We really enjoyed our stay and all the updates on the property.

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The location was perfect with easy beach access, ocean view from the top floor, & close proximity to all of the fun happenings in Seaside. Our older kids loved the bottom floor living room area & bed set up & we loved them having their own space where they could enjoy each other's company without disturbing the older adults. The property manager was extremely attentive to what needed to be done if anything even before we were aware of it. Nice decor, loved having a pool to dip into when we needed a refreshing cool off, & enjoyed 4 parking spots with room to park our golf cart rental. It was a joy to get to stay here & I would definitely recommend.

Very large home with a lot of amenities. It was perfect for our family of 13. Downstairs was like a second home. Highly recommend this home.

We loved this house and its location. It is exactly as it looks in the pictures. The bedrooms and bathrooms are all updated as well as having two full kitchens. The proximity to the beach is great and the private pool is a really nice addition. The only complaint was the grill needs replaced. We stay here again for sure.

Location is AMAZING....perfect and VERY close to beach. The remodel is also fantastic, but there are some things I should mention. Spending 13-14k, you should not encounter these issues. 1. Towels - Motel 6 quality with tears and stains. 2. Downstairs bedroom is not suitable for adults....it is more of a walkthrough to get from the large bunk room to downstairs kitchen, plus doors have no locks for this room 3. There is mold on the upstairs ceiling 4. Upstairs kitchen, trash cabinet inoperable and oven coming apart 5. Owner let us know at checkin that dryer wasn't working and a new one would be delivered on Wed....not ideal, but not the end of the world....HOWEVER dryer was never delivered all week....Spent 14k on a week rental without a dryer is unacceptable....should of rented a truck or something to get it delivered. Overall I would stay at this property again, due to the location, but better/cleaner towels would need to be provided.

Our whole family group was impressed with this house! It was large and spacious, plenty of room for all adults! The location is excellent, as it is steps from the beach and a short walk or bike ride to Seaside. A big plus is the full kitchen and den on the first floor with a 2nd full kitchen and den on the 2nd floor, so the adult children had a place to go when they chose to! We know this area and its houses very well, and we recommend it 100%. The host, Kevin, is readily available to answer any questions, but we had zero issues while vacationing in his beautiful beach house. Our entire group highly recommends Chasing Seagulls for your next family/freinds beach vacation!

Loved our stay!! Beautiful home with plenty of room. Excellent location- close to the beach.

Excellent setup and location. Beds were super comfortable (hard to find in a rental). Was nice to be able to see the ocean from the porch (great for an AM coffee or PM glass of wine). Kitchen was adequate but not stocked for extensive meal preparation. Having 2 kitchens was a bonus. Contractor working on the houses next door was very courteous and kept reasonable hours. Overall a great experience for our family. We will be back for sure.

Nice to find a pet friendly location that was high end so that we could include our beloved pets while on vacation, but not feel like we had to sacrifice quality of stay for the humans. Owner was quickly responsive and very helpful when we thought we had the correct entry code (but ended up being at the wrong door). Close to town, close to the beach, plenty of room to spread out. We had 3 families stay at this property and it was simply perfect! The teenagers had the downstairs all to themselves which was a big plus for the adults. Kevin was so gracious, responsive and super helpful. There's no doubt we'll be booking this property again next year for fall break. Great location, clean and a beautiful home!

Great property for our group. We had a business trip in Sandestin and decided to stay here with our cadre. Separate rooms and space for everyone and allowed us to hang out together and bond.

Such a great weekend! The house was almost perfect for our group. We were pleasantly surprised by the 2 kitchens and with this bunch it was very needed. The pool was a lifesaver when you came home from beach or bike ride, hot and sweaty! Everyone had a bed, but we could have used one more bathroom. The location was primo, such a short walk from the beach and there was a ramp for carrying stuff down, which was so very helpful. We rented chairs from LaDolceVita, but South Walton beach services would have been closer to the access ramp. All in all we really enjoyed the stay, we will absolutely be back!

Beautiful house in the perfect location!!! So close to everything!!!

The house is nicely decorated and great for a large group or family. It’s an easy walk to the beach. There is a coffee shop and beach essentials store as well as a few casual lunch places within walking distance. A larger grocery is just a few minutes drive away , as are Seaside town , etc. My only reservation was the pool area was small and not well maintained.

We had an awesome time here last week. The beach was almost in our backyard! Love the updates that have been done inside. We had great spaces for all of our family. The two kitchens helped us tremendously! Would love to come back!!

Would definitely consider renting this house again. It’s beautiful, well-kept, and in a great location.

Had a great week at this property with my large, extended family. Dual kitchens really made meal prep easier. Having the public beach access with the ramp next door made a huge difference for our elderly family members and to get chairs/coolers to the beach
