Beautifully spacious, modern, clean, rooftop apartment situated on a private gated complex a short walk from Playa de los Charos beach. Open livingroom, dining and kitchen. The kitchen has every utensil known to man and is well stocked. The owner was kind enough to leave us some cooking basics, ie oil, salt, pepper. There is a fridge freezer, coffee machine, microwave, toaster and washing machine too. 3 decent sized bedrooms with lots of ample storage. Blankets provided for if you get chilly at night. For spectacular sunrise /sunset views the ‘blue’ room is the room to stay in. The windows throughout the apartment all open fully so you really have for that outdoor living feeling. The rooftop terrace is amazing for views over Costa Teguise and you get the sun until late afternoon. BBQ area and lots of furniture to relax in too.

My family and I are all able bodied and fit however please be aware if you are unsteady on your feet or can’t do a lot of stairs, there are 4 sets of stairs before you get the the property with no lift. (Great for losing weight though!)

This was our second visit to this vey spacious, well equipped apartment sharing with friends. It has a wonderful big terrace with bbq and great views. Bonus this year was the new swimming pool.

The addition of pool towels would be good.

Not informed that main pool not in use. The complex is extremely run down and in drastic need of improvements. The property itself also needs TLC and is ‘grubby’ in places

Easily accessible, perfect location, clean, airy and super comfortable. Really nice host, who replied to any messages immediately.

There wasn’t anything not to like about the property. It had everything we needed and more.
