If your into mountain biking this is a great place to stay. The neighbor hood is quite and centrally located. The floor plan is open and modern. We enjoyed our stay and will certainly be back.

A wonderful house, beautifully furnished. Kitchen is very well equipped. Quiet neighborhood. Easy access to bike trail. We stayed almost a month and had no issues. We plan to return!

We really enjoyed our stay in this home. We were in Tucson for two weeks to visit family and friends, and revisit the places we loved when we lived here. We rented this home, because we didn't want to stay in a motel for to weeks. It was an excellent choice. The house is very clean, has lots of space with its three bedrooms, and a wonderful kitchen. We also enjoyed the patio in the back. It has a barbecue that we planned to use, but the weather got cold, and that did not happen. The owners are very nice, and immediately responded to some requests we made. We recommend this home, and might stay here again if we return to Tucson.

The floors and surfaces were good quality, and the kitchen was well-stocked and a great place to cook and entertain. The grill outside worked well. It would have been helpful to have a larger stock of plates, bowls and silverware. We had the max. occupancy (6) only one week, and with only service for 6, we had to wash dishes after every meal. We appreciated the basic foods, like ketsup, Mayo,etc. that were stocked. Very helpful. We didn’t find the outside pleasant. There was little landscaping, and neighbor dogs barked loudly at us whenever we were outside. We only went out to grill. A solid fence instead of wire would have removed the dogs from view. The location was convenient, and we took lots of day trips to see favorite sights. We also walked outside daily. Good sidewalks and always felt safe. Good grocery store nearby. Our older grandkids played B Ball at the nearby elementary school. Generally, a functional housing experience. We think the sheets and linens could be more upscale for what we paid. The seating was not comfortable for us throughout. The living room had a love seat and sofa, both deep and too large for me, but there wasn’t an upholstered chair in either the living room or a bedroom. The kitchen table was high, with 4 high chairs. We had to bring in outdoor chairs and sit two people up to the desk for the week we had 6 people. We appreciated the owners responding quickly to a couple requests. They delivered some cleaning supplies for floors so we could keep it cleaner during our 5-week stay. We appreciate all their efforts and know it isn’t easy to please a lot of different people. We will have great memories of having friends and family visit us. Thank you.

This home was perfect and comfortable for our stay while we were at the gem show. After flight cancellations and then delays, I arrived very early in the morning. Pat and Shellie were gracious when I woke them with a question. The accommodations will not disappoint. Everything was perfect and we enjoyed our stay in Tucson.

We enjoyed our stay in this very clean and modern home. Location was good for visiting zoo and lots of good places to eat. We thought the beds were on the hard side but the house was super clean and well stocked.

For more than 12 years I have rented places to stay from VRBO. Pat and Shellie's place has been by far the most restful and comfortable. We were a group of four visiting our brother in Tucson for the first time. Pat and Shellie answered all of my emails promptly (within hours). The furnishings were all very comfortable, the supplies met our expectations, everything was clean. We did not cook except for making toast and coffee but the equipment was available if we needed it. The neighborhood was quiet. I would definitely stay here again. Carol P

Don't let the average exterior appearance fool you, this home is a real find! The entire interior has been remodeled and updated to a beautiful current standard. It even smelled like a new house. My two grown sons and I loved it. It's a little hard to find. But Google or Siri will take you right to it. Excellent value!
