Questo è un bellissimo condominio 2BR / 2BA a Saida Towers. Questo è un attico in uno degli edifici di fronte proprio sul Golfo del Messico. La vista è SPETTACOLARE! Anche questo condominio. È stato recentemente ristrutturato. È fresco, pulito e bellissimo! Saida 2606 ha una meravigliosa atmosfera da spiaggia e può ospitare 8 persone. C'è un bellissimo letto king size nella vostra suite principale e una vista incredibile. La seconda camera ha una regina e un letto a castello. C'è anche un divano letto nel soggiorno. La cucina è notevole. I ripiani in granito sono belli. La cucina è nuova e ben fornita. Amerai cucinare in questa cucina. Property is beautiful! Condo had everything we needed.
Our host Katherine was very helpful and gracious. Had a fantastic time and would love to stay there again. we arrived late at night but with the keypad it was easy. What was so helpful was there was coffee for the morning and power cream. Great service! Thanks again!

Our one disappointment was finding that there was NOT a gym on site despite the website claiming that one was available. Also I think it may have helped Rent on Padre to provide a pack-and -play or crib of some sort for infants.

We just got home from a 3 week stay at Sunrise on the Beach. Our stay was absolutely perfect. We have rented many condos from HomeAway, VRBO and such, but this was by far the most seamless, organized and customer service forward experience we have had. Billie and staff at Rent on Padre were extremely helpful and provided us with all the information we needed for a Perfect stay! Now - as far as the condo goes, it was really lovely. The parking lot is gated but we never had to wait to enter. We were always able to park very near to the building. The elevator was a real plus, as the condo was located on the top floor. Everything was extremely clean and well kept. The grounds, common building areas, pool areas (there are 3 lovely pools! And a little Tiki Bar.), boardwalk to the beach, etc were all perfectly clean at all times. Great staff! Swimming in the pool was great - and long walks on the beautiful beach were a real plus!The unit itself was phenomenal. Perfectly sized kitchen with everything needed. A large dining table area and stools by the counter provided lots of places to sit and enjoy a meal. The living room was comfortable and had a large easy to operate television. Each of the two bathrooms were perfectly appointed. The master bedroom was comfortable and had a great mattress. Also another TV for night viewing in bed. The second bedroom had a tv as well. Two bunk beds and a double bed. Each bedroom had a large closet which was great! The best part of the condo, though was the massive Lanai! It is facing the water and every morning we were treated to a beautiful sunrise. Hours of sitting on the covered lanai gazing at the water was all I needed to relax. Anyways, you get the picture! It was perfect and beautiful. I hope we can go back soon!

The unit was very good - top floor end unit, easy beach access, nice hot tub and heated pool, and nice benefit - free use of tennis and pickleball equipment although tennis rackets are older. Only issue we had was dishes were dirty when we arrived and after dishwashing there was I think soap residue on the plates & bowls.

I didn't expect such a great place when I booked. This condo is so calm and relaxing. Coffee on the deck watching sunrise was my favorite thing. Oh, the margaritas on the deck after hanging out on the beach were awesome too. Rent On Padre did an amazing job. I can't wait to go back!

We had a wonderful time during our stay here. Very clean and beautiful. The amazing balcony and view couldn’t be beat! We called and asked if we could check in a little early and they were very accommodating. I would recommend this place to anyone!

This is a very spacious condo. The view was really exceptional. The condo doesn’t have any beach gear or a washer and dryer. But it had everything else. And there is a washer and dryer on the premises.

Ceiling fans and floors were dirty. We spent $1,500.00 on this condo. Was very disappointed that I had to clean the Ceiling fans myself because I just didn't want to have to look at them that way knowing how much money I spent there. Also, our feet turned black walking on the tiled floor. Probably will not use this company or stay at this facility in the future. On a positive note, the location was superb!

Overall this place was better than we expected. It's spacious with an excellent layout. The balcony is large and has a great view of the ocean. It's on the top floor so no neighbors above, so it's pretty quiet. The location is fantastic. There are many good restaurants and shopping within walking distance. You can walk out to the beach. Great ammenities. If you bring your dog with you there is an area for the dogs with dog waste bags. The only complaints I have is that there are no instructions for the entertainment system. I could only get the TV to work. I was unable to get the DVD to work. Additionally there were quite a few sugar ants in the kitchen area. You can't leave any food crumbs anywhere or the ants will be all over everything.

The gated parking along with security constantly walking around was very reassuring. They were also very helpful. From the parking to the room, we enjoy every bit of it. Pool was great, beach was GREAT, the few was AMAZING! Do yourself a favor and book it! Just do it!

The condo was great and has beautiful ocean front views.
Arriving was easy, we just punched in the code and that was it. No keys or cards involved.
We wished they would have put a sponge to wash diches (we had to buy our own). Further, there was no bathroom soap or shampoo.
Other than that, internet and cable TV worked great, and we appreciated the beach chairs made available as well.

Amazing View
This property is very nice and has an amazing view!!! My family and I truly enjoyed our stay in this condo. The small appliances could use an update, but that is the only thing I can even think of that was anything less then perfect. I will definitely consider this property again for next year.

Perfect condo for a family!
The condo is in a great location! Well maintained but also has some aging.
Be careful when using the hooks on the balcony to hang beach towels….the hooks left rust stains on all of our beach towels.
The pools and beach are easy to access. We enjoyed our week!

Condo was everything and more of what I expected, my Family and I were in love with our view every morning and afternoon. I could see my children playing in the beach or downstairs with the ball, I could be looking at them when they were in the pool. everything was perfect and amazing. Kitchen was fully equipped, Check in was fast and convenient, plenty of room for all my family. TV and cable was great and WIFI was fast. MY HOME AWAY FROM HOME
Condo was everything and more of what I expected, my Family and I were in love with our view every morning and afternoon. Overall we had a very nice time at this condo. It was on the 6th floor and faced the beach which was very nice.In the photos for the condo it showed nice furniture and when we showed up there was a double recliner that was very old. A mechanism inside the chair was broken as we arrived. It was hard to sit comfortably in the chair.In the guest bathroom I actually fixed the aerator for the sink. I unscrewed and found mineral deposits blocking water flow. It worked better but the problem still need to be addressed. Also, the exhaust fan in this bathroom was squeaking loudly half of the time.In the master bathroom the toilet tank float valve broke and was running constantly. We shut off the valve to save the owner on their water bill and used the guest toilet.On the arrival instruction sheet it was noted that the gate code was 842. We just assumed it was the front drive in security gate because it was right after going through the front gate. They should have said: "The beach access gate code is 842" and that would have helped as we were locked out and someone from the pool had to come over and help us.Also, in the kitchen on the counter we found ants which tried to get into our food....Overall, the condo is a great place but the Management of said condo can do a better job of managing the staying experience.

Very nice property! The view was amazing and we loved the large balcony. The pools and grounds were well maintained and the workers were very friendly and professional. We stayed during spring break and the hotel next door had very loud music at their pool party until 2 am on a couple nights. They also had good entertainment in the evenings to enjoy

Our stay was very nice, the unit is so comfortable and in a great location. We would like to note that the master bath shower is not working very well, and the front door is not secure. These issues should be addressed.
