Omaha è il paradiso delle vacanze! Questa moderna casa unifamiliare si trova in una sezione piatta in una strada tranquilla, a soli 55 minuti in auto dal centro di Auckland. Meno guida, più rilassante! Due famiglie possono stare comodamente, rilassarsi e godersi tutti i servizi che questa casa ha da offrire.
La grande cucina a pianta aperta e soggiorno si apre su un enorme ponte coperto a livello del suolo e cortile completamente recintato. Un fuoco a gas aperto aggiunge un bonus extra per i mesi più freddi. Offriamo 2 camere doppie queen-size alle estremità opposte della casa, una con bagno en-suite, e una grande sala a castello che può ospitare 4, con la propria TV. Il bagno principale ha una doccia e una vasca full size, con servizi igienici separati, ideale per giovani famiglie.
Non vediamo l'ora di condividere la nostra casa per le vacanze con voi.

What a lovely spot, we really loved our week long stay here. Clean, quiet, well equipped and close to beach, playgrounds, cafe and shop. Fenced in property for the kids to run around in, and the outdoor shower was a hit after the beach! A great place to relax after a fun full day of adventuring.

Excellent, clean house and was just as described, we enjoyed our stay. Was perfect for our group who cooked most meals on the BBQ during our 3 night stay. Had everything needed for our 16mo (safe property in summer, used highchair and portacot, missing a mattress which were told about well in advance but had forgotten!). Easy walk to the beach, shop, and our toddler enjoyed the park. Thanks so much we would love to stay again if the opportunity arises!

Perfect holiday home for our needs. Great bunk room for the kids and flat fully fences garden for them to play. Comfortable, cosy place with a good kitchen with everything we needed.
Great location within walking distance of shop, cafe, playground and beach.

We loved our stay at Cool Waters. We were visiting the area for a family wedding and the hosts Ian and Sandra were so accommodating and welcoming. The house was great. Everything we could want. We really enjoyed the whole experience. Thank you.

We loved our stay at Cool Waters. Property is safe, immaculate and perfect for children. Hosts had wonderful communication throughout our whole stay. Neighbourhood is very respectful of noise. We hope to rent this place again next time we visit Omaha.

Great location and great house
This was a fabulous house to use, it has everything you need and in a very handy location. Close to the beach, the playground, the cafe and mini mart shop. Nice and clean when we arrived too.

My sister had her wedding at Tawharanui so my wife and I decided to spend a long weekend at Omaha. Nice house, clean and great location. Close to beach and superette/cafe Only really one critique which was there was only one tea-towel so when we decided to cook a large meal and used a lot of dishes that could not go in to the dishwasher - it did not suffice but that was minor. Was a great weekend.

Great stay, made it really easy to move check in out by a day and then later to extend by a further few nights as the weather was beautiful and we didn’t want to go home.
