Friendly apartment with private parking or bus stop right in front of the building for those who choose this means of transportation. The bathroom has minimal furniture, the furniture in the house is classic, not very new, but the location has all the facilities: microwave, stove, fridge, iron, washing machine, hairdryer, dryer and more. The location is friendly, older construction, my little girls have asked if we came to visit grandma. The host, Irina, helped us all the time with information, access to the building was very easy. I recommend the place to families and people who are not looking for very modern furniture, but appreciate the cleanliness and all the needed amenities.

Nice and well equiped appartament, close to the beach and old town. Two air conditioning Systems that helped a lot, fully equiped kitchen, parking place in front of the building.

The apartment is big and very well organizes, also the apartment has all what you need for an entire journey. Irina is very responsive and helpfull. The beach is at 10min walking (Finikoudes). Also, near the apartment are supermarkets and grocery stores.

Irina is an amazing host, she replied quickly to all of our queries, she helped us with the transport to the airport and overall she was really nice and helpful. Her place is cozy, clean and with everything you might need for a shorter or longer stay, on a great location, close both to the city center and city beaches. The owner,Irina,is very flexible and super nice! The apartment was equipped with everything we needed in order to have a great stay. Moreover, the apartment was clean and comfortable, in a quiet area and also very nicely situated, close to bus stations.It is 10 min walk to Kastella Beach. Great value for money, definitely recommend.

The apartment is just in front of the bus station, used to travel from the airport. The sea is about 5-7 minutes away. There is parking available. There are 2 stores nearby(a Romanian one. ) The host is friendly. Cleanliness +.

The internet speed is around 5-7 mbps. The windows are not very soundproofing. The apartment is in a classic stile, old furniture( this can be nice)

I) location The bus stop is just in front of the building. So you can get to any cities on Cyprus easily. it’s also so close to one of the best beaches Finicudes in Larnaca . It takes only 5 minutes . The building is in a quiet area. 2) comfort and cleanliness of the apartment There are 2 bedrooms in the apartment.They are very clean. The beds ,mattresses and pillows are comfortable. We slept well. There is also a bed , a chair and some toys for a child . There are a lot of kitchen utensils. Everything is clean. The frying pans are new. WiFi is fast. There is a washing machine. The air-conditioners worked well. 3) owner The owner is kind and friendly. She met us at the apartment . As a nice bonus we had a bottle of vine from the owner. Summing up I can say I definitely recommend that apartment to rent for a short or long staying and say Thank You So Much to the owner.

Great location. Bus from the airport stops under the object. Full apartment equipment. Kitchen, bathroom, bedrooms all equipped with the necessary equipment. Comfortable stay. Air conditioning works in both rooms. In the next windmill. Parking under the building. Great contact with the owner. Near the beach and promenade. Close to shops and bars. I highly recommend.

Old furniture and style but very clean nonetheless

the lady was nice, and house is clean and good space conpared to price, but in summer without AC doesnt worth it

the flat is very hot, the AC in the lounge gives hot air with fish smell, no AC in the small bedroom, the electricity tolerance is weak and keep disconnecting, and takes time to work again no TV, no water kettle was very bad experience, dont advise any

The appartment is very near to the historical center of Larnaca and to the beach. Elena is very nice.
