboat was very much a great experience for my fiancée and I. Located at the front of the ship, it was exceptionally spacious, clean, had lovely amenities, and we especially liked how peaceful it was although it was still located quite centrally within Amsterdam. It was walking/biking distance away from the main commercial areas, picturesque canals, and many great attractions/restaurants. Arie was a great host and made everything straight-forward for us. If you have never tried living in an eco-houseboat, consider staying here!

We had a great stay in a lovely space. We enjoyed seeing the rain & snow falling on the skylight above the bed. The ferry to NDSM is close by & parking/bike rental at IJdok convenient. I’d highly recommend this experience.

Toller Aufenthalt, schönes Hausboot
Das Hausboot ist genau wie hier beschrieben! Mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und super schick und modern. Abends kann man an Deck wunderbar den Sonnenuntergang genießen. Es ist sauber und der Vermieter ist ebenfalls sehr nett! Die Schlüssel Übergabe erfolgt entweder persönlich oder über einen kleinen Safe am Hausboot. Alles in allem eine top Unterkunft!

Alles sehr modern eingerichtet man fühlt sich direkt wohl.
Alles da gewesen was man für ein Wochenende brauch.

Zu Fuß ist alles gut erreichbar mit einem Spaziergang.
Schön das man seinen besten freund
(Hund) Mitnehmen kann.
Würde sagen für kleinere Hunde mehr zu empfehlen, da die Treppen ziemlich steil ab gehen.
Kann das Hausboot jedem nur empfehlen waren super zufrieden danke für die schönen Tage.

Great place!
There was a little problem with the check in as the owner was out of town and the previous guests locked the door incorrectly making it impossible to get into the unit. He was quick to send his brother and once we determined what the problem was everything was fixed quickly. It made for a funny travel story. We had a great time staying at this place and would definitely recommend it.

Unique accommodations in quiet neighborhood
Arie, the host lives in the other end of this very large recently converted Dutch barge. Met us with a personal favorite wine selection. Got better from there. Private, new, clean. Will definitely recommend! 10 minutes by bike to major attractions and central district.

Loved our Amsterdam Houseboat
The houseboat was awesome! I’m jealous of Arie and his brother who gets to live there full time. Everything seemed brand new. New floors, new shower, new toilet, etc. Great location. 15 minute walk and your in the center of Amsterdam. I cannot say enough good things about this place.

Beautiful houseboat
Arie's boat is PERFECT. Newly renovated with perfect clean finishes and so many nice touches, like great shower and bath and sink fixtures. I stayed in the front room which had it's own separate access up the stairs onto the deck. (There is another room for rent next door, in the middle of the boat -- I never saw or heard my neighbors, it is very private.) The bed is so comfortable and it's great to wake up to the sun through the skylights and windows. This area is very pretty and safe and has restaurants and markets (and at least 1 good coffeeshop, Baba) but it is much quieter than the center of town -- very quiet on the pier at night. It is about a 20-30 minute walk into the center depending on where you're going.
I cannot say enough great things about this boat, it is gorgeous inside. Arie has done a fantastic job renovating. Well worth it -- I'll be back!

Wochenende in Amsterdam
Ich war mit meinen Kindern 3 Tage auf dem Hausboot von Arie. Wir haben es sehr genossen. Die Zimmer sind sehr originell, schön und sauber. Wir haben herrlich geschlafen und auch die Badezimmer sind herrlich! Vor allem hat uns auch das Oberdeck gefallen, wo wir die Abende ausklingen liessen bei wunderschönen Sonnenuntergängen am Wasser. Zum Zentrum sind es ca. 25 Minuten zu Fuss, natürlich hat es auch Tram und Busse.
Vielen Dank Arie, wir haben deine Location sehr genossen und kommen sicher einmal wieder :-)

Shipboard Living
Two glorious nights in the midst of Amsterdam harbor on a beautifully stored Rhine Riverboat. Owner Arie, who was a fantastic host, lives in the old "captain's quarters" aft, and I had the bow stateroom and top deck all to myself. Quiet, peaceful, with beautifully fresh air coursing through the stateroom, and usually a glass or two of wine on the foredeck at sundown. The bathroom fixtures are to die for: full tub, beautiful stone sink, and gorgeous shower stall. Very comfortable and convenient, about a mile from Central Station. Highly recommended, if you like being on the water!

The boat is situated within a mile of Central station in a peaceful part of the city.

Amsterdam Harbor room on houseboat
Nice place, but the add is misleading you're renting a cabin on the boat only. It's a long walk if you're coming home after the busses quit running. It was hard to find.
