Wonderful cabin in the mountains. Bears in the morning and beautiful vistas always. The road to the house is a fun vertical twisty turny route. Their is so much to do in the area and things for family makes for a great centralized location to head out from. House is great and clean and everything is basically perfect to make for a great place to rest your head and enjoy your evenings after a long day at Dollywood or doing the wonderful outdoor adventures available to you in the area. Horseback riding, Fishing, Animal Watching, Go Kart Racing, Zip Lines etc. Just magnificent.

Overall, my family & I had a great stay here. The bears were frequent visitors which made the stay even better. Although, you should lock your doors on the cars at all times because we had a mamma bear & her 3 cubs get inside of our cars & scratch the doors. On the first day, the owner waited until arrival to let us know the main level sink was leaking & a plumber would be out Monday to repair it. Monday we never received an update stating the sink was fixed & we came back to the cabinets under the sink wide open towels everywhere. There is a house next door being worked on & the workers often blocked the driveway & they turned the power off in the morning from the pole which reset the central air in the cabin. The central air stopped working & blew out hot air. I had to reach out to the owners & they had a technician come to repair the system which resulted in a new thermostat. So, that was an inconvenience after the cabin reached 82 degrees. Also, you have to have approval for visitors at the cabin from the owners even if it’s for them to come over for dinner. We had family vacationing in Tennessee with us. & another major thing was having our privacy invaded. The owners have cameras in the backside of the cabin, & out front. They have numerous 360 rotating ones with audio. They will check the cameras as they did for us. They have ones right by the hot tub on the lower deck that are 360 rotating which is kind of eerie. We felt like our privacy was invaded a few times

I couldn’t have picked a better place! The owners are amazing. The cabin was spacious and very clean, fully stocked with all the basics and more. This cabin is beautiful inside and out. We saw a mama bear and her 3 cute cubs. Saw other bears just playing outside. We used the hot tub even though it’s July, so relaxing at night! Pools are so close in a car ride. Best trip hands down! Thinking about making this an annual vacation. Check the website bc they have many things already like bath towels, blow dryer etc..

The house is incredible! The beds were comfortable, the decks had top-notch views and the driveway was a horseshoe and fit 4 cars (a major plus for this area). All 8 of us loved the movie theater set-up and video games. And a mama bear and cubs welcomed us (from a safe distance) on our first day and made another appearance on our last. Definitely would stay here again!

The cabin was clean and comfortable. The kids loved the movie room, corn hole boards and the pool table. The view was amazing. We enjoyed coffee on the deck every morning. We saw several bears in the evenings which was really cool.
The only suggestions I would have for a more comfortable stay would be to have more chairs with backs by the fire pit. There were only 2. There were also benches but those are not nearly as comfortable.
And more bath towels. We had to wash towels to have enough for everyone.
Overall a great cabin. I would stay here again.

Great place to stay! It was just my family of four, so we had plenty of room. It was nice for all of us to have our own space and bathrooms. Location was perfect. Was able to park our vehicle at the bottom of the mountain, which was about a 8 minute drive from house, and take the trolley in to town. Would definitely stay there again!

We had 3 families totaling 6 adults and 4 small children. All emails/info on the app stated code for the lock “will be sent prior to arrival” all the way up to the day of check in. It was never sent, and with no communication from the owners and VRBO was no help as they have no info, they tried to make us stay in a hotel that night as it was already almost 3 hours past check in. One of the families ended up giving up and just going home, and we went down into Townsend to get dinner and head home as well. Once we get down the mountain, we finally receive the code and I received no apology or any sort of condolence for the frustration and difficulty of the situation. We turned back around and got back to the property at 9 pm. Once we arrived, the remainder of the week was phenomenal. It was more than a perfect location and setting. We lost out on our first night stay, but it was a great rest of the stay. Would highly recommend, just make sure to email asking for the code prior to arrival apparently.

The house was very clean and well furnished. There is a lovely sunrise view from all the decks. Plenty of room but we were only four adults for the week. Easy access to the national park which is why we were there. Very steep and winding 1.5 mile road up to the house but an easy driveway to deal with once you arrive.

My husband and I along with our daughters and their spouses and children came up for a family getaway. The house and area are great...Large bear activity. We woke up to Bear prints all over all our vehicles..owners are very friendly and easy to communicate with. I would definitely stay here again.

Upon our arrival, we could not enter the house due to the code not working correctly. We contacted Vivian and she resolved the problem quickly! As for the house, we loved it. It is well supplied of needed necessities! Plenty of space for everyone and very clean and comfortable. We had beautiful views and almost daily bear sightings. The only downfall is a new house construction going up on the adjoining property. So, that meant early and late building noise. Overall, I would highly recommend this property!

The cabin is just as pictured, though the views are much better in person. The cabin was very clean and had zero complaints. We had ages from newborn to 13 and made memories that will last a lifetime. Can’t say enough about how convenient the location is! In between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge not far from either location. The driveway alone makes this house unique and appreciated. We were able to accomplish all of our excursions and saw a bear in the neighborhood. Great property!

The cabin has breathtaking views of the mountains and has 3 different balconies for which you can enjoy the wonders of God's creation. The cabin is very comfortable and the driveway is easy to access. The theater, arcade and pool table were excellent for us and we had fun in the hot tub during the evenings. We did use the HOA pool, which is busy, but provides refreshment on hot days. The location is excellent, as accessing Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg are all within 15-20 minutes and many national park hikes in the western to central portions of the park are within 30 min to an hour. We had an incredible time! Thank you!

Location was great! Easy to go to Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge! The kids did not care if we left the cabin or not! We celebrated 8 year old birthday party while there!! The road was not bad at all to get too, a few curvy spots but not in the boone docks!!

Vivian, was always very responsive. The house was very clean and was a picture perfect large cabin. We loved every minute of our stay and can’t wait to come back. The view was absolutely breathtaking and one of my cousins went to to the Sky Walk downtown and said it was very pretty but couldn’t hold a candle to how wonderful it was to wake up and enjoy our coffee on the deck or go in the hot tub.

This home was just as pictured. My family and another family stayed in this home, 4 adults and 4 kids (under 9).
We all loved it! The hot tub, game area, movie area and 3 story outdoor decks were awesome! All of the bedrooms were a nice size and the house is very well kept and clean.
Having a grill and firepit on site was great.
It is a quick drive to downtown Gatlinburg and to the Smokey Mountains.
This home is in a quiet neighborhood on a dead end which was nice. The owner was easy to get a hold of as I had a couple of questions when we arrived.
We would definitely recommend staying at this home whether a small group or for families.

Absolutely Amazing cabin.
Game and movie room was perfect for everyone in the group and the hot tub was a huge hit. Not to mention the beds !!! Had 4 of the best nights sleep I’ve had in a long time . Thank you for sharing your beautiful property with my family.

Great home! just as listed! everything clean and ready when we arrived. easy to work with owners. no issues during our stay. Due to being a large family and renting a 12 passenger van, it was a little tricky getting to the property. We did have one day of light snow that did worry us if the roads froze. Thankfully roads never froze as it wasn't cold enough for long enough (and it had been in 70s the day before. ha!) so we didn't have issue. House of teenagers loved the game room and we had movie night as a family every night after our daily activities. Its a solid 20-25 minutes to get groceries in any direction. construction in the area does make those commutes longer depending on what time of day. Saturday night we would have been bummed had we been caught on the mountain trying to get to an activity. Traffic was backed up both directions and almost all the way to the house. It did not affect us so no complaints but had I made night plans that would have been a pain. Normally less than 5 minutes getting to the bottom..that night it was 45min! yikes!
Views were gorgeous!! we absolutely loved the home and it was very comfortable for our family of 8. We would absolutely recommend! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

The game/theater room is where it’s at & hours of fun were spent playing games & watching movies!! Kitchen was fully stocked, but for our bigger families we could have definitely used another large skillet or pans. Extra blankets were nice & hot tub was great!

This cabin is amazing, and even better than the pictures! We didn’t have any problems getting into or out of the cabin. The hosts were super responsive. Very clean, beds were comfortable, and everything you could possibly need as far as cookware, utensils and small appliances. We even found a blender for morning smoothies. The cabin was decorated for Christmas, which was a much appreciated bonus. Our family loved it so much, we plan to book again next year. Fantastic experience!

We had a great time to it’s our children and grandchildren. The cabin had enough room for us to have our own spaces, yet come together for meals or just to hang out. The view of the mountains in the distance was beautiful, and the location was quiet and peaceful. It was a great place to stay to enjoy Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge as a family.
