The house was perfect in all aspects, clean, well stocked, close to stores and restaurants great walking neighborhood, and multiple golf courses near by we will be back Patty and Joe were wonderful hosts

Great area, great house, great owners! They made us feel welcomed and comfortable from beginning to end. House was clean an had everything we needed for our stay. We'll be definatly comming back again and again!

We had a wonderful stay! Patty was very hospitable and provided a welcome basket and brought toys for our two boys, which they very much enjoyed. Some other thoughts: 1. The pool in the backyard was great - the baja shelf allowed the little ones to wade in and get used to the water, and the pool fence gave us peace of mind while outside. 2. Internet speed was more than adequate for remote work - video conferences and calls ran seamlessly. There's no dedicated office in the house, but that's my problem if I decide to work on vacation. The house had everything we needed and we had a great time. Thank you Patty for a great getaway!

This property was gorgeous. Patty had a welcome basket waiting for us. The house was spacious and clean. The pool was great to relax in. I loved the beautiful art work that was hanging on the walls. If we go back to Arizona we will hope we can stay there. The neighbor was very quiet. We have already recommended this property to friends and family. Thanks for the great hospitality Patty.

We came down for a great nieces graduation. Patty was excellent to communicate with she brought a doll house and toys for the granddaughter and lego’s and cars for the grandson. They keep the property very well-maintained and they provided us with everything we needed. And they even put together a welcome basket with snacks and drinks for our family. We all had a blast and with the fence around the pool it made it so we weren’t scared the kids would get in the pool without us. Thank you for the great memories.

This house was absolutely perfect for my family. We loved the covered patio and beautiful pool! We had plenty of space and greatly appreciated the fully stocked kitchen. Patty was the most hospitable VRBO host we’ve ever encountered. She left customized goodies for my family, checked in with us to make sure we were all set, and stopped by to clean the pool a few times. We highly recommend this VRBO!!

Patty's house was more than expected! Very clean and comfortable, we were sad to leave.. Close to most stores without heavy traffic. Very quiet neighborhood. We had a relaxing 5 weeks and hope to return. Thank you, Patty!

Not a problem at all with staying at this VRBO, was as described and would highly recommend to anyone wanting a quiet relaxing stay in Mesa. House was well equipped and is much better than staying in a cramped up hotel!

Patty made our trip so welcoming and comfortable. With the way things are these days I felt very safe staying in a home than in and out of a hotel. We had a long trip and was so nice to have the comforts of home during our stay. Really nice for the kids to have the pool as well. Close to grocery stores and coffee and easy access to freeways. Definitely recommend. Will stay again when we visit the area.

Just have others have said - great property owner and very comfortable home. Easy check in and out process. You can tell the property owner really cares about this home and her renters. We enjoyed our week stay. We arrived to a basket of snacks, waters in the fridge, and a very well equipped home — so nice after a long several days on the road to get to Arizona to not have to go to the store for TP or paper towels the next day. Easily able to cook and BBQ here with all supplies available in the home for you. We greatly appreciated that. Quite neighbors. Awesome pool!! My only complain is the ceiling fans and bathroom fans are very dusty and need cleaning. Rest of the home appeared very well organized and cleaned. Thank you Patty for an enjoyable week is Mesa!

My family had a great time. We really relaxed on this vacation. The beds were very comfortable and everyone slept well. We spent a lot of time on the lanai and in the pool which was a great accommodation to have. The kitchen had everything you needed to enjoy your stay. My husband was really impressed, :o). Patty is a great host. A welcome package was there when we arrived. She knew we wanted to use the pool while we were there and made sure the pool was covered at night, prior to our arrival, to ensure the pool temp did not drop. We are planning a trip to return in March with some friends. If you are staying in the Phoenix area, this is the place to stay. Thanks Patty!

We stayed for 9 days while taking a family vacation to bring our son to college. This was a great location with easy access to everything we needed. Coming from Alaska, we were concerned about the August heat but this home and pool made the heat bearable. Thank you Patty for making our trip so wonderful. We will definitely look to this property again if/when we return to Arizona.

Home away from home!! Comfy and cozy home. Everything was supplied. Very large oversized pool. Excellent location, close to shopping and restaurants. Tonto National Forest about 5 mins away. Surrounded by mountains!! And Homeowner was awesome!! We enjoyed our stay here. Thank you!!

When you are greeted with fresh fruit, homemade cookies and a bottle of wine...how could you not be home!!!! The home is beautiful, well appointed, comfortable beds, easy access to activities, and services. But why leave with the beautiful cooling pool, patio and putting green. The owner, Patty, is wonderful. She even brought me a roasting pan for Easter ham. I will refer anyone looking for a vacation rental to stay here! It is as comfortable as your own home!

We have stayed at this house twice and just love it! It has all the comforts of home and the owner is super nice and is always reachable. We have never had any issues and I’m sure we will be back. Highly recommend to everyone with or without a family! We all loved the pool!

I cant begin to tell you what an amazing home this is. We stayed for 10 days and enjoyed every minute of it. The pool was very clean and we enjoyed floating and soaking up all the sunshine! Many near by golf course and restaurants! We also found a few fun bars around with great entertainment. Will be returning here for sure!

This is a WONDERFUL home!!! Located in a convenient location. The pool/putting green area is awesome. The covered lanai area accommodates many and the gas fire pit is a plus! The owners are wonderful too and it was a true pleasure meeting Patty. We WILL return!!! Thank you!!!

Patty has a lovely home close to golf courses, hiking trails, restaurants, grocery stores and anything else you could need. We had a wonderful 2019 getaway. Thank you again for everything! Sharon

We were very pleased with our stay. Patty was very accommodating and was very responsive. She allowed us to check in early since our flights came in early. We found the place to be exactly as described. The inside was very spacious and was perfect for me, my wife and 2 teenage girls. We had a ton of fun playing mini golf on their putting green in the back yard. The neighborhood was close to major highways but was still very quiet. I look forward to staying here again.

From day one Patty was amazing, helpful, and very accommodating. Our vacation was so relaxing and peaceful. We would recommend this property 100%.

We have been staying in short term rentals for the last 19 months(for medical treatments) and staying at Patty & Joe's place was just wonderful. Patty went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed and serviced the pool every few days. The home was very peaceful and we felt we were in our home away from home! Thanks Patty for all you did!!

Our home away from home for 8 days. It was everything we could have asked for and more. After a long delayed fight, we we greeted by a plate of delicious chocolate chip cookies. Plus a Keurig coffee maker and a nice variety of coffee! The home is immaculate and beautifully decorated. It is very well stocked with everything a person needs. If Patty doesn’t have it, you probably don’t really need it. The kitchen has everything you need for preparing food down to the spices. There is a fully stocked laundry area. Patty has that covered also for people who use scent free detergent. The master bathroom is amazing! Large walk-in closet and double sink. The shower/tub is stocked with shampoo,conditioner,body wash,and blow dryer. The jetted tub was amazing! We traveled with our 5 year old granddaughter so the pool was a must! When not out and about doing things, that is where our time was spent. The pool is great if you have a little one. There is a large area with an umbrella that is shallow for little ones to swim or if you just want to relax. Then you have the main pool area for swimming or floating around on the pool toys that are provided. For people who golf, there is an area for that also. If you have little one, there are some toys at the home. Patty was gracious enough to drop off a big dollhouse, books and other toys for a little girl. Thank you so much, she loved the dollhouse! I highly recommend this home for your vacation spot. Many restaurants, grocery stores, and malls close by. Patty is very friendly and accommodating to your needs. We will definitely stay here again! We just got through with our 2nd stay at this location. We were happy to see no great visual changes to the house because we love it the way it is. The grapefruit tree was just loaded this year and we took advantage of it. This winter season the country was hit hard with flu and we were victims of it. Patty was such a sweetheart she brought us over some delicious homemade soup. It was great and helped tremendously. We still had plenty of time to enjoy the sun and the mini-putt in the backyard. We also really enjoyed the fire pit. When we had company it was fun to sit on deck in the evening by the fire and chat. The new stainless steel grill got a workout for sure. Also two large grocery stores are right in the neighborhood plus other stores make shopping very convenient. Don't miss the opportunity to stay at Patty and Joe's gorgeous house. We enjoyed our stay very much at this house. It is clean, well cared for and has plenty of room. It is well-equipped and stocked with everything to take care of you for your first couple of days. We even enjoyed fresh grapefruit from the large tree in the back yard and Patty brought us more grapefruit and oranges a few days after we arrived. She also brought us fresh homemade chocolate chip cookies!! There is nothing to complain about with the house or with Patty. Our only disappointment was that the weather didn't permit use of the unheated pool.

This is one of the best properties that we have rented in Mesa. The house and yard was very clean and the owners are very easy to deal with! I highly recommend this property!

Our stay at this accommodation was booked for one week. When our flights were changed, Patty was very accommodating to the change and we were able to stay the extra night. She also was very helpful in suggestions for activities in and around Mesa. The house it self was great! It was very clean, spacious and very well stocked in both the kitchen and bathrooms. The bed was very clean and comfortable. We greatly appreciated the Keurig :) with all the pods provided. The backyard is very private. The pool was cleaned and maintained several times throughout our week there and we were able to use it daily. Having access to the garage was a bonus to keep the car out of the heat of the day. Access to the freeway was within a couple of minutes which also was beneficial in getting around. We would highly recommend this house and location. We hope to be returning next year

This house was awesome and very nice and clean. Patty was very accommodating and had some nice treats for us when we got there! We will definitely stay here again! We really enjoyed the patio and pool area!

My husband, son and his family, and youngest son came to AZ for a niece's wedding. Because we were here for a week, I didn't want a hotel. I found Patty and Joe's house and thought it would be just right. My family and I were so happy and felt right at home. Patty left a nice welcome note with home baked cookies to welcome us! The kitchen had everything in it we needed to cook. The pool and covered patio were wonderful. There is a gas firepit and bbq, as well. Everything in and about the house is so clean and in great repair!! The best thing was we were only a couple of minutes from my sister's house. On our next extended stay, we will definitely be back to stay in this home!! The Best Family from Oregon
