Fantastic views from 9th floor oceanfront condo. Picture perfect 11 night stay. Very well equipped kitchen. Quick, attentive owner responses from initial booking to check out.

This is our second time staying at this property and it was a perfect stay once again. Rami, the host, is very attentive to any questions or requests that we had. Extremely quick at replying and was so accommodating. The condo is clean, spacious and has so many extras that are so appreciated. Stocked kitchen, stocked towels and what was so appreciated was the additional beach items. We had beach chairs, beach towels, coolers, everything that is impossible to bring on a flight down. We will absolutely stay here again!

Lots of extra amenities, like use of beach wagon, boogie boards, beach chairs.

A hidden gem in the Jacksonville Beach area. Close to all conveniences, but when you look out over the ocean you feel like you are a world away.

Very nice place. We did not use the pool because it was not heated and the hot tub was out of commission. Overall, the building was clean well maintained, and had wonderful views. My local son and family visited daily and there was plenty of room to catch up and hang out. I would recommend this condo for those visiting the area:) Quiet and right on the beach.

The Condo was much like having our own home moved to the beach front. We were comfortable and relaxed. It doesn't get much better than this!

Always a great place to stay. We have stayed here several times and it's always as expected, clean, great location, no issues.

We spent two weeks in the 2-bedroom condo that offered sleeping for six thanks to a pullout sofa. And we filled all those spots when my two sons and their partners joined us for one of those weeks during the Thanksgiving holiday. We had enough sheets and blankets for six people. The kitchen was stocked with all the necessary gadgets. The washer and dryer was indispensable for everyone, although you need to supply your own clothes detergents. The closet offered a pleasant surprise as it was stocked with goodies including beach towels, boogie boards, and a collapsible cart, which was very handy when carrying all our luggage and food to and from the apartment. The host graciously provided three key/fobs for our group to enter the condo unit,’s security gate and entry door. He also used our cell phone number for the gate access code, allowing us to conveniently buzz people up to the condo using our phone without having to go down to the gate. TVs were in both bedrooms and the main living room. But we didn’t spend much time watching tv with the wonderful views from the large balcony stretching between the master and living rooms. The balcony offered two comfy loungers and a dining table with four chairs. We walked everywhere along the beach. Jacksonville Beach’s downtown and its fishing pier are a 10-minute stroll to the south. Atlantic Beach shops and restaurants are a 30-minute walk to the north.

We had a great week in this condo. Everything was clean and well stocked. Beach chairs and cooler are available if needed which was excellent. The check in and our process was wonderful and The owners were very attentive if we had any questions. We will definitely be back next year!

We truly enjoyed this condo and the accompanying beach. The condo was clean and spacious and had everything we needed. The building was quiet and the ease of elevator access and beach access was great. The couch in the main room was truly the only negative. Just wasn’t in great shape and not inviting to sit on. The beach was wonderful. Athe time we rented, it was void of a lot of people which made it quiet and peaceful. Some days you felt like you were the only people on the beach. Overall it was a wonderful condo and we will certainly rent again!

Everything was as described. Had some questions and Rami and Jessica answered us promptly and solved our issue. Don’t hesitate to rent this condo from them!

This place is very spacious and up to date. Great views from the balcony of the ocean and beach. Very quite as well.

We really enjoyed our month at Jacksonville Beach. The condo is very nice, clean, and in a great location. They have beach chairs, towels and even a small cooler for your beach visits. There was a bike rack where we stored our bikes, which was nice. The seating in the living room wasn’t super comfortable and we actually preferred using the beach chairs. Would definitely go back!

The condo was great. The location is excellent. Property was very nice and comfortable. Small snafu at check but was quickly remedied by the property owner when contacted. Definitely would rent again.

The unit was quite nice, a good location and great views. Downside was the coffeemaker-has not hot plate and coffee kept going cold.

The condo was wonderful, rami and his wife were available if needed. I will definitely be contacting them to rent from them again. The only downside if you can even count it as one, was they were renovating a condo next store but that is to be expected in the off season.

The incredible feature of this property is its fabulous view of the sprawling ocean just in front of you: as you enter the condo! The owner was communicative and understanding. He extended our stay for one day as we could not check in on the designated date (due to my sudden health reasons). We have stayed in the past a few times in this building , but in a different unit. This building is quite secure and everything from gas to grocery is within 5 minutes reach. In all, it is hard to find short comings except one (I wish the owner has a pull cart for the heavy groceries to be taken up to the condo, as it is quite a walk from outdoor parking to the elevators of the building).

Pool is never busy. Beach is not busy either. Love the beach chairs and boards provided.

An absolutely great stay !!!! The condo was as described and very clean and the property was immaculate. The view from the balcony was beautiful and a great place to start and end your day. The beach was wide and clean and we took many long walks to take in the scenery. The condo was well stocked with everything you needed for a beach vacation with beach chairs coolers and towels. Many restaurants within walking distance as well as the pier area. Also many great dining options in the Neptune beach area about a mile north of the condo. A day trip to St Augustine was a breeze as it only 40 minutes down A1A and a trip into Jacksonville to visit Sweet Pete’s is a must for chocolate lovers. Will definitely recommend Rami & Jessica’s condo and cant wait to come back in the future !

Great view! Clean! All necessities & beach supplies plentiful. Great location. Only concern: squeaky beds. We would definitely stay here again!

This property had many conveniences needed for a two week stay ie: beach towels, beach chairs, plenty of dishes and types of glasses etc. Beautiful view of the ocean and the owner was very communicative and helpful.

Overall was good, view -restaurants-facility. The problem was the mattresses in both bedrooms were so uncomfortable that we could only stay Sunday through Wednesday nights. We were in pain each morning from the first day and discussed leaving each day, but after traveling 7 hours and having the trip back for the same7 hrs we waited leaving early Thursday morning April 22nd. I did let Rami know the problem. I asked if I could receive some of the rental back for Thursday to Sunday and he did not respond. He said he would replace the mattresses. My husband did not want me to say anything but it was such a disappointment for us I needed to.. We were there 4 days

Great place. We loved our stay. The kitchen was so well stalked and you really have everything you need for the beach. Our only complaints were that box springs are kinda noisy, and the living room furniture was less than ideal for comfort. Maybe a sectional would be great, especially with that big tv. We still give it five stars because it was a beautiful condo with a beautiful view.

My wife and I spent the month here and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Rami was great to deal with and very responsive. The location is terrific, views are amazing and the sound of the ocean guaranteed sound sleeping every night!

Very convenient to restaurants. Beach accessories were a nice bonus. Very clean and well kept. Fully stocked kitchen to the last detail.

We had a very nice week. Wish the weather had been nicer, but we had a very relaxed week with the nice days we did experience.

Unit is very nice and the views are amazing! Unit is situated in a great location, directly on the beach, close to shopping and restaurants. The owners was very responsive, easy to work with and were accommodating to our requests. The place is the perfect quiet get away. The unit was very clean and was "as pictured", the building is nicely maintained, very quiet and the homeowners are actually friendly to the renters. We would definitely book again. We wish the weather was nicer. It was too cold to enjoy the beautiful balcony. But we enjoyed the views of the ocean from the living room.
