Appartamento incantevole, confortevole e con magnifica vista della città di Siena. Situato in alto, appena fuori dalle mura a 15 minuti a piedi dal centro di Siena. Comodo l'uso del garage per chi arriva in auto.

The apartment was extremely clean and comfortable, well-lit and airy with the windows open. The apartment was able to keep cool at night during a hot summer with a breeze through the bedroom window and/or the fan. Serviceable kitchen, good shower pressure.
I guess the only thing was walking up the hill and then to the apartment after going into the city - it's up 2 flights of stairs, would be tough with heavy luggage.

Great view of Sienna from the bedroom window; a large apartment equipped with everything you need. Private garage nearby which was very convenient. Close to the old city, 10 min walk to escalators (near parking San Francesco which is additionally convenient).
It was OK for us that was no lift and we had that information in advance, but just to mention that nonetheless, the third floor could be challenging for families with kids, older people, or people with heavy luggage.

Well appointed apartment outside of the old town. Nice space and view from bedroom is great. The parking garage is a bonus albeit it down the road. Laundromat at end if the block. Very nice supermarket 10min walk away.
Communication was very sketchy from the outset. Flight of stairs will not suit all with heavy suitcases. Not according to spec eg no washing machine. Wifi did not work entire time. No water in fridge. Just lack of the nicer little touches like clear instructions on how to use or info re town or maps or wifi code etc. All things like coffee sugar wtc were near depleted so versus other accomodation it fell short.Approx 30min walk to Siena old town.

Was very comfortable. Loved the effort Angela had gone to with furnishings & decor. Great views of the old city.
It would be a help if Angela was to supply a handbook on where all the facilities are for the apartment. For example, where the excellent laundrette at the bottom of the road is & where the local supermarket is.

The best choice if you’re looking for some place outside Siena walls, with a garage to park your rental, and very very close to the city entrance (it was closest than a lot of parking spots for tourists that visit the city, for comparison). The apartment is clean, well decorated, spacious and has everything you need as a real home, like dish washer and washing machine. Angela is a very kind host, and helped us with all we need.
It is very cost-effective, and I am pretty sure I’ll stay there again next time.

Lovely spacious apartment with great views of Siena.
Nothing - but people should be aware it is a long walk from the train station and the Piazza del Campo, it is on the fourth floor with no lift and there are effective fans but no air conditioning.

The bedroom is beautiful and has a great view on Siena!
The apartment is pretty close to the centre and a supermarket. Its location is perfect in case you are by car. In fact there is also available a private garage nearby which I have found very comfortable.
Last but not least, our host Angela has been super kind in receiving us and gave us good advices.
Overall it was a great experience and I highly recommend to stay here!
It's good to keep in mind that the room is located on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator.

Great location close to city center, and quiet. The apartment is really stylish and everything is well-reasoned and practical, kitchen with well functioning equipment, bathroom relatively small but perfectly planned, living room with enough possibilities to relax....and an absolute splendid view to Siena from sleeping room and breakfast table.
Hosts have been extremely helpful in an emergency situation with our keys, or by ensuring that we have a safe place for our road bikes in the basement.
We had a wonderful week and felt like at home.
Nothing. Just as a tipp, the carparking is not allowed in the blue parking space, but we found space not far away in via duccio di boninsegna...
